The steering system noise is one of the main noise sources in submarine stealth condition. Combined with the composition of the steering system, the noise source of each component is sorted out systematically, and corresponding vibration and noise reduction design measures are proposed. As the main noise source of the steering system, emphasis is placed on analyzing the noise mechanism of the rudder hydraulic system, which is divided into two categories and six types according to steady state and transient operating conditions. Finally, it is pointed out that the new type electro-hydraulic steering gear, based on direct drive servo control principle, is the future development trend. © 2022 Palaeobulgarica. [Objective]This paper proposes a fuzzy sliding mode controller based on T-S fuzzy logic for the vertical plane motion control of an autonomous underwater glider (AUG) with limited actuator capability. [Methods]In the fuzzy sliding mode controller, the fuzzy switching rate is used to replace the switching rate in the fixed time controller to effectively suppress buffeting. The fuzzy switching rate is obtained by fitting the switching rate of the fixed time controller with T-S fuzzy rules. Based on the limited capabilities of AUG actuators, a saturation auxiliary system is designed to improve the actuator saturation effect. Finally, the performance of the system is verified by Lyapunov stability analysis and numerical simulation. [Results]The results show that the AUG under the fuzzy sliding mode controller and the saturation auxiliary system can converge in finite time. The effectiveness of the fuzzy sliding mode controller and the saturation auxiliary system are verified by numerical simulation. [Conclusions]By making comparisons with the fixed-time controller, it is verified that the two controllers have similar control performance, and the buffeting of the fuzzy sliding mode controller is lesser. © 2022 Journal of Clinical Hepatology. [目的]系统地研究初始横倾角对随机横浪下船舶横摇运动响应的影响。[方法]以路径积分法为基础,通过数值求解控制横摇运动微分方程概率属性的Fokker-Planck方程,得到横摇运动响应的概率分布。[结果]结果显示,初始横倾角对船舶横摇运动响应谱的影响有限,但对横摇角概率分布以及横摇运动响应极值分布的影响十分明显,且会造成船舶安全性的显著恶化。[结论]路径积分法可作为研究随机海浪下船舶横摇运动特性的有效数值方法。  相似文献

[Objectives] Infrared radiative (IR) characteristics of the plume are the main part of ship infrared radiation. The influence analysis of exhaust parameters on radiative characteristics is very important for developing ship stealth and anti-stealth technology. [Methods]In this work, the line-by-line method is applied to solve radiative transfer in gaseous media. Infrared radiative images of plumes under different temperatures and flow rates are obtained. Radiance, spectral radiative intensity, and spectrum-integrated radiative intensity over 3−5 µm are calculated and analyzed. [Results]Results show that there are obvious peaks of spectral radiative intensity curves at 4.18µm and 4.43 µm, and an obvious valley at 4.26 µm. [Conclusions] The infrared radiation characteristics of the ships exhaust plume are greatly affected by the exhaust temperature, but less affected by the exhaust flow rate. © 2023 The Author(s).  相似文献

[Objective]In order to study the dynamic response characteristics and influence laws of a marine gear transmission-propulsion system, a series of bench tests is carried out.[Methods]First, a biaxial gear transmission-propulsion system test bench including a cross connection gear is built. Experiments to test the acceleration response of the gearbox body and propulsion shaft system are then carried out, and the influence of speed, driving mode, axial static thrust, axial dynamic excitation force from the propeller and other factors on the dynamic response characteristics of the system are compared and analyzed. [Results]The experimental results show that the transmission law of the vibration acceleration response of the gear transmission-propulsion system is mainly at the meshing frequency and its multipliers, as well as peaks in the low frequency band of 30–80 Hz under certain working conditions. [Conclusion]This study can provide technical support for the vibration and noise reduction design of gear transmission-propulsion systems. © 2022 Journal of Clinical Hepatology. [目的]为了研究复合材料层合板连接节点的振动传递特性,提出一种采用有限元功率流法并结合功率流可视化技术的分析方法。[方法]首先,验证用有限元实体单元功率流描述板壳振动的有效性;然后,引入功率流传递率评价指标,提出有限元模型功率流传递率的计算方法,并以导纳功率流法计算结果为参照来验证其有效性;最后,建立嵌入式连接和螺钉连接这2种复合材料层合板的连接模型,计算其功率流传递率曲线和典型功率流矢量图。[结果]对比验证结果表明,2种连接模型的振动传递路径和功率流传递率存在明显差异。[结论]有限元功率流法直观反映了连接结构的振动传递能力及振动能量传递路径,可为复合材料结构设计提供参考。  相似文献

[目的]在传统船用碳纤维复合材料层合板层间添加热塑性相材料能有效提升船用复合材料的抗冲击性能,为探究其冲击损伤特性,开展实验研究。[方法]使用光学显微镜观察层合板的热塑性/热固性界面,分析两相材料的结合方式;对不同结构的复合材料层合板进行低、中、高3种不同能量的低速冲击;通过超声C扫描与电子显微镜,对各试件的损伤形貌进行观测,以研究各试件的冲击响应及损伤机理。[结果]结果显示,相较于碳纤维层合板,含热塑性相的船用复合材料层合板具有更好的损伤阻抗;内部嵌膜层合板试件在冲击能量为8和12 J的冲击下,内部分层损伤分别减少了19%和39%,且受到12 J冲击后,内部结构损伤较小,完整性较好。[结论]将PEI热塑性膜嵌于内部能提升层合板的韧性,显著减少内部分层损伤,明显提升内部嵌膜层合板的抗冲击性能。  相似文献

