基于为某国产金属带式无级变速器建立的从动带轮三维模型,利用有限元方法,分析了轴向力和速比对带轮变形的影响,并据此拟合出带轮最大变形量和最大变形位置分布的数学公式,再利用文献中现有的试验数据,验证了有限元分析的有效性.结果表明,速比是影响最大变形量位置的主要因素,而轴向力和速比同时影响变形量的大小.  相似文献

In regard to the belt and pulley system of a metal V-belt CVT, the characteristics of the ratio changing speed is obtained by experiments. It is summarized in a practical and simple experimental equation. By using this equation a simulation model is developed to analyze the response of a vehicle with a metal V-belt CVT to a rapid pulley ratio change. 为了使机电控制无级变速器(CVT)能够可靠地传递转矩,快速地调节速比,结合某车型的结构性能参数,对机电控制CVT电控电动执行机构的设计方法进行研究。首先,对机电控制CVT电控电动执行机构的结构和工作原理进行分析,说明电控电动执行机构对CVT速比和从动带轮夹紧力的调节方法,从运动学和动力学的角度研究从金属带式无级变速器的传动机理,获得速比与主动带轮可动盘位移的关系以及保证主、从动带轮可靠传递转矩所需要的夹紧力;然后,根据整车的结构性能参数,明确汽车对机电控制CVT的功能需求和性能要求,以电控电动执行机构中直流电动机的负载转矩最小为目标,设计确定各碟形弹簧的参数和组合形式,在此基础上确定电控电动执行机构中电动机械传动系统的结构性能参数;最后,为验证所设计电控电动执行机构参数的正确性,利用所建立的机电控制CVT传动系统模型在ECE工况下对电控电动执行机构的性能进行仿真分析。结果表明:相对传统CVT液压执行机构,在ECE工况下机电控制CVT电控电动执行机构消耗的能量减少52.2%,同时设计的电控电动执行机构在ECE工况下能够实现实际夹紧力和速比对目标值的良好跟随。  相似文献

A new type of electromechanical continuously variable transmission (EMCVT) was investigated. The EMCVT uses a direct current (DC) motor to push the driving pulley, which in turn changes the transmission ratio without a hydraulic system. This paper introduces the principle of the EMCVT and establishes a dynamic ratio control model. Ratio control strategies using both position and speed closed-loop control are proposed. Simulation results show that the simulation ratio curves of the EMCVT follow pre-designed ratios well for ramp and sine curves. Control software is based on MATLAB/Simulink/Stateflow and MotoHawk platforms. A prototype vehicle equipped with an EMCVT has been developed. Vehicle test results show that the control performance of the EMCVT satisfies the requirements of vehicle operation. The effectiveness of the EMCVT ratio control strategy proposed in this paper is validated with test data for the prototype vehicle.  相似文献

This paper investigates the torque transmitting mechanism of a CVT metal pushing type belt by theoretically analyzing working forces on steel bands and blocks. Measuring these working forces, the drive model presented in this paper is shown to be appropriate. Applying this analysis, the relation between belt slip limit and pulley clamping force is derived with enough accuracy for practical use.  相似文献

This paper introduces an electro-mechanical, dual acting pulley, continuously variable transmission (EMDAPCVT) and presents its real time ratio controller using a proportional-derivative-plus-conditional-integral (PDPCI) controller. The ratio controller system is developed based on primary (input) and secondary (output) pulley position controllers. Each position controller has two PID parameters, releasing and clamping, which are determined experimentally using a relay feedback method. A PC-based ratio controller system is implemented using Matlab/Simulink® software and a Keithley DAS-1602 data acquisition system card. The experimental results show that the PDPCI controller system can control the CVT ratio adequately.  相似文献

