Kalman inverse filtering is used to develop a methodology for real-time estimation of forces acting at the interface between tyre and road on large off-highway mining trucks. The system model formulated is capable of estimating the three components of tyre-force at each wheel of the truck using a practical set of measurements and inputs. Good tracking is obtained by the estimated tyre-forces when compared with those simulated by an ADAMS virtual-truck model. A sensitivity analysis determines the susceptibility of the tyre-force estimates to uncertainties in the truck’s parameters.  相似文献

A new tyre-force model for simultaneous braking and cornering is presented, which is based on combining existing empirical models for pure braking and cornering with brush-model tyre mechanics. The aim is to offer an easy-to-use, accurate model for vehicle-handling simulations. On a working tyre the contact patch between the tyre and the road is, in general, divided into an adhesion region where the rubber is gripping the road and a sliding region where the rubber slides on the road surface. The total force generated by the tyre is then composed of components from these two regions. The brush model describes this in a mechanical framework. The proposed model is based on a new method to extract adhesion and sliding forces from empirical pure-slip tyre models. These forces are then scaled to account for the combined-slip condition. The combined-slip self-aligning torque is also described. A particular feature of the model is the inclusion of velocity dependence, even if this is not explicitly present in the empirical pure-slip model. The approach is quite different from most previous combined-slip models, in that it is based on a rather detailed mechanical model in combination with empirical pure-slip models. The model is computationally sound and efficient and does not rely on any additional parameters that depend on combined-slip data for calibration. It can be used in combination with virtually any empirical pure-slip model and in this work the Magic Formula is used in examples. Results show good correspondence with experimental data.  相似文献

电池组在高环境温度下以高倍率放电时,电池组温度过高、温差大,极易引发安全问题。笔者针对这一问题设计了一种新的耦合式电池热管理系统。以采用纯石蜡冷却模型作为初始模型,首先探讨不同膨胀石墨质量分数的复合相变材料对于电池组热性能的影响,得出:在30℃的环境温度下,电池组以4C倍率放电时,采用EG质量分数为12%的复合相变材料对电池组进行冷却最优。在最优复合相变材料的基础上引入液冷系统,构建克里格近似模型,采用NSGA-Ⅱ遗传算法对耦合系统寻优,得出的预测结果精度较高误差最大仅为0.21%。利用算法寻优得出的最优解与初始模型相比,电池组最高温度下降5.29℃降幅为11.46%,最大温差下降0.12℃降幅为54.09%。结果表明:相变材料与液体冷却耦合热管理系统对电池组控温效果显著。  相似文献

城市信号交叉口通过设置绿闪信号,在机动车获得通行权之前清空人行横道上的过街行人.为研究行人在此信号期间的过街行为,提出一种绿闪信号时行人过街运动模型.综合分析绿闪信号、周围过街行人、人行横道边界以及右转冲突车辆对行人过街的影响机理,基于社会力模型,建立绿闪后人行横道上行人过街行为模型,并根据实际调查所获得的人行横道尺寸、行人与车辆速度等数据,标定模型参数.基于模型仿真行人运动行为,产生行人分层现象以及与周围行人、冲突车辆避碰等行为,验证模型在宏观层面的有效性;对不同断面的仿真行人与实际过街行人的过街速率变化曲线进行拟合,拟合优度指标显示模型对人行横道前/后半段过街行人模拟精度分别为83% 和95%,验证了模型在微观层面的有效性.   相似文献

