EXPRESSION OF IL-2 AND SIL-2R AND ALTERATION OF CELL IMMUNITY IN PATIENTS WITH HYPERTENSIVE CEREBRAL HEMORRHAGE

Objective To study the expression of interleukin-2 （IL-2）, soluble interleukin-2 receptor （sIL-2R）, determine the alteration of erythrocytic immunity and T cell subgroup in the blood of outer circulation in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage so and to probe into the relationship between them, and to explore the clinical significance. Methods Enzyme linked immnunosorbent assay （ELISA） was used to determine the content of IL-2 and slL-2R. The immunoadsorption was employed to examine the erythrocytic immune activity and its regulating function. （ S-P） was used to determine the cell number of CD3 （cluster of differentiation3）, CD4 and CD8. Resolts The content of IL-2 in the group with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage was significantly lower than that in the control group （P〈0.01）, and the content of sIL-2R increased. Red blood cell C3b receptor （RBC. C3bR） and RBC immune adherence enhancing factor （RFEB） dropped greatly （P〈0.01）, while RBC immune complex rosette （RBC. ICR） and RBC immune adherence inhibiting factor （RFIR） increased greatly. The cell number of CD3 and CD4decreased （P〈0.01） and there was no obvious change in CD8 （P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The decrease of immune function was observed in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. The determination of the content of IL-2, sIL- 2R, erythrocytic immunity and the activity of T subgroup has an important clinical significance in the occurrence, development, treatment, and prognosis of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.

bcl-2基因蛋白在外阴营养不良及外阴癌的表达

利用细胞凋亡抑制基因ｂｃｌ－２单克隆抗体及免疫组化ＬＳＡＢ法,对正常外阴皮肤、慢性外阴营养不良、不典型增生和外阴癌组织进行标记,发现ｂｃｌ－２蛋白在正常外阴皮肤基底层中有弱阳性表达;在增生型营养不良、不典型增生及外阴癌组织中表达率有不同程度增高,与外阴硬化苔癣型和混合型营养不良有显著差异（Ｐ＜０．０５,Ｐ＜０．０５,Ｐ＜０．０１）;而增生型与不典型增生ｂｃｌ－２基因蛋白表达无明显差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）;外阴癌的表达率最高;该基因蛋白表达与外阴癌细胞分化程度有关,与临床分期无关。     

PCNA与AgNOR在肺癌中的表达及意义

应用肺癌增殖细胞核抗原（PCNA）免疫组化和核仁组成区（AgNOR）胶银染色法对比观察60例肺癌。结果表明，PCNA增殖指数（PI）与AgNOR计数均能较敏感的反应细胞增殖活性，且两者具有一定的线性相关性，其数量变化均与肺癌分型分级有关。结果还提示，PCNA与AgNOR均可作为肺癌分级诊断的参数，并可作为常规推广普及。

P_(53)蛋白和增殖细胞核抗原在肾癌中表达的临床意义

采用免疫组织化学方法检测40例肾癌组织中P53蛋白和增殖细胞核抗原（PC-NA）的表达。发现P53蛋白阳性表达者共10例（25％）。P53蛋白表达与肿瘤病理分级、临床分期及预后无相关性。肾癌组织的PCNA增殖指数随肿瘤病理分级的上升而增加，PC－NA高表达组（增殖指数＞10％）预后不良，特别是临床早期但PCNA高表达者预后也很差。结果提示P53蛋白表达在肾癌生物学行为及预后评估中无重要意义，而PCNA可作为肾癌恶性度及预后评估指标。P53蛋白和PCNA表达无相关性。     

BCL-2和PCNA蛋白在增生性子宫内膜和子宫内膜癌组织中的表达

用免疫组化法对20例正常子宫内膜、22例增生性内膜及41例子宫内膜癌标本进行凋亡抑制基因（B－Celllymphoma／leukemia－2，BCL－2）、增殖细胞核抗原（Prolifer－atingcellnuclearantigen，PCNA）蛋白检测，以探讨其在子宫内膜病变发生、发展中的作用。结果两者表达率（20．0％、90．9％、31．7％；40．0％、72．7％、97．6％）均存在显著差异。子宫内膜癌组织中，BCL－2染色强度与组织学分级无相关性，PCNA染色则有相关性，且1级与3级间存在差异。两种蛋白表达间无相关性。提示BCL－2蛋白在正常内膜周期性变化及增生性病变的发生、发展中发挥作用，并可能为进一步基因异常改变提供有利条件，而在子宫内膜癌中其表达可能与细胞分化有关。PCNA有助于了解内膜病变的生物学行为，有可能成为判定子宫内膜癌恶性程度及预后的客观指标之一。
