自动同步离合器是船舶联合动力装置中应用最广泛的同步离合器,棘轮棘爪机构是其中的关键部件.棘轮和棘爪不同转速下的碰撞接触提供同步转速传感和齿形离合器在接合和脱离的轴向力.对其中的棘轮和棘爪的瞬态工作进行动力学分析,为结构设计及试验研究提供充分的依据.结合接触问题的一般求解方法,介绍了利用MSC.Dytran对自动同步离合器中棘轮和棘爪碰撞接触进行仿真分析的过程. 相似文献

柴油机加速同步离合器是CODAG联合动力装置中的关键部件,需要在高转速下自动可靠的啮合,对离合器的设计、制造提出了很高的要求.针对采用扭转弹簧的棘轮棘爪部套设计结构, 在设计制造初期通过PRO/E和ADAMS软件建立柴油机加速同步离合器的虚拟样机,分析了扭转弹簧的刚度和预紧角的关系和选取方法,对棘轮棘爪的动态啮合过程和滑动件的运动过程作了分析,为试验台的制造和试验方法提供了数据参考,并检验了设计的可行性. 相似文献

棘轮棘爪式液压盘车装置因其结构紧凑常在船用汽轮机组中使用,设计中需要验证棘轮棘爪啮合受力,以判断其强度是否合格。实际使用时,转子初始位置存在不确定性,导致棘轮棘爪初始啮合点存在多种相对位置状态。文章对不同初始啮合状态下的棘轮棘爪受力进行计算,发现在啮合转折点附近棘轮棘爪的应力最大,分别达到367 MPa和372 MPa,是最理想啮合状态下的2.6倍和1.5倍,表明啮合最恶劣工况下受力要远严苛于理论啮合状态。 相似文献

本文依托一种自浮式水下基床整平机,对该整平机上的重要的组成部分——升降系统进行了设计与分析,提出了一种结构简单、运行可靠的升降系统;对组成升降系统的升降机构提出了液压环梁插销式升降机构、齿轮齿条式升降机构和液压缸升降机构,对支撑机构考虑了十字转动支撑机构和万向球轴承支撑机构,对锁紧机构提出了楔块锁紧机构和棘爪锁紧机构,通过对各种方案进行分析论证,最终确定了升降系统由液压缸升降机构、十字转动支撑机构和棘爪锁紧机构组成;最后对棘爪锁紧机构进行了瞬态动力学计算,计算结果得出棘爪锁紧机构所受最大应力为154.52MPa小于其许用应力172.5MPa,验证了棘爪锁紧机构的强度满足要求。 相似文献

Recent measurements of wave induced hull strain and flexure in RN warships are presented together with the derivation of the current design criteria for extreme hull girder bending loads. The history of the development of the shipboard instrumentation used is given and recent developments to improve the quality and ease of analysis of the data are described. An unexpectedly high transverse asymmetry in the longitudinal strains measured in destroyers is shown to be the result of a combination of vertical and lateral bending in oblique seas. Finally recent theoretical comparisons between the loading of Deep-Vee hulls and conventional UK rounded bilge hulls are presented which demonstrate the higher loading experienced by this type of hull form. 相似文献

Despite the many socio-economic similarities between Sweden and Norway, differences in jurisdiction, organisation, cooperation, and financing of long-distance passenger train and coach services have led to the development of four distinctively different ways of serving the markets. This paper describes how the train and coach markets have developed in the two countries, with emphasis on regulatory and industrial structure and a couple of performance variables.Looking at passenger rail, both countries separated infrastructure from operation over a decade ago. However, while Norwegian rail is characterised by an almost monopoly supplier, rail services in Sweden are partly decentralised to the responsibility of county authorities and are widely subjected to competitive tendering. The rest of the network is about to be opened up for on-the-track competition. Swedish Rail (SJ) has spent the last decades consolidating its core business (passenger rail) and sold out its other businesses. In contrast, the Norwegian state rail (NSB) has expanded its business to become a major bus operator and property owner, with extensions also into the Swedish market.The coach industry was more recently deregulated in both countries. The Swedish coach market is dominated by privately owned companies operating services to and from Stockholm. In Norway, state-owned NSB is a major coach operator on medium distance routes, and is also the largest partner of Nor-Way Bussekspress which totally dominates long-distance coach services. Further, the Norwegian coach market is characterised by cross-ownership and cooperation which has enabled an extensive route network which covers most of Norway.We find distinct differences in achievements in the two modes and in the two countries. Swedish rail services have succeeded in winning market shares and in renewing and developing both infrastructure and service levels to a greater extent than the Norwegian model. On the other hand, the Norwegian coach market seems to be more developed and efficient compared to its Swedish counterpart.The paper concludes with a discussion on the possible links between the different approaches and the performance observed, with the aim to stimulate further and more detailed research on some important issues. 相似文献
