The role of Computer Aided Engineering in vehicle development has been significantly increased during the last decade. Specialised simulation tools became very complex, however, growing demands on complexity and particularly interdisciplinarity of vehicles and their simulation models have led to a number of approaches trying either to develop multidisciplinary simulation tools or to connect various specialised simulation tools by interfaces. This paper addresses some aspects of interconnection of the specialised simulation tools as one possibility for simulating complex mechatronic vehicle systems. It classifies the interfaces between specialised software packages in general, mentions some historical development of the interfacing and further discusses the examples of the implemented couplings between the Multibody System codes and Computer Aided Control Engineering tools. Finally, the performance of selected interfaces is compared on an example simulation of a controlled vehicle suspension. 相似文献

While a screw is a fastening element that can tighten the two parts at low cost, the loosening of the screw is generated due to external forces such as repetitive load, vibration, and thermal stress. This phenomenon decreases the initial clamping force, and this can be a serious problem to the safety of the product. However, while fastening parts are handled through experiment and experience, there is a lack of research on the screw loosening of plastic fastening parts. For example, vehicles have various fastening parts. Among the fastening elements, screws are typically used for tightening parts of the vehicle door trim. Vehicle interior materials are mainly composed of plastic parts. Especially, the temperature of the vehicle interior changes from a sub-zero temperature to 100 degrees (°C) due to solar radiation. Unlike metals, plastic materials are commonly susceptible to the environment. In this study, the fastening screw of automotive door trim parts is selected. First, a screw loosening mechanism is implemented through Computer Aided Engineering (CAE) analysis and the influences of degradation are then analyzed. In this work, a literature survey on the validation of vehicle dynamics simulation models is presented. Estimating the dynamic responses of existing or proposed vehicles has a wide array of applications in the development of vehicle technologies, e.g. active suspensions, controller design, driver assistance systems, etc. Although simulation environments, measurement tools and mathematical theories on vehicle dynamics are well established, the methodical link between the experimental test data and validity analysis of the simulation model is still lacking. 为了减少在圆柱齿轮计算机辅助设计过程中,参数化设计、有限元分析和运动仿真的跨平台数据传递,基于CATIAV5以参数绘制齿廓渐开线,通过多截面曲面绘制出齿型曲面并运用曲面缝合功能实现齿型闭合,实现斜齿轮的精确建模。利用CAE和运动仿真模块并结合斜齿轮传动原理和齿面受力,对斜齿轮齿进行有限元分析和啮合状态运动仿真,检验设计结果符合要求,从而为设计和精密制造以及工程失效分析提供精确的数据参考。 相似文献

从智能交通信息平台的概念出发,研究利用已有的智能交通系统资源建立智能交通信息试验平台。首先对比分析了已有的平台体系结构开发方法,即面向过程的开发方法和面向对象的开发方法,两者都已不能适应复杂大系统的开发需求。通过引入计算机建模与仿真领域的HLA(高层体系结构)技术,创造性地提出了基于HLA的体系结构开发方法,结合信息试验平台需求分析,设计了智能交通信息试验平台的逻辑结构。平台分4层来组织,分别是基础数据层、数据库层、应用服务层和用户主体层,在若干接口程序的衔接下,各类联邦成员协同作用以实现信息平台的功能。结合现有的技术设备条件,实现了信息平台的物理连接。平台搭建后运营正常,已接入信息平台的ITS系统包括车载导航系统和城市商用车辆调度系统,并为其他子系统的接入预留了接口。 相似文献

In the scope of the European Prometheus project a passenger car with active rear wheel steering was developed by TNO in cooperation with PSA. During development and engineering of the rear wheel steering system simulation tools have been used to reduce development costs. This paper describes the evaluation of different simulation models, from simple to complex, with results of full vehicle driving tests. The optimal balance for model complexity and accuracy was achieved with a 2-dimensional model with an added roll degree of freedom. The results show that validation using time responses can give ambiguous and inaccurate results, and that frequency response functions are much more usable in validation. 相似文献

Until recently, passenger cars have primarily interested in pedestrian protection performance. Nowadays, however, it is important
for a sport-utility vehicle (SUV) to meet the bumper system standards for pedestrian safety. For a SUV bumper system, there
are some difficulties in attaining a high level of pedestrian performance for the lower legform. An SUV has a high bumper
position from the ground level, and the bumper approach angle must also be secured, which has an effect on car insurance fees.
Due to these reasons, it is difficult to meet the pedestrian performance of the lower legform for an SUV. In this paper, a
comparative study was performed on various SUV bumper systems, and a concept model for a SUV bumper system was developed,
which is expected to meet the pedestrian performance by using the Pugh method. The design control factors were defined to
affect the bumper pedestrian performance through the experiences of tests and analyses. For the noise factor to affect the
pedestrian performance, the deviation of the impactor position was selected at the moment of impact. The design control factors
were optimized by using the Taguchi optimization technique. For the Taguchi method, an L18 orthogonal array table of design
control factors was used in the optimization process. Particularly, for the optimization of the bumper corner region, an optimization
analysis was performed three times to meet pedestrian performance. Based on the results of the Taguchi optimization method,
the sensitivity of the bumper design parameters was studied, and a new SUV bumper system is proposed that satisfies the pedestrian
performance of the lower legform. The optimized bumper system should obtain a full Euro-NCAP score of 6 points for the bumper
test. The pedestrian performance of the optimized bumper system is validated by using a CAE (Computer Aided Engineering) analysis,
which has been proven to be in accurate. A comparison between the test and analysis results is shown for the validation of
accuracy. By using the optimized bumper system, the tests and development costs of a bumper can be reduced. 相似文献
