An effective modeling method of domain level constraints in the constraint network for concurrent engineering (CE) was developed. The domain level constraints were analyzed and the framework of modeling of domain level constraints based on simulation and approximate technology was given. An intelligent response surface methodology (IRSM) was proposed, in which artificial intelligence technologies are introduced into the optimization process. The design of crank and connecting rod in the V6 engine as example was given to show the validity of the modeling method.  相似文献

Former knowledge engineering research aimed at boosting automatic reasoning.However recent knowledge management research focused on promoting the knowledge sharing and reusing among the people.Because of the different aims between the two directions,former knowledge representation schemata,such as rule based representation,frame from knowledge engineering research does not fit to the current knowledge management scenarios.In this paper,for the purpose of building knowledge management systems for product design enterprises,knowledge items are classified into seven types based on the semantics of their usage.Then their representations are discussed respectively.Based on the above classification,a knowledge representation meta-model and a basic domain ontology reference model for cooperative knowledge management systems are put forward.The reference model is an abstraction that can be reused and extended in knowledge management systems of different enterprises.Finally,the patterns of knowledge acquisition processes in cooperative knowledge management scenarios of product design processes are studied.  相似文献

A single-degree-of-freedom equation of motion was used for modeling a compliant offshore structure exposed to viscous hydrodynamic loads. The equation of motion contains nonlinearities in the forms of both Duffing stiffness and Morison drag force with current. The water particle velocity and acceleration for calculating the Morison inertia and drag forces are modeled as Gaussian processes based on a Pierson-Moskowitz (P-M) elevation spectrum. The single-degree-of-freedom equation of motion containing different ocean current values are then numerically integrated via a fourth-order Runge-Kutta scheme. Time trajectories of the surge response displacements of the offshore structure and the response probability density curves are obtained. Furthermore, the ocean current influences on the response central moments up to the fourth order are studied. A literature review reveals that this is the first treatment of such a pair of nonlinearities in time domain. The simulation results are analyzed, and some conclusions valuable for engineering design are pointed out.  相似文献

总结了用于数据挖掘的6种类型领域知识.据此,提出了索引知识加领域知识的2级知识组织方法,前者相当于知识目录,根据知识特征要素对后者编号.领域知识库包括规则、函数、层次知识和基本信息4个子库.讨论了多种类型领域知识的语法校验内容,指出领域规则的矛盾性具有结论矛盾、可信度矛盾和包含矛盾3种表现形式,冗余性具有等价冗余、包含冗余、条件冗余3种表现形式,并给出了校验算法.基于上述研究成果,开发了支持数据挖掘的知识库系统KB4DM.  相似文献

A new method for simulation technology of laneway engineering seamless excavation based on 3D geoscience modeling(3DGM)was proposed to overcome the deficiency in current research.The generalized triprism(GTP)data model was used as the basic modeling element in this method.The models of geological body were created by the method of rock pillar body partition(RPBP)modeling.The laneway engineering models were built with component method,while the corresponding triangles in sections were connected and transformed into tunnel GTP models.All the GTP models were converted into tetrahedron models based on the smallest vertex identifier(SVID).The simulation and spatial analysis of laneway engineering seamless excavation could be realized through the local hierarchical intersection(LHI)algorithm.The application case showed that the method was fast and effective,and it could meet the needs of design and spatial analysis for mine laneway engineering.  相似文献

The increasing scale and complexity of 3D scene design work urge an efficient way to understand the design in multi-disciplinary team and exploit the experiences and underlying knowledge in previous works for reuse. However the previous researches lack of concerning on relationship maintaining and design reuse in knowledge level. We propose a novel semantic driven design reuse system, including a property computation algorithm that enables our system to compute the properties while modeling process to maintain the semantic consistency, and a vertex statics based algorithm that enables the system to recognize scene design pattern as universal semantic model for the same type of scenes. With the universal semantic model, the system conducts the modeling process of future design works by suggestions and constraints on operation. The proposed framework empowers the reuse of 3D scene design on both model level and knowledge level.  相似文献
