考虑到灰色关联诊断中模式向量各参数量纲不同,数量级存在差异,且各种特征因子有各自的应用缺陷,通过将模糊理论和灰色关联度相结合.形成所提取故障特征值的模糊关联度,将模糊关联度作为神经网络的输入量进行故障种类的识别,提出了模糊灰色关联神经网络故障识别方法,实现了针对在不同工作状态下的故障识别.对舰船主动力系统故障进行实例诊断研究,诊断结果表明,该方法准确、有效.  相似文献

EPS转向感觉试验的评价涉及多个方面,要得到准确的对比评价结果比较困难.在应用模糊语言变量的基础上,将群体多准则决策和模糊多层次综合评价进行融合,采用轻便性、回正性、中间位置转向性能和移线性能及其对应的子因素作为评价因素集,利用标度法构建评价准则关系比较矩阵及模糊一致判断矩阵,并对各EPS方案对应的效用值进行模糊排序,既综合了专家群体意见,又合理保留了各级决策评价信息,从而保证了评价排序结果的可靠性,为EPS方案开发、参数优化提供了有效途径.  相似文献

模糊FMECA法通过对水库大坝隐患出现的频率、影响程度进行评价,并通过赋予权重及模糊综合评判对大坝进行风险评估,具有一定的科学性及实用性,但仍存在无法体现大坝隐患因子的随机性及无法准确反应专家主观偏好关系的缺陷。基于此,提出了云模型-模糊FMECA法的水库大坝安全性分析方法,将模糊FMECA法中的评判矩阵、权重矩阵、对应的评语集进行逆向计算,得出了云模型数字特征值,通过模糊评判得到水库大坝风险评判结果的云模型;根据约束条件确定相应评语集的云模型的数字特征值,将大坝风险评判结果的云模型及各评语集云模型通过MATLAB仿真化,以此实现对水库大坝的安全性评价;将该方法运用到云南省某大坝中,得到了该大坝的内部安全评估等级为A,与现场专家组评判结果一致。证明了基于云模型-模糊FMECA法的水库大坝安全性分析具有一定的可行性及科学性。  相似文献

针对汽车电控发动机故障多,具有模糊性和复杂性的事实,结合模糊逻辑、神经网络、专家系统各自的特点,建立了基于模糊神经网络专家系统的发动机的故障诊断系统;采用面向对象的Visual Basic 6.0、MATLAB 7.0和Ac-cess数据库等软件来实现系统结构,对系统的整个流程,尤其是关键点和重难点进行了研究。结果表明:该诊断系统能对电控发动机故障进行快速准确诊断。  相似文献

提出了一种新的超对策结局偏好模糊认知信息的融合方法.用一种模糊集结算子来表示专家群体对其他局中人结局偏好的模糊认知,通过求解线性规划模型得到结局偏好群体模糊认知的水平截集;以与模糊数的截集相关的解模糊函数和Newton-Cotes积分公式,得到专家群体对其他局中人结局偏好清晰认知的关系矩阵;运用大多数一致性优胜者模糊集来确定其他局中人的结局偏好向量.给出的数值例子说明了文中提出方法的有效性.  相似文献

数值分析方法研究斜拉桥稳定性,工作量大,计算方法复杂,且难以综合考虑稳定性影响因素.运用模糊理论中多级模糊综合评判法对大跨径斜拉桥的稳定性进行研究.通过全面考虑影响因素,建立单因素评判矩阵,综合应用专家评测法和层次分析法确定各因素的权重,较好地量化了全面评估过程.最后通过多级模糊综合评判得到斜拉桥稳定性评判结果,从而可知斜拉桥是否满足稳定性要求.  相似文献