[目的]旨在利用解析法求解环肋圆锥壳的振动方程,对环肋圆锥壳的振动特性进行理论研究。[方法]首先,对圆锥壳分段处理,将圆锥壳沿母线方向、环向和法向的位移分别写成幂级数解的形式,并推导出幂级数项前系数的递推关系式;然后,采用梁模型模拟不同环肋数对圆锥壳振动响应特性的影响;接着,将圆锥壳分段及其环肋边界条件、位移和内力矩阵进行组装求解,得到在外部简谐力激励下圆锥壳的振动响应特性,并将所得结果与ANSYS有限元数值方法的计算结果进行对比,验证所提计算方法的有效性。最后,运用所提理论方法进行环肋圆锥壳的振动特性分析。[结果]结果显示,圆锥壳安装的环肋可明显抑制圆锥壳的振动,具体表现为响应幅值降低、固有频率升高,且在相同频段内共振峰数量减小;增大壳体厚度会引起壳体振动响应幅值降低以及固有频率升高;此外,增大半锥角、轴线长度和环肋数均可降低环肋圆锥壳的振动响应幅值。[结论]研究表明,所用方法对环肋圆锥壳振动的理论研究具有一定意义。  相似文献

Air regeneration, harmful gas purification and atmospheric composition monitoring are the key technologies of submarine atmospheric environment control systems. After years of development, China has made great progress in such systems, which have developed from ensuring the safety requirements of submariner and equipment operation to ensuring the health of submariner and reliability of system for long-term underwater operation. This paper reviews the development history of submarine atmospheric environment control technologies and introduces their future development prospects. The developers of integrated atmospheric environment control technology should learn from foreign submarine and aerosphere equipment technologies, which aim to support long-term submerged operation and comfort demands, and better adapt to future submarine technology development and evolving mission, in order to constantly enhance the level of submarine cabin air quality of the Chinese navy. © 2022 Journal of Clinical Hepatology. [Objective]This paper aims to establish a dynamic model of a floating raft vibration isolation system with a liquid tank in order to study the mass effect of the liquid medium, tank form, structural stiffness and loading rate on acoustic performance. [Methods]A floating raft system with a cuboidal or cylindrical liquid tank is taken as the research object, and a fluid-structure coupling finite element dynamic model is established. The dynamic force transmission rate and power flow are then used to evaluate the acoustic performance of the system. The influence of the mass effect of the liquid medium, tank form, structural stiffness and loading rate of tank volume on the acoustic performance of the floating raft system are analyzed.[Results]The results show similar laws obtained through the calculation and analysis of the floating raft system with two types of tanks. The structural stiffness of the tank affects the mass effect of the liquid medium in the tank to a certain extent. [Conclusions]If full advantage is to be taken of the liquid mass effect in the tank with a large loading rate to improve the acoustic performance of the floating raft system, the design of the liquid tank and raft structure must have sufficient stiffness. In addition, under the condition that the floating raft structure has sufficient stiffness, its acoustic performance will improve significantly as the tank loading rate increases in the relevant low frequency range. © 2022 Journal of Clinical Hepatology. [目的]旨在研究轻质夹芯板弹性波的传播规律与减振降噪机理。[方法]采用有限元方法结合布洛赫定理,对周期性夹芯板色散关系与弯曲波带隙特性进行研究,分析振动传输特性和声传输特性,研究轻质夹芯板减振降噪特性,并对轻质夹芯板振动传递衰减特性进行实验验证。[结果]研究结果表明,由于布拉格(Bragg)散射调制作用,轻质夹芯板在特定频段存在弯曲波带隙,弯曲振动带隙频率范围内具有良好的减振降噪效果。[结论]轻质夹芯板结构参数对弯曲波带隙具有显著的调节作用,为舰船结构振动噪声控制与声隐身设计提供了新的技术途径。  相似文献

