基于高压旋流喷嘴内部流动对喷雾过程进行数值模拟,并定性研究了喷油压力和环境压力对喷雾特性的影响。研究结果表明:在高的喷油压力下,喷雾贯穿距离增大,液滴索特平均直径减小,但喷雾锥角基本不受影响;在高的环境压力下,喷雾呈现出实心圆锥状,喷雾锥角和贯穿距离都减小,液滴索特平均直径增大。 相似文献

空化对GDI喷嘴内部流动及喷雾特性的影响 总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0
采用两相流非线性空化模型和Huh-Gosman喷雾模型对GDI多孔喷油器喷嘴内部流动和喷雾特性进行模拟。通过流量及喷雾试验对计算模型进行了验证,研究了喷嘴内空化现象对流动及喷雾特性的影响,并从抑制空化、提升流量的角度研究了喷嘴内部流动空化的影响因素及规律。研究结果显示:高压汽油在喷嘴内的流动存在明显的空化现象,空化导致的有效流通面积减小是喷嘴流量减小的原因。针阀升程增加,喷嘴流量先增加较快,后趋于平缓。喷孔的不均匀分布导致各喷孔内的空化状况不同,进而产生流量差异。空化作用也使得喷雾射流在喷孔出口截面的流动参数产生差异,影响喷雾的落点分布和喷雾形态。通过优化喷孔k系数和喷孔入口圆角半径可显著提高喷孔流量。 相似文献

直喷汽油(GDI)发动机中闪沸喷雾具有促进油气混合的优势,但其发生喷雾坍塌的现象会对燃烧与排放带来不利,并且研究发现喷雾坍塌与单射流行为密切相关。因此,为了减轻喷雾坍塌并充分利用GDI发动机中闪沸喷射的优势,了解闪沸射流行为极其重要。本文选择了由5孔喷油器改造而成的单孔喷油器,选用正己烷与异辛烷燃料,在定容燃烧弹中进行试验研究。所选燃油温度为30到130℃,环境背压为0.2到1 bar。通过分析射流宽度与过热度、成核速率、化学势以及环境背压等不同参数的关系,发现射流宽度与?μ·pamb-0.5的相关性达到0.9以上,表明具有较好的相关性,且在近喷口附近射流宽度由相变化学势与环境背压所影响。 相似文献

为预测高原环境下缸内直喷(Gasoline Direct Injection, GDI)汽油车CO和PN的瞬时排放量,开发并评估了一套基于深度学习的排放预测模型。利用便携式车载排放测试系统对一辆GDI汽油车进行实际道路排放测试;加入奇异谱分析对原始时间序列进行处理,剔除时间序列中的异常值;利用XGBoost模型对GDI汽油车的CO和PN的瞬时排放进行初步预测,并利用SVR模型进行残差修正得到最终的预测结果。将预测结果与实际道路排放试验中使用PEMS设备测量的实际值进行比较,结果表明,XGBoost-SVR排放预测模型能较好地预测GDI汽油车瞬时CO和PN的排放,相比单一的XGBoost模型,RMSE分别提高了22.9%和39.7%,决定系数R2均大于0.9,支持预测结果的可靠性。该模型对监测高原环境下GDI汽油车实际道路排放具有一定的工程意义。 相似文献

Local mixture concentration near the spark plug of a direct gasoline injection engine was observed by a fast flame ionization detector. To ensure combustion stability in DISC (Direct Injection Stratified Charge) operation using conventional lean burn intake ports, the swirl ratio and the piston configuration were optimized. Swirl is needed to retain well-vaporized and stable mixture near the spark plug, especially under light load. Also, adequate volume in the piston cavity is required for trapping curved fuel spray. Measurement with a fast flame ionization detector was very effective for understanding the mixture features on DISC operation. 相似文献