The core of computer numerical control (CNC) machine tool is the electrical system which controls and coordinates every part of CNC machine tool to complete processing tasks, so it is of great significance to strengthen the reliability of the electrical system. However, the electrical system is very complex due to many uncertain factors and dynamic stochastic characteristics when failure occurs. Therefore, the traditional fault tree analysis (FTA) method is not applicable. Bayesian network (BN) not only has a unique advantage to analyze nodes with multiply states in reliability analysis for complex systems, but also can solve the state explosion problem properly caused by Markov model when dealing with dynamic fault tree (DFT). In addition, the forward causal reasoning of BN can get the conditional probability distribution of the system under considering the uncertainty; the backward diagnosis reasoning of BN can recognize the weak links in system, so it is valuable for improving the system reliability.  相似文献

This paper presented a new-type CNC curve grinding machine, in order to conquer the disadvantages of conventional NC curve grinding machine and improve surface quality, dimensional accuracy and machining efficiency. The new-type grinder adopts some high and new technologies: ① the normal tracing device could make grinding wheel coincide with the normal direction of the machining points in work piece, and improve surface quality and dimensional accuracy; ② the digital image on-line recognition system could monitor machining process and compensate wheel wear in real time; ③ linear motor drive mechanism could realize the exact adjustment of the grinding head digitally and increase the machining efficiency. The math models of normal tracing and circular tolerance zone were presented. The experimental results show that the new-type CNC curve grinding machine equipped with the three devices mentioned above is easy to realize the precision grinding of any complex curve, and improve surface quality, dimensional accuracy and machining efficiency.  相似文献

提出了一种二层学习算法来优化模糊规则基。利用Takagi-Sugeno模糊神经网络对一个模糊规则基进行参数学习,学习方法为梯度下降法,然后利用遗传算法对规则基进行结构调整,采用二进制编码方法,一条规则对应于一个基因位,一个规则基对应于一条染色体。这种二层优化方法能较好地减少模糊规则基的冗余度,化简模糊规则基。仿真实验也证实了这一点。  相似文献

A binary decision diagram(BDD) is a data structure that is used to represent a Boolean function.Converting fault tree into BDD can effectively simplify counting processes and improve the accuracy and effectiveness of the results. However, due to various types of uncertainties in reliability data, we cannot obtain precise failure probabilities. In order to accurately quantify the certainties and obtain much more reliable results, we use BDD method based on fuzzy set theory for reliability quantitative analysis. In this regard, we take W-axis feeding system of heavy-duty computer numerical control(CNC) machine as a project example and adopt fuzzy BDD quantitative analysis method to analyze its reliability. The analysis results(aided by computer calculation)illustrate the effectiveness of the method proposed in this paper.  相似文献

In order to evaluate stock quality scientifically, a synthetic evaluation system of stock quality is proposed on the basis of fuzzy set theory and grey multi-hierarchy decision method. 道路交通事故多发路段的危险因素诊断是事故路段改造的前提和基础,建立可靠的道路危险因素诊断模型,可以更有效的提高危险路段整治的效果。根据模糊诊断原理,建立了道路交通事故多发路段的事故形态与事故原因模糊关系模型,并提出了基于历史事故数据统计的隶属度函数。利用模糊关系诊断模型,得到道路的主要危险因素及其排序,为道路安全设施改善决策提供了依据。  相似文献

Gyro's fault diagnosis plays a critical role in inertia navigation systems for higher reliability and precision. A new fault diagnosis strategy based on the statistical parameter analysis (SPA) and support vector machine (SVM) classification model was proposed for dynamically tuned gyroscopes (DTG). The SPA, a kind of time domain analysis approach, was introduced to compute a set of statistical parameters of vibration signal as the state features of DTG, with which the SVM model, a novel learning machine based on statistical learning theory (SLT), was applied and constructed to train and identify the working state of DTG. The experimental results verify that the proposed diagnostic strategy can simply and effectively extract the state features of DTG, and it outperforms the radial-basis function (RBF) neural network based diagnostic method and can more reliably and accurately diagnose the working state of DTG.  相似文献
