Nowadays it is required for the bumper system to meet the various impact conditions simultaneously; barrier impact, IIHS (Insurance Institute for Highway Safety) bumper impact and pedestrian impact. Firstly, dynamically equivalent bumper beam models were developed for each impact condition and its accuracy was verified by nonlinear finite element analysis result. Dynamically equivalent pedestrian impact beam model was developed by using the equivalent forces of bumper beam and stiffeners. Pedestrian bending angle was obtained by using this equivalent pedestrian beam model. By combining these equivalent beam models, bumper optimum design program was developed. In this optimum design program, direct search method was used for the optimization algorithm. To verify the accuracy of this optimum design program, a nonlinear finite element result was used. By using this optimum design program, it can be secured the bumper impact performances in an early design stage and it will be also contributed to reduce the design time and test costs. 相似文献

针对某隧道对接区冻结方案的设计计算,给出2种方法:常规的设计计算方法和三维有限元方法。采用这2种方法对东部接头冻结加固方案进行计算,并对结果进行比较分析;采用三维有限元法对西部接头对接区土体加固方案也进行了分析。从中可见,常规的冻结帷幕设计计算方法可以适用于对冻结帷幕厚度的简单设计计算,而三维有限元方法更加适合于对冻结帷幕进行全面的应力和位移分析,从而使设计更加优化。 相似文献

An in-house simulation program was developed that can be utilized to predict flow characteristics such as pressure and velocities
in any flow network system comprising multiple flow components, i.e., pipe, pump, heat exchanger, valves, etc. Although the
code is intended for applications to network flow systems in a vehicle, it is written in a generalized manner to handle any
possible network configuration of flow components. Therefore, it can easily function in various industrial applications. The
network system where the flow is assumed to be one-dimensional is mathematically formulated by applying two conservation rules,
mass and energy, to each flow component. These rules produce a set of non-linear equations. These non-linear equations are
solved iteratively by adopting the Newton-Raphson scheme. This program has been tested in many different cases to demonstrate
its validity and applicability. In this paper, two examples are introduced to show how the program can be used to find solutions
in real engineering problems. Throughout the study, it was found that the code can most efficiently be used to verify a proposed
design concept in an early design stage of the vehicle development cycle. The thermal analysis portion of the program will

Since the invention of automobiles, the need to know the braking performance of vehicles has been acknowledged. However, because
there are numerous design variables as well as nonlinearities in the braking system, it is difficult to predict the performance
accurately. In this paper, a computational program is developed to estimate the braking performance numerically. This synthetic
braking performance program accounts for pedal force, pedal travel and deceleration of braking parts, such as master cylinder,
booster, valve, brake pad, rotor, and hoses. To improve the accuracy of program, a semi-empirical model of a braking system
is introduced by using the empirical test data of pad compression, hose expansion and the friction coefficient between the
pad and rotor. The accuracy of the estimation is evaluated by comparing it to the actual vehicle test results. The developed
program is easy for the brake system engineers to manipulate and it can be used in the development of new vehicles by incorporating

抗浮计算是地下地铁车站设计的重点,而计算参数、计算模型的选取对抗浮计算结果有较大影响。抗浮计算中部分参数的选取尚无统一规定,且使用阶段结构底板,尤其是轨道范围内的位移控制尚未引起足够重视。针对广州地铁暹岗站抗浮设计,选取适当的计算参数及公式,并采用有限元结构计算软件分析结构底板位移,最终合理确定结构相关抗浮方案。在满足抗浮的同时,车站底板不仅需要满足结构挠度要求,还需要考虑使用阶段的结构位移。可采用有限元计算软件进行模拟计算。 相似文献
