Modelling of vehicle handling dynamics has received a renewed attention in recent years. Different from traditional vehicle modelling, a novel data-driven identification method for vehicle handling dynamics is proposed, which can avoid the problems of the under-modelling and parameter uncertainties in the first-principle modelling process. By first-order Taylor expansion, the nonlinear vehicle system can be linearised as a slowly linear time-varying system with fourth-order. In order to identify the derived identifiable model structure, a recursive subspace method is presented. Derived by optimal version of predictor-based subspace identification (PBSIDopt) and projection approximation subspace tracking (PAST), the identification method is numerical stability and gives an unbiased estimation for the closed-loop system. Based on standard road tests, the proposed modelling method is proven effective and the obtained model has good predictive ability. Additionally, it is noted that the model obtained from the initial phase of straight driving is just a mathematical model to describe the relationship between input and output. And when the vehicle is steering, the model can converge to a stable phase quickly and represent vehicle dynamic performance.  相似文献

To improve the shift quality of the vehicle with clutch-to-clutch gear shifts, a nonlinear feedforward–feedback control scheme is proposed for clutch slip control during the shift inertia phase. The feedforward control is designed based on flatness in consideration of the system nonlinearities, and the linear feedback control is given to accommodate the model errors and the disturbances. Lookup tables, which are widely used to represent complex nonlinear characteristics of powertrain systems, appear in their original form in the designed feedforward controller, while the linear feedback controller is calculated through linear matrix inequalities such that the control system is robust against the parameter uncertainties. Finally, the designed controller is tested on an AMESim powertrain simulation model, which contains a time-variant model of clutch actuators.  相似文献

To solve the problem of the existing fault-tolerant control system of four-wheel independent drive (4WID) electric vehicles (EV), which relies on fault diagnosis information and has limited response to failure modes, a modelindependent self-tuning fault-tolerant control method is proposed. The method applies model-independent adaptive control theory for the self-tuning active fault-tolerant control of a vehicle system. With the nonlinear properties of the adaptive control, the complex and nonlinear issues of a vehicle system model can be solved. Besides, using the online parameter identification properties, the requirement of accurate diagnosis information is relaxed. No detailed model is required for the controller, thereby simplifying the development of the controller. The system robustness is improved by the error based method, and the error convergence and input-output bounds are proved via stability analysis. The simulation and experimental results demonstrate that the proposed fault-tolerant control method can improve the vehicle safety and enhance the longitudinal and lateral tracking ability under different failure conditions.  相似文献

In this paper, a new approach to model reference based adaptive second-order sliding mode control together with adaptive state feedback is presented to control the longitudinal dynamic motion of a high speed train for automatic train operation with the objective of minimal jerk travel by the passengers. The nonlinear dynamic model for the longitudinal motion of the train comprises of a locomotive and coach subsystems is constructed using multiple point-mass model by considering the forces acting on the vehicle. An adaptation scheme using Lyapunov criterion is derived to tune the controller gains by considering a linear, stable reference model that ensures the stability of the system in closed loop. The effectiveness of the controller tracking performance is tested under uncertain passenger load, coupler-draft gear parameters, propulsion resistance coefficients variations and environmental disturbances due to side wind and wet rail conditions. The results demonstrate improved tracking performance of the proposed control scheme with a least jerk under maximum parameter uncertainties when compared to constant gain second-order sliding mode control.  相似文献

Steer-by-wire (SBW) system which is characterized by variable steering feel, better active safety, unmanned drive, has been widely studied to realize a distinctive driving experience. Control strategy acts as a key part of SBW system to achieve the goals. In this paper, a control strategy by bilateral control structure for steer-by-wire system is proposed. To make SBW system has the same function of conventional steering systems, the controller is designed to realize desired tracking control and realistic road feel feedback. The control of position and torque for each actuator is taken as two ports for the control network. Based on different control loop, two kinds of bilateral control is investigated respectively. The hardwarein- the-loop experiment platform of SBW is developed by the reconfiguration of electric power steering system. A four-wheel-independent-steering (4WIS) electric vehicle (EV) with steer-by-wire (SBW) system is proposed in this paper. The fast terminal sliding mode controller (FTSMC) is designed for the SBW system to suppress external disturbances. Taking unstructured and structured uncertainties into consideration, a robust controller is designed for the 4WIS EV utilizing μ synthesis approach and the controller order reduction is implemented based on Hankel-Norm approximation. Since sideslip angle is the feedback signal of robust controller and it is hard to measure, the extended Kalman filter (EKF) is employed to estimate sideslip angle. To evaluate the vehicle performance with the designed control system, step and sinusoidal steering maneuvers are simulated and analyzed. Simulation results show that the designed control system have good tracking ability, strong robust stability and good robust performance to improve vehicle stability and handing performance.  相似文献