[Objective ] To meet the requirements of remotely controlling ship in curved, narrow and crowded inland waterways, this paper proposes an approach that consists of CNN-based algorithms and knowledge based models under ship-shore cooperation conditions. [Method]On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of ship-shore cooperation, the proposed approach realizes autonomous perception of the environment with visual simulation at the core and navigation decision-making control based on deep reinforcement learning, and finally constructs an artificial intelligence system composed of image deep learning processing, navigation situation cognition, route steady-state control and other functions. Remote control and short-time autonomous navigation of operating ships are realized under inland waterway conditions, and remote control of container ships and ferries is carried out. [Results]The proposed approach is capable of replacing manual work by remote orders or independent decision-making, as well as realizing independent obstacle avoidance, with a consistent deviation of less than 20 meters. [Conclusions]The developed prototype system carries out the remote control operation demonstration of the above ship types in such waterways as the Changhu Canal Shenzhou line and the Yangtze River, proving that a complete set of algorithms with a CNN and reinforcement learning at the core can independently extract key navigation information, construct obstacle avoidance and control awareness, and lay the foundation for inland river intelligent navigation systems. © 2022 Journal of Clinical Hepatology. [Objective]To investigate ship motion and load responses in realistic 3D waves and overcome the limitations of the traditional 2D wave assumption, this paper develops a method for predicting ship motion and load responses in short-crested waves. [Method]The long- and short-term responses of ship motion and load in long- and short-crested waves are numerically predicted using the spectral analysis and statistical probability methods, respectively. The influence of directional function on ship response is also numerically analyzed. Moreover, tank model tests and a large-scale model sea trial are comparatively conducted to validate the difference between ship response and statistics in long- and short-crested irregular waves. [Results]The results show that when navigating against the waves in the same sea condition, the long-crested wave assumption overestimates the statistical mean value of ship load response, but underestimates extreme load in real seas. For long-crested waves, the ship motion and acceleration power spectrum is concentrated around a certain frequency band. [Conclusion]Ship motion and load responses in realistic 3D waves are significantly different from those in 2D long-crested waves. The directional function of short-crested waves also has a significant effect on ship motion and load responses. © 2023 The Author(s).  相似文献

[Objective]Aiming at the problem of too many influencing factors and too little reference data for determining the dimensions of medium-sized cruise ships in the concept phase, a simplified multi-objective optimization method based on the fitting of dimensions and performance is proposed. [Method]First, the dimension relations of medium-sized cruise ships are analyzed and the influence of the latest SOLAS requirements used to determine the optimization range. Second, the influence of cruise ship dimensions on space, resistance, stability and seakeeping are analyzed. Next, based on the principles of genetic algorithms, a multiobjective optimization algorithm with high robustness and high engineering adaptability is determined to establish a multi-objective optimization model for the concept design of medium-sized cruise ships. Finally, the Pareto solution obtained by multi-objective optimization is analyzed to provide initial references for determining the dimensions of the target cruise ship. [Results]Implemented via a genetic algorithm, the optimization program proposed herein is applied in the concept design of a medium-sized cruise ship in order to optimize the initial dimensions, thereby achieving the expected outcome of providing reasonable initial dimensions for cruise ship design. [Conclusion ] The proposed simplified multi-objective optimization model can provide feasible initial dimensions for medium-sized cruise ships in the concept phase. As the Pareto solution obtained by multi-objective optimization has different focuses such as resistance and stability, the most suitable solution needs to be selected according to the design object. © 2023 Chinese Journal of Ship Research. 舰船抗爆和抗冲击技术概念宏观,内涵广泛,对其认识理解、设计研究都需要技术体系的顶层划分和牵引。首先,基于武器攻击对舰船的爆炸毁伤类型,对舰船抗爆与抗冲击这两个概念进行划分;然后,基于舰船总体抗爆抗冲击设计技术需求,区分不同的研究对象及技术的基础理论,提出包含6大类型的舰船抗爆抗冲击技术体系的划分方案,即水上/水下防护结构设计、新型抗爆结构与毁伤分析、设备系统及人员抗冲击、舰船抗爆抗冲击试验验证及技术标准规范;最后,分别对舰船抗爆和抗冲击技术内涵进行详细阐述。所做研究可为我国舰船抗爆抗冲击技术体系的形成提供一个初步构想,供从事舰船抗爆抗冲击设计、研究及管理人员参考。  相似文献

[目的]研究潜器在海底沙波地形干扰下的水动力特性。[方法]基于计算流体力学(CFD)方法,使用STAR-CCM+软件并结合重叠网格方法对潜器经过海底沙波的过程进行模拟,计算潜器阻力系数和升力系数在此过程中的变化。[结果]结果表明,当潜器近海底航行时,沙波地形会对潜器产生一定的干扰,当艏部运动至波峰附近时,负升力出现最大值,当艉部运动至波峰附近时,阻力出现最大值;在不同航速下,潜器表面压力分布规律的不同会导致升力系数的变化规律不同;随着近海底距离的减小,海底沙波对潜器阻力和升力变化影响显著,当H/D>5时,海底沙波对潜器阻力和升力的影响可以忽略。[结论]所做研究可为潜器的安全及操纵性能提供一定的参考。  相似文献

[Objective]This study aims to explore the law of the critical compression stress of stiffened panels under the influence of in-plane shear load, and whether in-plane shear load combined with lateral pressure will introduce a strong coupling effect. [Method ] To this end, nonlinear finite element (FE) software ABAQUS is used to perform numerical simulation analysis under combined loads on a group of FE models. A limit state equation/curve is then derived from the dimensionless calculation results based on the minimum square error method. [Results]The results show that the influence law of in-plane shear load on the critical compression stress of stiffened panels is clarified, and a limit state equation of stiffened panels that considers the effect of shear load is obtained. [Conclusion]The limit state equation in this paper can provide references for modifying the ultimate strength of stiffened panels under the influence of in-plane shear load. © 2023 Chinese Journal of Ship Research.