磁流变减振器阻尼力和电流的精确控制是实现半主动悬架的算法、达到整车系统控制目标的必要条件,但由于磁流变液的温度敏感性使得磁流变减振器阻尼力强烈依赖温度变化,带来模型失配和控制效果弱化的问题。基于此进行磁流变减振器在不同电流和速度下的高低温(-40℃~80℃)示功试验研究,揭示磁流变减振器在低温下丧失阻尼特性而表现出刚度特性,在高温下黏滞阻尼退化的特性规律。为了描述磁流变减振器随温度变化的复杂非线性特性,提出一种新的磁流变减振器变温参数化双曲滞回模型,该模型引入温度作为自变量,对磁流变减振器黏滞阻尼、刚度及滞回特性进行准确描述。为了面向实际减振器控制,在此双曲滞回模型的基础上,进一步线性化求逆得到磁流变减振器温度修正的逆模型。该逆模型输入预期阻尼力和减振器压缩速度作为自变量,可以直接给出满足减振器力值约束的控制电流。研究结果表明:相较于未进行温度补偿的逆模型,该逆模型能够平均提升12.79%的电流控制精度以及12.53%的控制力跟踪精度;进行温度修正的模型能够在仿真中还原更真实的磁流变减振器力学特性,逆模型能够给出更精确的控制电流,为充分发挥磁流变减振器的能力、实现车辆的半主动悬架精确控...  相似文献

客流量的预测对交通枢纽内部组织方案和应急预案的调整起着重要作用,为了更为精确地对交通枢纽短期的客流量进行预测分析,通过分析交通枢纽客流量的变化特点,对比各种预测方法的优缺点,建立了综合BP神经网络和最小二乘支持向量机的组合预测模型,通过BP神经网络初步预测,再利用最小二乘支持向量机的修正,完成对交通枢纽客流量的预测。实际数据验证表明,相比单一的预测模型,文内提出的模型能够将交通枢纽的客流量的预测精度提高约1%,表明论文中方法能够克服单一模型带来的不确定性。   相似文献

传递路径分析法是诊断汽车振动噪声问题准确有效的方法。试验传递路径分析耗时耗力且需要实制样车,为在整车开发初期诊断汽车振动噪声问题,对整车虚拟传递路径分析法进行了研究。首先建立了包含底盘的整车声固耦合有限元模型,采用频率响应法预测车内声学振动响应,发现驾驶员右耳声压在38 Hz处以及驾驶员座椅导轨振动在59 Hz处存在较大峰值。在有限元模型基础上建立了整车虚拟传递路径分析模型,该模型合成的声学振动结果与频率响应法结果吻合较好,验证了模型的正确性。利用虚拟传递路径法对两处峰值作诊断分析,根据分析结果对贡献量大的路径进行优化。优化结果表明,38 Hz处驾驶员右耳声压降低2 dB,59 Hz处座椅振动改善效果明显。  相似文献

干线协调控制通常以干线方向通行效率最大为目标,导致一些小型交叉口次路方向延误较大。针对该问题,基于车路协同环境,研究了车速引导下的双周期干线多目标优化方法。针对上游交叉口饱和交通流与非饱和交通流2种情况,提出了考虑排队消散和相位差的动态车速引导模型。以干线延误、通行能力、停车次数,双周期交叉口次路方向延误为优化目标,构建了车速引导下的双周期干线多目标优化模型,采用遗传算法对模型进行求解。基于COM接口,采用Python和Vissim搭建车路协同仿真环境,以北京市两广路的3个路口为例进行仿真验证。对比了本文模型与原配时方案、无车速引导下双周期干线多目标优化模型的效果,结果表明,本文模型相比于原配时方案和无车速引导下多目标优化模型,干线平均延误分别减少19.6%,8.3%,通行能力分别提升5.6%,8.4%,平均停车次数分别减少11.2%,24.2%,双周期交叉口次路方向平均延误分别减少33.9%,5.8%,表明本文模型将速度引导与多目标优化相结合,提高了双周期干线的通行效率,降低了双周期交叉口次路方向的延误,达到了干线和双周期交叉口共同优化的目的。   相似文献