A robust yaw stability control design based on active front steering control is proposed for in-wheel-motored electric vehicles with a Steer-by-Wire (SbW) system. The proposed control system consists of an inner-loop controller (referred to in this paper as the steering angle-disturbance observer (SA-DOB), which rejects an input steering disturbance by feeding a compensation steering angle) and an outer-loop tracking controller (i.e., a PI-type tracking controller) to achieve control performance and stability. Because the model uncertainties, which include unmodeled high frequency dynamics and parameter variations, occur in a wide range of driving situations, a robust control design method is applied to the control system to simultaneously guarantee robust stability and robust performance of the control system. The proposed control algorithm was implemented in a CaSim model, which was designed to describe actual in-wheel-motored electric vehicles. The control performances of the proposed yaw stability control system are verified through computer simulations and experimental results using an experimental electric vehicle.  相似文献

The validation of vehicle mathematical models is a key part of the virtual acceptance process since it is essential to ensure a precise representation of the reality. The model validation procedure should include validation of stationary but also dynamic tests. However, parameter identification from on-track tests is a challenging task due to the non-controlled excitation and the great variability of the test results. Thus, an alternative solution by means of a vehicle modal analysis is proposed, developing a parameter identification methodology for dynamic vehicle model parameters. This methodology calculates estimated values of the vehicle model parameters that have an influence on the excited vehicle vibration modes. Moreover, a new criterion for taking into account the effect of the measurement uncertainties on the selection process of the vehicle parameters is developed. Finally, experimental results show that not only estimations of the suspension stiffness parameters can be obtained, but damping values and structural frequencies from the vehicle bodies can also be estimated.  相似文献

准确估计锂离子电池荷电状态(SOC)对于突破电动汽车发展瓶颈,推动电动汽车商业化至关重要。针对动力电池模型参数辨识问题,提出基于遗忘因子的递推最小二乘法(FRLS)的模型参数在线识别方法。实时测量动力电池电流和电压数据,在线辨识模型参数并实时更新,实时反映电池内部参数的变化过程,对电池动态特性进行实时模拟。针对容积卡尔曼(CKF)滤波过程中对噪声敏感的问题,提出一种基于随机加权思想的自适应容积卡尔曼滤波(ARWCKF)方法。相比于常规CKF容积点权值始终不变,通过引入随机加权因子,自适应调整容积点权值并对系统噪声、状态向量及观测向量进行预测,抑制系统噪声对状态估计的干扰,避免因容积点权重值固定所带来的误差。针对CKF算法在容积点计算过程中由于状态方差矩阵失去正定性导致的平方根分解无法使用的问题,提出基于奇异值分解的容积点计算方法,克服由于先验协方差矩阵负定性变化而导致的滤波精度下降等问题,并进行多种工况、温度下不同SOC初值的对比验证。结果表明:所提出的基于遗忘因子的递推最小二乘法的在线参数辨识及ARWCKF滤波方法具备良好的估计精度及收敛能力,最大电压估计误差不超过40 mV,SOC估计误差不超过1%。  相似文献

创建精确且可靠的运动模型是有效分析船舶操纵性和保障船舶智能航行的关键。相较于常用的船舶运动建模方法(包括经验法、试验法、计算流体动力学数值法),参数辨识技术是1种实用有效、迁移性强的建模手段,但因受到诸如船舶强非线性运动特性、时变耦合的环境干扰、内外多重不确定性等众多复杂因素的影响而面临极大挑战。围绕船舶运动模型参数辨识技术的4个核心内容,即最优输入设计、船舶运动数学模型、参数估计算法、辨识模型测试验证,重点梳理了富含操控特性的激励数据获取、多型船舶运动模型、经典-智能-混合参数辨识方法、辨识模型评估方法相关的研究现状,剖析了噪声干扰、参数漂移、参数时变、评价指标选取等主要问题,发现面对操纵与航行特征复杂的船舶,获取覆盖广域运动特征的高质量数据仍无较好方法,参数漂移现象与模型复杂度紧密相关,且无法完全避免。面向数据高质量化、辨识实时性、航行场景复杂化等的发展要求,对船舶运动模型参数辨识技术在船舶操纵运动数据获取与处理,如鲁棒估计与信息融合、鲁棒在线参数辨识、多新息智能算法、复杂场景下的船舶运动辨识建模如受限条件下船舶运动辨识建模等重点方面进行了展望。   相似文献

在分析非线性车辆纵向动力学模型及简化模型基础上,采用一种简化非线件模型设计自适应油门控制器,并应用李亚谱诺夫理论证明了传动系统存在动态过程时控制系统的稳定性。通过对基于简化线性和非线性模燃的自适应控制器的仿真研究,结果表明后者具有更好的收敛性。试验结果也进一步表明,基于非线性模型的自适应控制器可以通过自适应调节减小参数不确定造成的干扰,当传动系统存在动态过程时可以保证车速跟踪误差有界。  相似文献