One important parameter influencing mixture formation and spray/wall interaction within engines is the geometry of the nozzle. In contrast to Diesel nozzles, the influence of the orifice geometry on spray formation has hardly be investigated for gasoline nozzles. In order to demonstrate the potential of adjusting the nozzle geometry of a modern GDI nozzle, we compare two six-hole, high-pressure nozzles with an identical structure, but different rounding radius of the orifice hole-inlet and different orifice hole-geometries: nozzle A with a rounded inlet and an orifice length to diameter ratio of 3/2 and nozzle B with a sharp inlet and an orifice length to diameter ratio of 1. In a first measurement campaign the spray formation is visualized using high-speed shadowgraphy imaging. The results show differences in spray angle and penetration depth. In a second measurement campaign we examine the spray/wall interaction and wall film formation by means of infrared thermography. The thermography measurements indicate that the geometry of nozzle B produces sprays with beneficial characteristics. This is very important for a clean combustion process and a decrease of soot emissions. 相似文献

In a direct injection gasoline engine, in order to achieve good stratified combustion, an extremely advanced control of air–fuel mixture is required. For this purpose, the method of diagnosing the quality of the state of mixture formation in combustion chambers becomes necessary. In this research, the state of air–fuel mixture in the combustion chamber of a TOYOTA D-4 was analyzed in space and time by visualization, A/F multi-point measurement and A/F high response measurement, and thus the effects that injection timing, swirl and fuel pressure exerted on mixture formation were elucidated. 相似文献

为了研究缸内直喷汽油机多孔喷油器的喷雾特性,建立了定容喷雾试验装置,对不同环境压力和不同喷油压力条件下的自由喷雾和碰壁喷雾过程进行了拍摄,分析了壁面距离和壁面倾角对喷雾特性的影响。研究发现:多孔喷油器与传统的旋流式喷油器的喷雾特性存在较大差异。多孔喷油器的喷雾锥角受环境压力影响较小;随着环境背压的增大,贯穿距离和喷雾锥角呈现先增大后减小的特点;喷雾锥角随着喷射压力的提高略有增加。在碰壁喷雾发展过程中,不同环境压力下喷雾油束与壁面接触面积接近;随着壁面距离的增加,碰壁喷雾高度递减,碰壁后的喷雾高度存在波动;随着壁面倾角的增大,碰壁喷雾高度和增大。在壁面倾角的增大过程中,影响碰壁喷雾半径的因素较多,呈现出较复杂的变化规律。以上研究为多孔喷油器的设计及其与燃烧室的匹配提供了理论依据。 相似文献

A direct-injection stratified charge gasoline engine has been developed that can run on an air–fuel ratio of 40–50 : 1. Major characteristics of the engine system include swirl gas flow and fuel injection in a swirl spray at a maximum fuel pressure of 10 MPa. Another notable feature is that the intake port configuration is virtually identical to that of a conventional engine, allowing flexibility for shared use of components among different engines. 基于进气道三维流场测试装置、定容弹喷雾试验台和光学单缸机测试系统组成的缸内直喷汽油机燃烧系统可视化开发平台,开发设计了满足设计要求的高性能进气道,并匹配了缸盖燃烧室和活塞,有助于缸内混合气的形成,提高燃烧速率;综合考虑排放与机油稀释量的基础上,优化设计了喷雾靶点。对所设计的燃烧系统进行了光学单缸机试验和热力学多缸机试验验证。结果表明,进气道和燃烧室组织引导的气流在缸内形成高滚流,对喷雾油束有强烈的弯卷作用,极大促进了均质混合气的形成,并减小喷雾碰壁的风险;喷雾靶点的合理设计有效避免喷雾油束与壁面的碰撞,减少了机油稀释率和起燃工况HC排放;所设计的燃烧系统搭载1.5TGDI发动机实现了80kW/L、最大扭矩250N·m、排放较低的性能指标。 相似文献

The effects of in-cylinder charge motion, fuel spray characteristics and piston crown geometry on WOT output of a direct-injection gasoline engine were investigated. The mixture formation process in the cylinder was analyzed by computer simulation and LIF visualization. The results made clear the technical factors for achieving sufficient fuel–air mixing in a DI gasoline engine with a bowl-in-piston geometry optimized for stratified charge combustion. 相似文献
