针对风机叶轮射流尾迹与蜗舌产生的动静干涉流场的特性,研究风机内部动静干涉流场的相互作用机制.以某离心风机为研究对象,通过对传统蜗舌的结构进行改进,在叶轮出口长度对应的蜗舌展向长度范围内开槽,采用数值计算的方法分析开槽结构的槽宽、槽深和间距等参数对离心风机的气动特性和风机内部流场分布的影响规律.计算结果表明:开槽蜗舌有助于改善风机的运行效率,减小尾迹对蜗舌前缘的冲击,延缓蜗舌下游边界层的流动分离,削弱叶轮与蜗舌之间的动静干涉作用,抑制蜗壳壁面的非定常压力脉动. 相似文献

对于进出口管道开口的大型船用离心风机,其内部非定常流动诱发的噪声是气动噪声和振动噪声的耦合且噪声以基频为主。本文通过数值计算方法定量研究了风机最高效率点(BEP)的基频噪声辐射,包含叶轮气动噪声、壳体气动噪声和壳体振动噪声。基于声学有限元方法,利用FW-H方程耦合URANS流场计算结果数值计算了离心风机的噪声辐射;以流动诱发壳体振动的压力脉动为噪声激励源,基于声学有限元方法,计算了壳体振动噪声辐射。结果表明,壳体基频气动噪声是风机噪声的主要贡献量(87 dB),其次是叶轮基频气动噪声(71dB),壳体基频振动噪声最小(57 dB)。噪声叠加使总噪声辐射增加了0.9 dB,但是声场的指向性没有发生变化。 相似文献

为了研究旋转式能量回收装置进出口处压力脉动的分布及频谱特性,采用非定常湍流模型对旋转式能量回收装置的不同工况进行数值模拟,分析不同工况下旋转式能量回收装置的压力脉动特性和装置内部流场分布,结果表明:旋转式能量回收装置转子与定子动静干涉是其产生压力脉动现象的重要原因,压力脉动会沿着流道传递至出口处,传递的过程中压力脉动的幅值会逐渐减小,转速和流量的提高都会增大压力脉动的幅值;压力脉动的主频与转子转频和孔道数的乘积有良好的对应关系,能量回收装置内部涡的产生频率与压力脉动的主要频率基本一致,而装置内部涡的产生是由转子与定子的动静干涉引起的。该研究有效揭示了旋转式能量回收装置压力脉动的特征和机理,对于装置压力脉动的利用和控制具有参考价值。 相似文献

非定常流动是引起泵振动的主要因素之一,为了明确压力脉动与振动之间的关联关系,搭建了闭式实验系统,对一台船用离心泵进行压力脉动和振动的同步测量。基于快速傅里叶变换获得了各监测点压力脉动、基脚振动信号的频谱特性及功率谱特性;通过计算压力脉动信号与振动信号的相干函数,并通过比较不同测点的相干系数大小,分析了压力脉动对振动的贡献。结果表明,压力脉动与振动均在轴频、叶频及其高次谐波等离散频率下能量突出;不同频率下各测点的压力脉动对泵振动的影响存在差异,其中进口压力脉动在600-700Hz及900-1000Hz频段对振动影响最大;隔舌压力脉动在0-600Hz及700-900Hz频段对振动影响最大;出口压力脉动在轴频的高次谐波等个别频率处对振动有一定影响。相干分析可作为建立压力脉动与振动信号之间关联关系的一种有效手段,由此为进一步离心泵内部流场改善及减振提供参考。 相似文献

本文对E779A螺旋桨非定常空化流动进行了数值模拟研究,通过对螺旋桨流场中的压力脉动及涡量场的分析,探讨了空化对压力脉动以及涡流场的影响。计算中采用了k-ωSST湍流模型和Zwart-Gerber-Belamri空化模型。数值模拟的结果表明:预测的非定常空化形态与试验结果基本一致;周期性演变的非定常空化会诱发大幅度周期性变化的压力脉动。此外,本文使用了相对涡量输运方程进行进一步分析,结果表明,空化引起的涡量拉伸、收缩膨胀和斜压力矩会促进涡的产生和发展,从而加剧流场的不稳定性。 相似文献

为了研究水下航行体尾部厚边界层湍流非定常特征,利用轴对称的光体模型及2个尺度不同的大附体模型,在低速风洞中进行模型尾部壁面脉动压力与近壁湍动速度同步测试,并采取相关计算、小波分析等方法作数据处理分析.结果表明:航行体尾壁面脉动压力信号主频成分相对较少,且频率较为固定,反映航行体尾厚边界层流动大尺度相干结构影响;而近壁湍动速度信号反映多种不同尺度的涡作用,且低频信号占据主要的频率成分,同时,随着离壁面距离的增加,湍动速度与壁面脉动压力最大相关系数减小.测试同时考察了不同大附体方案和雷诺数变化对航行体尾湍流特性的影响. 相似文献

Recent measurements of wave induced hull strain and flexure in RN warships are presented together with the derivation of the current design criteria for extreme hull girder bending loads. The history of the development of the shipboard instrumentation used is given and recent developments to improve the quality and ease of analysis of the data are described. An unexpectedly high transverse asymmetry in the longitudinal strains measured in destroyers is shown to be the result of a combination of vertical and lateral bending in oblique seas. Finally recent theoretical comparisons between the loading of Deep-Vee hulls and conventional UK rounded bilge hulls are presented which demonstrate the higher loading experienced by this type of hull form. 相似文献

Despite the many socio-economic similarities between Sweden and Norway, differences in jurisdiction, organisation, cooperation, and financing of long-distance passenger train and coach services have led to the development of four distinctively different ways of serving the markets. This paper describes how the train and coach markets have developed in the two countries, with emphasis on regulatory and industrial structure and a couple of performance variables.Looking at passenger rail, both countries separated infrastructure from operation over a decade ago. However, while Norwegian rail is characterised by an almost monopoly supplier, rail services in Sweden are partly decentralised to the responsibility of county authorities and are widely subjected to competitive tendering. The rest of the network is about to be opened up for on-the-track competition. Swedish Rail (SJ) has spent the last decades consolidating its core business (passenger rail) and sold out its other businesses. In contrast, the Norwegian state rail (NSB) has expanded its business to become a major bus operator and property owner, with extensions also into the Swedish market.The coach industry was more recently deregulated in both countries. The Swedish coach market is dominated by privately owned companies operating services to and from Stockholm. In Norway, state-owned NSB is a major coach operator on medium distance routes, and is also the largest partner of Nor-Way Bussekspress which totally dominates long-distance coach services. Further, the Norwegian coach market is characterised by cross-ownership and cooperation which has enabled an extensive route network which covers most of Norway.We find distinct differences in achievements in the two modes and in the two countries. Swedish rail services have succeeded in winning market shares and in renewing and developing both infrastructure and service levels to a greater extent than the Norwegian model. On the other hand, the Norwegian coach market seems to be more developed and efficient compared to its Swedish counterpart.The paper concludes with a discussion on the possible links between the different approaches and the performance observed, with the aim to stimulate further and more detailed research on some important issues. 相似文献
