A new in-cylinder excitation system has been developed to analyze the engine structure attenuation experimentally. A hydraulic and a piezoelectric actuator are used to exactly reproduce the cylinder pressure in non-running engine conditions. The structure attenuation measured in this system has a good coincidence with that measured in actual engine operating conditions, however the conventional excitation method, which applied only high-frequency components as the excitation pressure, resulted in poor agreement. As a result, the proposed system has been proved to be very useful and effective to estimate the engine noise characteristics without engine running. 相似文献

集多体动力学方法、有限元方法、声学边界元方法于一体,对某柴油机结构振动和结构辐射噪声特性系统地开展了数值预测和分析工作。通过模态试验数据修正了发动机各部件及组合结构有限元模型,确保了有限元模型的合理性。由计算所得发动机结构表面的振动速度值和试验值变化趋势一致,在部分频率段吻合较好。基于表面振动速度法通过Matlab编程获得了各部件的声功率级及其排序,能够有效地指导低噪声设计工作。通过有限元和边界元方法分别对不同激励工况下发动机结构振动响应和声学响应进行了预测,通过分析可知,在低频段范围内活塞激励和燃烧激励相对阀系激励对整机辐射噪声的影响大,高频段辐射噪声主要集中在1 700Hz左右频段,其中,阀系激励对该频段范围内辐射噪声的影响较大。 相似文献

噪声问题已经成为汽车交流发电机生产企业发展的瓶颈,借助国内某知名企业的先进噪声实验室,进行发电机噪声测试分析。对噪声测试影响因素、测试要求、测试设备进行分析,测出发电机A声级主要阶次成分噪声。对噪声测试结果分析表明,发电机整体噪声在低转速区间问题较大,找出噪声主要阶次成分随转速变化的规律,确定引起噪声的主要阶次成分。为发动机降噪方案设计提供依据。 相似文献

In this paper, an indirect feedback active noise control (ANC) scheme, based on the fundamental frequency-estimation method, is proposed for systems with multiple tonal noises. The engine noise consists of the harmonic components of the rotation of the crankshaft in the engine. When it is difficult to obtain reference signals, which are necessary for a feedforward ANC, conventional ANC algorithms do not work. In this paper, a new method is proposed to generate reference signals with estimated frequencies. The proposed algorithm consists of two parts: the frequency-estimation (FE) algorithm for the estimation of the fundamental frequency of the rotating machinery and then the conventional filtered-x LMS (FX-LMS) algorithm. In the second algorithm, the reference signal is generated using the fundamental frequency as estimated in the first algorithm. The FE algorithm uses a second-order adaptive notch filter, which is insensitive to impulse noise. In addition, the FE algorithm has good tracking capability and a lower variance of frequency-estimation error for a constant sinusoid signal and chirp signal. The performance of the proposed ANC method is verified through simulations and an experiment using a DSP board (DS-1104) inside a short duct. 相似文献

轿车异响越来越成为用户关注的重点,发动机是轿车噪声的主要激励源之一。文章介绍了发动机常见噪声,并通过CAE分析,确定了噪声源。结合生产中的问题,借助CAE分析手段,排除了设计影响因素。通过测量分析发动机噪声的声谱特点,快速识别了发动机异响声部位,并结合发动机凸轮轴表面加工工艺偏差,找到了引起发动机异响的根本原因,指出该方法可以在产品开发和批量生产中,对发动机机械噪声进行快速测试识别,并指导发动机凸轮轴加工。 相似文献

根据连续小波变换具有较二进离散小波变换和小波包变换更精细的尺度分辨率的特点,研究了适用于工程应用的发动机表面辐射声信号小波变换结果的表述方法,并以一台车用增压柴油机前端表面辐射噪声的测量和识别分析为例,提出了一种车用发动机主要噪声源诊断和识别的测试分析方法。文中还将声信号测量识别的结果与表面振动信号识别的结果做了比较,两者是吻合的。 相似文献

柴油机失火是常见的故障模式,传统的诊断方法不仅参数获取困难且准确性差。针对此问题,以3缸四冲程柴油机为研究对象,设计了柴油机失火故障的预置试验,采集排气噪声和缸盖振动信号进行故障诊断研究。为提取强噪声背景下的微弱信号,采用二次采样随机共振系统提取柴油机故障特征频率完成柴油机的失火故障诊断。研究结果表明,通过二次采样处理,随机共振系统可以将噪声能量转移到柴油机微弱特征信号上,达到大参数条件下微弱信号特征提取的目的,能有效识别柴油机的早期故障,对其他复杂机械的振动诊断同样具有参考价值。 相似文献

With the growing interest in environmental problems, the control of vehicle pass-by noise has become stricter. In this paper, the acoustic radiation characteristics of the engine compartment are investigated to reduce effectively noise radiated from the engine. These characteristics were found to vary with relative position of the noise source on engine surface and edge of body panel. The evaluation method was improved by considering these characteristics on engine component bench testing. This makes it possible to predict accurately the effect of modifying the engine structure on the pass-by noise test. 相似文献
