长江电子航道图有效性检验标准(CJ-58)是在IHO S-58基础上、根据长江流域特点编制的技术规范,它对长江电子航道图中新增的要素和属性的检验规则进行了规定,然而,这部分内容仍是不完整的,同时也未经验证。通过对现有S-58检验规则、长江航道新增物标和属性的分析,详细设计了长江电子航道图检验规则,并利用ArcGIS中的Data Reviewer模块进行实现。实际测试结果表明,本研究中规定的质检规则和检验方法符合长江电子航道图质量控制标准,可以有效地提高长江电子航道图的生产效率。  相似文献

对基于长江电子航道图(2.0版)的嵌入式ECS进行研究。完成系统的模块划分和功能设计,探讨关键技术,在Linux的Eclipse环境下实现了系统软件部分,并进行实际运行测试。测试结果表明该系统稳定、高效、能够充分展现长江电子航道图公共服务平台所提供的实时数据,为船舶航行提供安全保障。  相似文献

区别于内河电子航道图,江海联运电子航道图凭借与电子海图统一的标准与表达和更丰富的数据内容,为江海联运船舶航行安全和效率提供了保障。文章系统阐述了江海联运电子航道图构建技术。从数据收集入手,先后探讨了数据预处理、数据加工与质量控制等关键技术及生产流程,最终输出符合行业标准的电子航道图。并以我国北方某内河为例,展示了江海联运电子航道图生成技术的具体应用成果。实践表明,文章所提出的电子航道图构建技术具有广泛的适用性,可以应用于我国任意内河的电子航道图生产。  相似文献

为完善航运体系的安全性建设,须构建航道适航性分析模型并将其应用于船舶航行途中,旨在评估航道路线规划的合理性,为船舶的安全航行提供自动化、智能化的引导。由于以往的二维航道数据难以满足空间分析的需求,将由AIS航迹线数据与船舶型号参数所构建的三维航迹带、三维水下地形及三维航道要素模型作空间运算求得船舶可通航区域。在此基础上引入船舶碰撞危险度参数作为预警与决策分析的依据,构建适航性分析模型。以京杭运河的三维航道为研究对象进行模拟试验,验证模型的可靠性及稳定性。  相似文献

长江航道要素感知系统是“智能航道”的重要组成部分,科学合理地布设航道要素感知设备,对船舶安全航行、航道资源有效利用有着非常重要的作用。在分析长江航道特征的基础上,探讨了通航环境对航道要素感知设备布设技术的影响。利用层次分析法,完成了布设评判数学模型。总结归纳了长江航道要素感知设备布设选址规则,可为更加高效地使用航道要素感知设备、提升航道利用率提供指导性建议,从而优化航道要素感知设备的布设方案,提高航道通过能力。  相似文献

Recent measurements of wave induced hull strain and flexure in RN warships are presented together with the derivation of the current design criteria for extreme hull girder bending loads. The history of the development of the shipboard instrumentation used is given and recent developments to improve the quality and ease of analysis of the data are described. An unexpectedly high transverse asymmetry in the longitudinal strains measured in destroyers is shown to be the result of a combination of vertical and lateral bending in oblique seas. Finally recent theoretical comparisons between the loading of Deep-Vee hulls and conventional UK rounded bilge hulls are presented which demonstrate the higher loading experienced by this type of hull form.  相似文献

Despite the many socio-economic similarities between Sweden and Norway, differences in jurisdiction, organisation, cooperation, and financing of long-distance passenger train and coach services have led to the development of four distinctively different ways of serving the markets. This paper describes how the train and coach markets have developed in the two countries, with emphasis on regulatory and industrial structure and a couple of performance variables.Looking at passenger rail, both countries separated infrastructure from operation over a decade ago. However, while Norwegian rail is characterised by an almost monopoly supplier, rail services in Sweden are partly decentralised to the responsibility of county authorities and are widely subjected to competitive tendering. The rest of the network is about to be opened up for on-the-track competition. Swedish Rail (SJ) has spent the last decades consolidating its core business (passenger rail) and sold out its other businesses. In contrast, the Norwegian state rail (NSB) has expanded its business to become a major bus operator and property owner, with extensions also into the Swedish market.The coach industry was more recently deregulated in both countries. The Swedish coach market is dominated by privately owned companies operating services to and from Stockholm. In Norway, state-owned NSB is a major coach operator on medium distance routes, and is also the largest partner of Nor-Way Bussekspress which totally dominates long-distance coach services. Further, the Norwegian coach market is characterised by cross-ownership and cooperation which has enabled an extensive route network which covers most of Norway.We find distinct differences in achievements in the two modes and in the two countries. Swedish rail services have succeeded in winning market shares and in renewing and developing both infrastructure and service levels to a greater extent than the Norwegian model. On the other hand, the Norwegian coach market seems to be more developed and efficient compared to its Swedish counterpart.The paper concludes with a discussion on the possible links between the different approaches and the performance observed, with the aim to stimulate further and more detailed research on some important issues.  相似文献