为了提高智能汽车的主动安全性,提出3种不同的自动紧急转向避撞跟踪控制方法。首先建立汽车避撞简化模型,对制动、转向及两者相结合的3种不同避撞方式进行对比分析。其次,为深入研究汽车避撞过程中的实际响应,建立包含转向、制动及悬架3个子系统耦合特性的底盘18自由度统一动力学模型,并进行相关试验验证。随后构建智能汽车自动紧急转向避撞控制框架,对五次多项式参考路径和七次多项式参考路径的横摆角速度和横摆角加速度进行对比分析。接着以线性2自由度转向动力学模型为参考对象,对最优控制四轮转向、最优控制前轮转向、前馈与反馈控制相结合的前轮转向3种不同的跟踪控制系统分别进行设计。最后,以汽车底盘18自由度统一动力学模型为研究对象,对上述3种避撞控制系统进行仿真试验对比分析。研究结果表明:与制动避撞相比而言,转向避撞所需的纵向距离有较大降低,随着车速的增加和路面附着系数的越低,效果越明显;七次多项式参考路径比五次多项式参考路径的避撞过渡过程更为平缓,当实际车速与控制器所用车速不一致时,前者避撞性能表现更优;最优四轮转向控制系统在高、低2种不同附着路面都具有较好的避撞效果,最优前轮转向控制系统次之,而前馈与反馈相结合的前轮转向控制系统在低附着路面上则表现出严重的失稳。  相似文献

Presented in this paper is an adaptive, model based, fueling control system for spark ignition-internal combustion engines. Since the fueling control system is model based, the engine maps currently used in engine fueling control are eliminated. This proposed fueling control system is modular and can therefore accommodate changes in the engine sensor set such as replacing the mass-air flow sensor with a manifold air pressure sensor. The fueling algorithm can operate with either a switching type O 2 sensor or a linear O 2 sensor. The fueling control system is also parceled into steady state fueling compensation and transient fueling compensation. This feature provides the distinction between fueling control adaptation for transient fueling and steady state fueling. The steady state fueling compensation utilizes a feedforward controller which determines the necessary fuel pulsewidth after a throttle transient to achieve stoichiometry. This feedforward controller is comprised of two nonlinear models capturing the steady state characteristics of the fueling process. These models are identified from an input-output testing procedure where the inputs are fuel pulsewidth and mass-air flow signal and the output is a lambda signal. These models are adapted via a recursive least squares method to accommodate product variability, engine aging, and changes in the operating environment. The transient fueling compensation also utilizes a feedforward controller that captures the essential dynamic characteristics of the transient fueling operation. This controller is measured using a frequency domain system identification approach. This proposed fueling control system is demonstrated on a Ford 4.6L V-8 fuel injected engine.  相似文献

对模型参考自适应控制进行了深入研究,分析了其在实际应用过程中存在的问题,在此基础上提出一种基于最小二乘辨识的模型参考自适应控制方案,并将其应用到车辆巡航速度控制中。改进方案在被控对象两端加入最小二乘辨识环节对系统参数进行在线辨识,利用辨识得到的信息修正由自适应律计算得到的可调参数模型,从而使其能够快速收敛于真值。改进的控制方案有效地降低了自适应初始阶段和被控系统受到外界扰动时系统的震荡以及过渡时间。理论分析和实验仿真结果表明,该控制系统结构简单,系统的响应速度快,超调量少,过渡过程时间短,振荡次数小,具有较强的鲁棒性,有一定的实际应用价值。  相似文献

盾构密封舱的土压平衡作为地表沉降控制的关键因素对盾构安全施工具有重要保障。为映射影响土压平衡掘进参数之间的非线性耦合关系,增强非线性控制模型的动态性能,提高土压平衡的控制精度,根据盾构施工中影响密封舱内土压平衡的掘进参数调控的难易程度,依托现场监测数据建立基于动态神经网络逆控制前馈作用下的螺旋输送机转速控制模型。对控制模型的性能与效果进行分析验证,结果表明: 动态神经网络输出的前馈螺旋输送机转速能够对推进速度、刀盘转矩的变化响应灵敏; 在给定掘进条件下与通过人工调节螺旋输送机转速控制土舱压力的方法相比,动态神经网络逆控制前馈作用下密封舱土压的最大波动误差由9.8%降为5.3%。  相似文献

This study discusses the control effects of the steer-by-wire (SBW) system for motorcycles on the lane-keeping performance by examining computer simulation with a rider-vehicle system which consists of a simplified vehicle model, a rider control model and the controller of the SBW system. The SBW system, which compensates the rolling angle deviation between the desired rolling angle intended by the rider and the actual rolling angle, improves the lane-keeping performance of the rider-vehicle system under the steering torque disturbance. The SBW system is, on the other hand, not effective in the lane-keeping performance under the lateral force disturbance. In addition, the lane-keeping assistance (LKA) system is applied to the SBW system and the cooperativeness of the SBW and the LKA systems is examined. The LKA system improves the lane-keeping performance of the SBW system under not only the steering torque disturbance but also the lateral force disturbance.  相似文献

为了提高基于振动参数识别的大型斜拉、悬索桥梁在线状态监测系统在灾害天气发生时,评价和预报桥梁状态的实时性。根据随机子空间模态参数辨识方法的特点以及在线数据采集与状态评价过程对参数辨识的要求,利用递推算法构造TOEPLITZ矩阵,减少辨识过程中的重复运算量达到缩短运算时间的目的。该算法在香港汀九大桥状态监测系统数据处理中应用的结果表明,运算时间能够满足台风天气情况下对桥梁状态评价实时性的要求。  相似文献