针对车路协同环境下的冲突问题,建立了以系统反应时间代替驾驶员反应时间的自动驾驶车辆制动距离模型,以此作为安全距离改进了矩形冲突检测模型,并根据轨迹优化的研究思路,提出了以矩形冲突检测模型为基础的冲突消解算法,对非通行优先权车辆进行速度引导,避免车辆冲突。在车联网开源框架 Veins 的基础上,将交通仿真器 SUMO和网络仿真器 OMNeT++双向耦合,并对冲突检测模型与消解模型进行验证。仿真结果显示,该冲突检测及消解模型具有可行性,与传统无信号交叉口四路停车让行规则相比,模型中的速度引导方案能减少合流冲突车辆 8.6%的平均行驶时间,减少交叉冲突车辆 8.3%的平均行驶时间;合流冲突和交叉冲突中车辆的平均速度分别提高了61.4%和105.0%。在实际应用中,冲突消解模型可以为不同速度范围内的自动驾驶车辆提供速度参考,降低无信号交叉口车辆发生碰撞的概率,提高无信号交叉口的通行效率。  相似文献

轮胎制动力及滑移率对制动力矩的响应存在着显著的低频衰减振荡现象,这从制动力-滑移率特性曲线上看,表现为一系列的以稳态点为中心的旋涡状过渡曲线。这是稳态的轮胎模型所不能描述的。本文在稳态brush轮胎模型基础上,通过印迹前端蹼处胎冠一阶变形模型,建立了轮胎制动力-滑移率的动态模型,并根据转鼓试验台上的轮胎制动试验,验证了该模型的仿真效果。  相似文献

基于锂离子电池伪二维模型并考虑老化机理建立电化学模型,基于该模型提出了在不同荷电状态和温度下传荷电阻折算方法。在4种不同循环老化工况后,通过获取不同温度和荷电状态下的电化学阻抗谱得到相应的传荷电阻,并采用该折算方法进行不同状态下传荷电阻折算,结果表明折算的平均误差小于9%。该折算方法为利用不同温度和荷电状态下的传荷电阻进行电池寿命状态估计提供了新思路。  相似文献

Improving pedestrian safety at intersections remains a critical issue. Although several types of safety countermeasures, such as reforming intersection layouts, have been implemented, methods have not yet been established to quantitatively evaluate the effects of these countermeasures before installation. One of the main issues in pedestrian safety is conflicts with turning vehicles. This study aims to develop an integrated model to represent the variations in the maneuvers of left-turners (left-hand traffic) at signalized intersections that dynamically considers the vehicle reaction to intersection geometry and crossing pedestrians. The proposed method consists of four empirically developed stochastic sub-models, including a path model, free-flow speed profile model, lag/gap acceptance model, and stopping/clearing speed profile model. Since safety assessment is the main objective driving the development of the proposed model, this study uses post-encroachment time (PET) and vehicle speed at the crosswalk as validation parameters. Preliminary validation results obtained by Monte Carlo simulation show that the proposed integrated model can realistically represent the variations in vehicle maneuvers as well as the distribution of PET and vehicle speeds at the crosswalk.  相似文献

The numerical wheel wear prediction in railway applications is of great importance for different aspects, such as the safety against vehicle instability and derailment, the planning of wheelset maintenance interventions and the design of an optimal wheel profile from the wear point of view. For these reasons, this paper presents a complete model aimed at the evaluation of the wheel wear and the wheel profile evolution by means of dynamic simulations, organised in two parts which interact with each other mutually: a vehicle's dynamic model and a model for the wear estimation. The first is a 3D multibody model of a railway vehicle implemented in SIMPACK?, a commercial software for the analysis of mechanical systems, where the wheel–rail interaction is entrusted to a C/C++user routine external to SIMPACK, in which the global contact model is implemented. In this regard, the research on the contact points between the wheel and the rail is based on an innovative algorithm developed by the authors in previous works, while normal and tangential forces in the contact patches are calculated according to Hertz's theory and Kalker's global theory, respectively. Due to the numerical efficiency of the global contact model, the multibody vehicle and the contact model interact directly online during the dynamic simulations.