Improving the durability of an automotive V-belt pulley, which is commonly used in an automotive powertrain to transfer power to other parts, is discussed. Fatigue life of the original V-belt pulley is predicted based on damage analysis by finite element analysis (FEA). Stress history of the pulley during operation was found by performing consecutive static analyses on the pulley as the pulley rotates. Assembly load (due to the tightening of the bolts) and operation load were considered to describe the actual load conditions in a durability test. The contact condition from the belt was calculated and applied to the surface of the pulley. Static analyses at 36 different positions of the pulley, every ten degrees of rotation, were performed to determine the stress history of the pulley during operation. Using stress history data calculated from FE analysis, damage over one rotation of the pulley was calculated and fatigue life, in number of rotations to failure, was estimated. An improvement to the durability of the pulley was investigated by modifying the design of the pulley using FE analysis results. Durability tests for the pulleys used in the analysis were carried out to verify the analytical results. Comparison between analysis and experimental results showed that analytical results correlated with the experimental results closely.  相似文献

为了精确解析城市公交车和社会车辆混合运行的状态,在基本路段车速模型适用性分析的基础上,引入公交车流量、社会车辆流量、公交车比例等参数,建立了改进的混合机动车运行速度模型,分别选取单向二车道和单向三车道路段进行交通试验调查,采用Metrocount 5600气压管式车辆分型系统进行数据采集并用于改进模型的参数标定,并分别建立了2种车型的速度差模型,提出了路段混合车流3种不同交通运行状态的评价方法。研究结果表明:同等车流量情况下,不同公交车比例对社会车辆速度的影响表现为3个显著的变化区间;随着路段饱和度的增加,社会车辆和公交车之间的速度差呈现出从几乎不变、快速缩小到接近于零3个较为明显的运行状态;考虑车流组成中公交车比例的变化可以细化路段车流畅通状态、拥堵形成状态以及拥堵状态的判别。  相似文献

Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT) is one of the most promising automotive transmission technologies because of its continuously variable gear ratio and reduced shift shock. CVT is different from Manual Transmission and Automatic Transmission, and it is possible to operate the power source in its high efficiency region with CVT in the drive train. Several types of CVT exist that can be categorized based on the mechanism of power transmission, such as the belt pulley, traction drive, and hydrostatic types. This paper investigates the belt pulley CVT, which consists of a thrust actuator, driver pulley, belt, driven pulley, and preload spring of the output shaft. A complete CVT is constructed, and based on that a simulation program that analyzes the static performance of a CVT is implemented in Matlab/Simulink. From these simulation results, methods for improving the efficiency of the CVT are discussed. The coefficient of the torque capacity factor is proposed as affecting the matching between a power source and a CVT, and methods for improving the matching effect are also investigated.  相似文献

通过工程实例阐述了采用井点降水与钢护筒防护相结合处理钻孔桩断桩的方法,这种断桩处理方案大胆采用钢护筒防护和井点降低地下水位,结合人工下井凿除浮浆、清除泥污,且随灌注混凝土随提拔钢护筒,使桩混凝土仍与土壁接触,确保桩基混凝土与土壁的力学状态不变。其施工难度较大,具有一定的创新性,是一种较实用的工程断桩技术处理方案。  相似文献

建立了电动汽车增程器系统的模块化控制仿真平台。将GT-Power中的接口模块与Simulink模块建立耦合模型,进一步通过Matlab/Simulink建立转速控制和空燃比控制模型,研究了增程发动机冷起动及稳定运行时转速和空燃比的控制策略,对比了传统 PID控制方法以及模糊 PID控制方法。结果表明,模糊 PID控制在目标转速以及空燃比的响应速度和误差方面均优于传统 PID 控制;稳定运行时,增程发动机转速保持在最佳工况点 3 000 r/min 附近,实现发动机高效节能。  相似文献

对 4缸汽油机的各缸压力、曲轴转速、空燃比进行了同时测量 ,由测量得到的压力分析了 4缸汽油机气缸间平均指示压力的差异以及平均指示压力、最高燃烧压力、最高燃烧压力所在曲轴转角三者的关系。采用统计分析方法研究了平均指示压力与测量得到的循环平均曲轴转速、循环平均空燃比之间的关系。试验结果表明汽油机不同气缸的平均指示压力存在偏差 ,其偏差率可达± 5 % ;气缸最高压力与最高压力所在曲轴转角之间有较强的相关 ,但平均指示压力与循环平均空燃比和循环平均转速是不相关的  相似文献

