On August 30 to 31st 2007, Mr. Jin Zhuanglong vice minister of COSTIND on the national shipbuilding work meeting clearly put forward that we should speed up our efforts to promote the strategic transformation of shipbuilding industry, and change our development objective from a large to a strong shipbuilding country. Before this, to fully carry out the "medium and long term development program for shipbuilding industry" and "the eleventh five-year program of shipbuilding development", the COSTIND successively issued the "eleventh five-year development program of ship’ s science and technology", the "eleventh five-year development program of marine equipment industry" and the "action plan of fully establishing modern shipbuilding mode (2006-2010)", which all mapped out the blueprint for making a strong shipbuilding country. In the next f ive to ten years, Chinese shipbuilding industry will sprint toward the shipbuilding power, keeping in mind the following objectives.  相似文献

Shipping After entering into the 1990's, the ship-building industry, badly affected by the long recession of the world shipping market, has been growing very slowly, while the competition has been a fierce one. From the shares enjoyed by the major shipping countries in the world, we can see that the first one is Japan which occupied 38%; South Korea came to the second,obtaining 15%; the third is Germany, being 8%. The shipbuilding industry in America is shrinking, owing to the high cost of production. Recently, Mr. Jin Zhuanglong, Vice Minister of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense (COSTIND) announced to the media that the Basic Requirements and Measures of Evaluation for the Production Conditions of Shipbuilding Enterprises (hereinafter referred to as the Ship- building Enterprise Evaluation Standard) has been formally promulgated and will take effect on October 1 this year. This is the first industrial stan- dards regarding the admission of shipbuilding enterprises in China. The standard shakes off the awkwardness of the Chinese shipbuilding enter- prises having no evaluation standards and drives the shipbuilding enter- prises to walk into a standardization era.  相似文献

Dimensional control is one of the most important challenges in the shipbuilding industry.In order to predict assembly dimensional variation in hull flat block construction,a variation stream model based on state space was presented in this paper which can be further applied to accuracy control in shipbuilding.Part accumulative error,locating error,and welding deformation were taken into consideration in this model,and variation propagation mechanisms and the accumulative rule in the assembly process were analyzed.Then,a model was developed to describe the variation propagation throughout the assembly process.Finally,an example of flat block construction from an actual shipyard was given.The result shows that this method is effective and useful.  相似文献

At the end of August 2007, the national shipbuilding industry work meeting was held in Qingdao, Shandong province. The meeting is the first of its kind since the adoption of China's reform and open-door policy. With the continuous increase of economic and technical strengths, China's dream of becoming the world No.1 shipbuilding country seems to come close. However, crank-shaft as the heart of engine which is the heart of large-size ships often makes us in the state of embarrassment. Now, after some twists and turns, in terms of large marine crankshaft, China has broken through the technology barriers set by foreign crankshaft manufacturers and can make our own heart for large-size ships. According to the statistics from the Chinese Association of the National Shipbuilding Industry (CANSI), from January to April of this year,main business income of China's medium and large shipbuilding enterprises was 190.1 billion RMB, up 27%compared with the same period of last year; The total profit was 14.2 billion RMB, up 23.8% compared with the same period of last year. The profit ratio of sales of medium and large enterprises reached 7.5%, 1.3% higher than the national average level. On the surface, the above statistics indicate that the current economy of China's shipbuilding industry runs smoothly with a relatively good benefit performance. A knowledge-based system in structural component design based on fracture mechanics is developed in this paper. The system consists of several functional parts; a general inference engine, a set of knowledge bases and data-bases, an interpretation engine, a bases administration system and the interface. It can simulate a human expert to make analysis and design scheme mainly for four kinds of typical structural components widely used in shipbuilding industry: pressure vessels, huge rotation constructions , pump-rod and welded structures. It is an open system which may be broadened and perfected to cover a wider range of engineering application through the modification and enlargement of knowledge bases and data-bases. It has a natural and friendly interface that may be easily operated. An on-line help service is also provided.  相似文献
