常规的物流信息管理系统不具有处理船舶异构数据的能力,将其应用到船舶物流信息的管理工作中会存在管理效果不佳的问题,为此应用异构数据源融合技术从硬件、数据库和软件3个方面,实现对船舶物流信息管理系统的优化设计。在硬件方面优化核心数据处理和物流定位单元,并改变相关电路的连接方式。按照船舶物流信息之间的逻辑关系,建立数据库表并存储货物、船舶等数据信息。在硬件设备和数据库的支持下,以采集的实时数据为基础融合异构数据源,并实现物流订单、船舶基本信息以及物流状态信息等管理功能。通过与传统管理系统的对比发现,设计的物流信息管理系统的功能运行成功率提升了1.6%。  相似文献

本文研究了国内大中型船舶制造企业异构数据库的集成现状,并根据船舶制造企业异构数据库的集成需求及企业"信息孤岛"现象,设计了面向船舶制造的统一数据库集成平台。为提高异构数据库的集成效率,采用基于元数据的模式集成技术解决了数据集成中的结构差异与语义差异的问题。通过集成国内某大型船舶制造企业管件加工车间的ERP,PDM,MES,DNC,QMS,WMS,BCS等系统的数据库,实现了各异构业务数据库的快速联通,验证了该平台数据集成的有效性和先进性,为其他船舶制造企业异构数据的集成提供有效解决方案。  相似文献

航天测控系统测控效能评估中的数据源主要来自评估指标体系中定性指标和定量指标的评估数据,为提高评估结果的可信性,需要减少这些数据间的冲突性和不一致性.首先,对评估指标体系进行约简优化,并提出一种基于多源异构数据融合的评估方法,以专家群决策作为评估基本框架,通过信念图实现异构数据的有效映射和统一表达,然后采用扩展贝叶斯进行评估数据融合,最后结合系统执行某次测控任务为例得到效能评估值.实例表明:该融合方法具有一定的实用性和有效性,能有效提高评估结果的可靠性和可信性.  相似文献

Recent measurements of wave induced hull strain and flexure in RN warships are presented together with the derivation of the current design criteria for extreme hull girder bending loads. The history of the development of the shipboard instrumentation used is given and recent developments to improve the quality and ease of analysis of the data are described. An unexpectedly high transverse asymmetry in the longitudinal strains measured in destroyers is shown to be the result of a combination of vertical and lateral bending in oblique seas. Finally recent theoretical comparisons between the loading of Deep-Vee hulls and conventional UK rounded bilge hulls are presented which demonstrate the higher loading experienced by this type of hull form.  相似文献

Despite the many socio-economic similarities between Sweden and Norway, differences in jurisdiction, organisation, cooperation, and financing of long-distance passenger train and coach services have led to the development of four distinctively different ways of serving the markets. This paper describes how the train and coach markets have developed in the two countries, with emphasis on regulatory and industrial structure and a couple of performance variables.Looking at passenger rail, both countries separated infrastructure from operation over a decade ago. However, while Norwegian rail is characterised by an almost monopoly supplier, rail services in Sweden are partly decentralised to the responsibility of county authorities and are widely subjected to competitive tendering. The rest of the network is about to be opened up for on-the-track competition. Swedish Rail (SJ) has spent the last decades consolidating its core business (passenger rail) and sold out its other businesses. In contrast, the Norwegian state rail (NSB) has expanded its business to become a major bus operator and property owner, with extensions also into the Swedish market.The coach industry was more recently deregulated in both countries. The Swedish coach market is dominated by privately owned companies operating services to and from Stockholm. In Norway, state-owned NSB is a major coach operator on medium distance routes, and is also the largest partner of Nor-Way Bussekspress which totally dominates long-distance coach services. Further, the Norwegian coach market is characterised by cross-ownership and cooperation which has enabled an extensive route network which covers most of Norway.We find distinct differences in achievements in the two modes and in the two countries. Swedish rail services have succeeded in winning market shares and in renewing and developing both infrastructure and service levels to a greater extent than the Norwegian model. On the other hand, the Norwegian coach market seems to be more developed and efficient compared to its Swedish counterpart.The paper concludes with a discussion on the possible links between the different approaches and the performance observed, with the aim to stimulate further and more detailed research on some important issues.  相似文献