The second is the wear model, written in the MATLAB® environment, mainly based on an experimental relationship between the frictional power developed at the wheel–rail interface and the amount of material removed by wear. Starting from a few outputs of the multibody simulations (position of contact points, contact forces and rigid creepages), it evaluates the local variables, such as the contact pressures and local creepages, using a local contact model (Kalker's FASTSIM algorithm). These data are then passed to another subsystem which evaluates, by means of the considered experimental relationship, both the material to be removed and its distribution along the wheel profile, obtaining the correspondent worn wheel geometry.

The wheel wear evolution is reproduced by dividing the overall chosen mileage to be simulated in discrete spatial steps: at each step, the dynamic simulations are performed by means of the 3D multibody model keeping the wheel profile constant, while the wheel geometry is updated through the wear model only at the end of the discrete step. Thus, the two parts of the whole model work alternately until the completion of the whole established mileage. Clearly, the choice of an appropriate step length is one of the most important aspects of the procedure and it directly affects the result accuracy and the required computational time to complete the analysis.

The whole model has been validated using experimental data relative to tests performed with the ALn 501 ‘Minuetto’ vehicle in service on the Aosta–Pre Saint Didier track; this work has been carried out thanks to a collaboration with Trenitalia S.p.A and Rete Ferroviaria Italiana, which have provided the necessary technical data and experimental results.  相似文献

事故预测模型是广泛采用的交通安全定量分析方法,但往往要求具有完备的道路、交通和事故数据。然而,基础数据相对不健全是包括中国在内的发展中国家交通安全管理面临的主要问题之一,例如仅有发生事故路段或者交叉口的相关属性特征(即零截尾数据)。为此,为确保基础数据不全的情况下交叉口事故预测的准确性,提出了基于零截尾的广义负二项回归模型;采集了246个非信号控制交叉口的交通与事故数据,采用传统负二项模型和新提出的零截尾负二项模型对全数据和零截尾数据分别进行对比分析。结果表明:在针对截尾数据的分析中,零截尾负二项模型明显优于传统负二项模型,并且零截尾负二项模型的参数估计值与基于全数据的负二项基准模型的估计值非常接近;在所有模型中,交叉口的主路交通量和支路交通量与交叉口的安全性之间存在较大的正关联。此外,同等条件下,十字形交叉口的事故数量高于T形交叉口的事故数量;利用传统负二项分布模型分析截尾数据得到的事故预测模型与使用全数据的基准模型有显著差异,其结果不可靠;采用零截尾负二项分布模型的参数结果与基准模型基本一致,截尾模型的置信区间包含基准模型相应的参数估计值。当受条件所限无法获取全部数据时,可以考虑使用零截尾负二项模型进行安全分析。  相似文献

Dynamic instability, that is, resonance, may occur on an electromagnetic suspension-type Maglev that runs over the elevated guideway, particularly at very low speeds, due to the flexibility of the guideway. An analysis of the dynamic interaction between the vehicle and guideway is required at the design stage to investigate such instability, setting slender guideway in design direction for reducing construction costs. In addition, it is essential to design an effective control algorithm to solve the problem of instability. In this article, a more detailed model for the dynamic interaction of vehicle/guideway is proposed. The proposed model incorporates a 3D full vehicle model based on virtual prototyping, flexible guideway by a modal superposition method and levitation electromagnets including feedback controller into an integrated model. By applying the proposed model to an urban Maglev vehicle newly developed for commercial application, an analysis of the instability phenomenon and an investigation of air gap control performance are carried out through a simulation.  相似文献

The first-order relaxation length concept is often used to model transient tyre behaviour. It gives a rather good representation of the lateral force response, also at shorter wavelengths. The self aligning moment appears to behave rather differently and its responses cannot be represented by a relaxation length system only. Based on the analytical frequency response functions of the pneumatic trail of the brush type tyre model, a new pragmatic approach is developed. The model consists of a phase leading system in series with the first-order model for the lateral force. The results are compared to the responses of a discrete brush type simulation model. It appears that the aligning moment can be represented by this new pragmatic model very well.  相似文献
