为了比较精确地计算纯电动汽车传动轴的扭转疲劳寿命,文章针对某型纯电动汽车,首先按制动能量回收最大化策略,计算了不同制动程度下传动轴上的反向扭矩。在进行等速传动轴的匹配计算时,选择不同规格的等速传动轴,校核了这些不同规格的等速传动轴在假设理想工况下的疲劳失效里程,并计算了各规格传动轴的静扭强度裕度系数。计算结果显示,在文章假设的一般行驶工况条件下,为了达到可接受的疲劳失效里程,传动轴扭矩裕度系数需要设定在2.7~3.1。文章的计算方法和计算结果可为纯电动汽车传动轴的匹配计算提供初步的依据。 相似文献

High speed and sport utility vehicles with large joint articulation angle demand lower friction in automotive driveshaft joints
to meet noise and vibration comfort levels. Thus a more thorough understanding of internal friction characteristics and mechanisms
is required. In this paper, a friction model in automotive driveshaft joints was developed through the use of test data from
an instrumented Constant Velocity (CV) joint friction apparatus with actual driveshaft assemblies. Experiments were conducted
under different realistic operating conditions of oscillatory speeds, CV joint articulation angles, lubrication, and torque.
The experimental data was used to develop a physics-based semi-empirical CV joint internal friction model as a function of
different CV joint operating parameters. It was found that the proposed friction model captures the experimental results well.
Also the friction model estimates the generated axial force (GAF) in tripod CV joints well, which is the main source of force

A hybrid hydraulic vehicle (HHV) combines a hydraulic sub-system with the conventional drivetrain in order to improve fuel economy for heavy vehicles. The added hydraulic module manages the storage and release of fluid power necessary to assist the motion of the vehicle. The power collected by a pump/motor (P/M) from the regenerative braking phase is stored in a high-pressure accumulator and then released by the P/M to the driveshaft during the acceleration phase. This technology is effective in significantly improving fuel-economy for heavy-class vehicles with frequent stop-and-go drive schedules. Despite improved fuel economy and higher vehicle acceleration, noise and vibrations are one of the main problems of these vehicles. The dual function P/Ms are the main source of noise and vibration in a HHV. This study investigates the dynamics of a P/M and particularly the profile and frequency-dependence of the dynamic forces generated by a bent-axis P/M unit. To this end, the fluid dynamics side of the problem has been simplified for investigating the system from a dynamics perspective. A mathematical model of a bent axis P/M has been developed to investigate the cause of vibration and noise in HHVs. The forces are calculated in time and frequency domains. The results of this work can be used to study the vibration response of the chassis and to design effective vibration isolation systems for HHVs. 相似文献