为了反映高速公路运营安全状况,提出了动态风险饱和度理论,构建了动态风险饱和度模型和计算方法。依据路段不同交通饱和度下车辆的驾驶行为,以路段交通安全为约束,研究了跟车行驶和换道行驶2种驾驶状态下,考虑车速变化及雾天等特殊天气条件影响的路段平均最小安全车头时距计算方法,利用建立的安全车头时距与安全流量之间的转换关系,得到不同驾驶状态下的路段安全流量。在不同车辆驾驶状态切换阈值下,计算路段实际交通流量与路段安全流量的比值得到高速公路路段动态风险饱和度值。以G3高速公路某改扩建路段所在路网为例进行验证,计算得到了路网中各路段不同切换阈值下的动态风险饱和度值。动态风险饱和度随着交通饱和度的增大,呈现稳定的先增大后减小的规律,且在换道行驶状态时达到最大,在跟车行驶状态时开始下降,与现有交通安全状态分析相吻合。相较于交通饱和度,动态风险饱和度更能够反应出高速公路路段交通安全动态变化的规律。   相似文献

为了解决传统固定转向传动比以及鲁棒H控制方法无法很好地改善车辆稳定性的问题,提出全轮线控转向车辆的变传动比和可拓H控制策略。首先,建立八自由度车辆动力学模型和轮胎模型。其次,以车辆方向盘转角和车速为输入信息,基于模糊控制方法设计全轮线控转向车辆的转向传动比,并计算出全轮线控转向车辆的前轮转角。然后,以横摆角速度偏差和偏差微分为特征值,基于可拓控制理论将车辆状态划分为3个区域:经典域、可拓域和非域;在经典域中,采用基于横摆角速度反馈的鲁棒H控制方法,实时获取全轮线控转向车辆的后轮转角;在可拓域和非域中,结合可拓控制和H控制策略,动态调整H控制器的输出信号,在保证控制系统鲁棒性的前提下改善车辆的操纵稳定性。最后,基于MATLAB/Simulink仿真平台和自主研制的全轮线控转向特种消防救援车辆,通过正弦转向、单移线、阶跃转向、双移线等典型工况对所提控制方法进行验证,并以平均绝对误差和均方根误差为评价指标,与无控制和H控制方法进行对比分析。仿真和试验测试结果表明:①变传动比控制方法不仅可以提高车辆低速时的转向灵敏度,也能改善车辆高速时的稳定性;②相比传统鲁棒H控制,可拓H控制策略提高了全轮线控转向车辆的操纵稳定性,改善了车辆全轮线控转向控制系统的鲁棒性。  相似文献

In this paper, a reduced-order sliding mode observer (RO-SMO) is developed for vehicle state estimation. Several improvements are achieved in this paper. First, the reference model accuracy is improved by considering vehicle load transfers and using a precise nonlinear tyre model ‘UniTire’. Second, without the reference model accuracy degraded, the computing burden of the state observer is decreased by a reduced-order approach. Third, nonlinear system damping is integrated into the SMO to speed convergence and reduce chattering. The proposed RO-SMO is evaluated through simulation and experiments based on an in-wheel motor electric vehicle. The results show that the proposed observer accurately predicts the vehicle states.  相似文献

为研究面向闭环控制的柴油机在线排放模型,以1台高压共轨、涡轮增压中冷柴油机的转速、扭矩、空燃比、燃烧始点、燃烧重心、燃烧终点、最高燃烧温度、最大缸内压力等运转和燃烧的各项参数为基础,运用局部线性模型树对排放物HC,CO,CO2,NOx和烟度进行了仿真研究。研究结果表明,以转速、扭矩、空燃比为输入时,CO,CO2,NOx的仿真结果与试验值具有较好的一致性,以转速、扭矩、空燃比、燃烧重心为输入时,HC、烟度的仿真结果与试验值具有较好的一致性。各排放的期望响应与仿真输出的平均误差在10%以内,线性回归相关系数达到0.96以上。各个排放物的仿真过程单独进行时,可以得到较好的仿真效果。因此,局部线性模型树模型适用于高压共轨柴油机排放物的仿真。  相似文献
