Objective Ependymal cells are thought to be the primary source of neural stem cells in the adult central nervous system. The purpose of this study is to examine spatial and temporal profiles of ependymal cell proliferation and migration after focal cerebral ischemia. Methods Eighty male Sprague Dawley rats underwent permanent middle cerebral artery occlusion after injection of 10/μL of 0.2% Dil into the lateral ventricle. Rats were sacrificed and brain sections were acquired for pathological evaluation and laser confocal imaging at day 1,3,7,11,14,21 and 28 after ischemia. Results The density of Dil-labeled cells in the ischemic ipsilateral subventricular zone was significantly higher than that in the control group and these labeled cells dispersed in the ischemic ipsilateral subventricular zone and/or were located in ependyma from day 1 to 11. In the ischemic ipsilateral cortex, some Diilabeled cells occurred in peri-infarction and infarction of parietal region at day14 and peaked at day 21 when some Dil-labeled cell nodules were found in this region. During postischemic day 14--28, a significant decrease in labeled celldensity in the ischemic ipsilateral subventricular zone was coincident with a significant increase in labeled cells density in the cortex (peri-infarction and infarction). Conclusion The results indicate that ependymal cells proliferate and migrate after focal cerebral ischemia in the adult rat brain.  相似文献

145例缺血性脑血管病分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组采用自血回输(UVB)加中药补肾益脑汤治疗,对照组采用脑活素加对症治疗。结果:治疗组的临床有效率和临床主要症状好转率均明显高于对照组,其实验室检测项目(TG、PO2、SOD、MDA、WBV)两组治疗前后对比,治疗组明显地得到改善(P<0.05)。说明该疗法可降低血脂、血粘度和MDA,提高血氧含量和SOD含量,较单纯西药为好。  相似文献

用含有红薯或土豆膳食纤维(DF)70g/kg的高脂饲料喂饲成年雄性SD大鼠6周,观察大鼠血清脂质、钙、铁、锌和肝脏脂质水平的变化。结果表明:两种DF均可使血清总胆固醇(TC)和肝脏中胆固醇、甘油三酯(TG)低于对照组(P<0.05),血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)/TC值高于对照组(P<0.05);对血清TG、HDL-C、钙、铁、锌水平无明显影响。  相似文献

动态观察16例慢性肝病患者加服硒酵母(200μg硒/d,连用12周)后血浆硒水平、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性和脂质过氧化物(LPO)含量的变化,并与未服硒制剂16例(对照组)作比较。结果:①实验开始12周后,对照组患者血浆硒、GSH-Px活性才明显增高,PO含量明显下降,与治疗前比较差异有显著性(P<0.05);②服硒组患者4周后血硒、8周后GSH-Px活性即显著增高,12周趋于稳定,接近正常人水平。且血硒水平均显著高于对照组同期值(P<0.05);③服硒组患者8周后血LPO含量亦显著下降。提示利用硒酵母口服提高慢性肝病患者的抗氧化能力是可行的。  相似文献

观察了用克山病病区低硒粮饲养的大鼠心肌、肝、肾、骨骼肌线粒体单胺氧化酶(MAO)活性及肝MAO结构改变。以低硒饲料喂大鼠8~11周后,上述四种组织MAO活性及肝线粒体膜流动性、肝Se含量和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性显著降低。而肝MAO的降解和脂质过氧化物明显增高。喂补硒饲料可防御出现上述改变。在体外肝亚线粒体加硒可防御由脂质过氧化所致的MAO降解。缺Se大鼠不同组织的MAO活性降低差异较大。结果表明硒在防御脂质过氧化及维持MAO结构完整和功能起重要作用。  相似文献

利用我们已建立的动物模型观察雷公藤甲素对实验鼠移植皮片存活期、MLR及IL-2水平的影响。结果表明,雷公藤甲素联合DST组皮片存活延长,MLR和IL-2水平明显下降(P<0.01,P<0.05);当其同时联合DST和ATS,皮片存活期明显延长(P<0.05),MLR和IL-2进一步下降(P<0.01)。提示雷公藤甲素在临床器官移植中可能具有一定应用价值。  相似文献

通过对22例正常人和91例慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者H反射潜伏期、近端传导速度、远端Ia类纤维传导速度及运动传导速度的测定,发现COPD组有明显异常。同时进行了动脉血气分析及肺功能测定,发现低氧血症越明显,肺功能越差,神经传导越慢,但二者之间并无明确相关性。并对COPD病人进行神经电生理检查的意义,COPD性神经病变发生原因进行了探讨。  相似文献

本文采用细胞内固定微电极技术观察了沙棘总黄酮对哇巴因诱发的心律失常模型和豚鼠心室肌正常电机械活动的影响。结果表明,沙棘总黄酮可抑制哇巴因诱发的心室肌振荡后电位,降低哇巴因诱发的心室肌自发电活动频率,使心室乳头状肌动作电位复极50%的时程(APD_(50))缩短,同时还观察到在沙棘总黄酮的作用下,乳头状肌收缩力下降。提示沙棘总黄酮具有抗心律失常作用,其作用机理主要与影响细胞膜Ca~(2+),K~+转运有关。  相似文献

本文系用人体全血培养方法,比较研究了由MMC诱导的淋巴细胞微核率和人体外周血细胞中SOD活性及MDA浓度变化之间的关系,结果显示微核率、MDA浓度与MMC剂量(0~2.99×10~(-4)mmol/L)之间呈正相关,而SOD活性与MMC剂量呈负相关;微核率与MDA浓度呈正相关,而与SOD活性呈负相关;SOD活性与MDA浓度之间呈负相关,故认为自由基在微核形成过程中起重要的作用。  相似文献

测定29例肺结核,17例慢性支气管炎,20例慢性肺原性心脏病和73例支气管肺癌患者的血清铜、锌、镁、铁含量。结果表明,血清锌、铁降低,血清铜升高,提示支气管肺部有感染存在。铜/锌比值的显著升高,对诊断支气管肺癌有一定价值,并可作为原发性肺癌高危人群普查的检测方法之一。对感染过程中血清金属元素含量改变的机理进行了讨论。  相似文献
