In this paper, the motion equations for the nonlinearly connected floating bridge, considering the nonlinear properties of connectors and vehicles’ inertia effects, are proposed. The super-element method is used to condense the whole calculation scale, and the direct integration and Newton–Raphson iteration method are applied to solve the reduced equations. Based on the modal and static analyses, the dynamic displacement and connection forces characteristics of a floating bridge with nonlinear connectors subjected to moving loads are investigated. It is found that nonlinearity and initial gap of the connectors are important for the hydroelastic response of a nonlinearly connected floating bridge.  相似文献

精确评估模块柔性连接性能对连接器和超大型浮体的结构安全性具有重要意义,而模型试验是获取超大型浮体模块柔性连接性能的必要手段。文章以横向浮筒式的浅吃水超大型浮体为研究对象,根据连接器动响应计算结果,设计了柔性连接器模型;通过不同幅值和载荷组合的连接器静态拉伸和压缩试验,研究了超大型浮体连接器的刚度特性,探讨了组合载荷对连接器刚度的影响;通过不同幅值和周期的连接器纵向动态载荷试验,研究了超大型浮体连接器在动态载荷作用下的结构响应,验证了超大型浮体连接器结构的安全性和适用性。试验结果表明在静态和动态载荷作用下文中设计的柔性连接器连接可靠、结构安全,连接器载荷、位移和应力测量结果可为验证连接器结构设计和计算方法提供依据。  相似文献

为了保证超大型浮体的作业安全,需要精确评估连接器结构疲劳强度。文章针对一种由尼龙柔性夹层和环肋加强圆管轴构成的铰接式连接器,开展了疲劳强度模型试验,测量了热点应力、疲劳寿命和裂纹扩展。考虑接触、柔性层以及开孔的影响,采用三维有限元方法计算了连接器结构应力,分别基于S-N曲线和裂纹扩展,给出了柔性连接器疲劳寿命评估方法。比较分析表明,计算得到的连接器结构应力和疲劳寿命与模型试验结果吻合,文中方法可用于柔性连接器结构疲劳强度设计  相似文献

对于设计和使用在波浪和流作用下作业的浮桥,充分了解其水弹性性能尤为重要.就在国防和桥梁工程中极为重要的带式舟桥而言,预报其在波浪中的水弹性响应在实际工程中就显得十分必要.该文主要研究带式舟桥在波浪作用下的水弹性性能.首先,简要地介绍了预报浮桥动力响应的不同方法及它们与试验比较的结果;其次,在三维水弹性理论的基础上采用模态叠加法对带式舟桥的有限元模型进行了水弹性分析,同时与十分之一模型试验结果做了比较(该试验由上海交通大学海洋工程国家重点实验室承担).研究表明,文中的方法计算分析波浪中浮桥的水弹性响应是可行的.  相似文献

The hydroelastic behavior of two-dimensional articulated plates is investigated analytically within the scope of linear theory. The connectors are modeled by singular line loading and its derivatives. The velocity potential under the free surface and plate is obtained by use of a wave-maker theory. The characteristics of large displacements at the upstream and downstream edges of the plate and the connectors are obtained from the closed-form solutions. It is also shown that the hydroelastic properties are strongly dependent on the stiffness of the connectors and incoming wave frequency. Finally, the method is used to solve for the response of a multi-module articulated plate.  相似文献

In this paper, we present a numerical study on the hydroelastic response of a 4.6 km long fjord crossing floating bridge subjected to wave loads. The bridge is straight in design and supported by 35 pontoons along its full length. To limit the response to horizontal loads, four clusters of deep water mooring lines are engaged to increase the transverse stiffness of the bridge. Owing to the very large span across the fjord, inhomogeneity in the wave field exists. This study examines the various effects of inhomogeneous wave loads on the dynamic responses of the floating bridge. These include the spatial variations of the wave direction, significant wave height and peak period as well as the coherence and correlation of waves along the entire length of the floating bridge. For the purpose of comparison, the dynamic bridge responses under homogeneous wave load cases are also studied. In addition, the effects of wave load components and short-crestedness are presented and discussed.  相似文献

为了降低VLFS(超大型浮体)模块连接的巨大载荷,通常选择柔性连接器.本文以某横向浮筒式的浅吃水超大型浮体为研究对象,采用RMFC模型(刚性模块柔性连接器)分析连接器载荷和模块运动响应,并与三模块模型试验进行比较验证.通过较高和较低横向刚度的系列纵向和垂向刚度组合的连接器载荷计算,给出连接器载荷随刚度变化的关系,分析连接器载荷峰值出现的原因.针对连接器载荷峰值对应的刚度组合,计算模块运动响应,分析模块相对运动模式.研究结果表明,对于较高和较低的横向刚度,均存在一定的纵向和垂向刚度组合,导致连接器载荷出现较大的峰值;连接器载荷峰值对应浪向角85°左右的海况,模块相对运动主要表现为艏摇.  相似文献

超大型浮体作为人类开发海洋的前沿基地,正在成为世界各国海洋工程界研究的一个热点.由于超大型浮体尺度巨大,因此它必定会采用模块化结构,由几种基本的模块在海上加以拼装,连接而成.因此,采用何种形式的连接器已成为超大型海洋浮式结构物设计过程中的一大关键技术问题.本文主要介绍了国内首次进行的半潜式超大型浮体的多刚体试验,在试验中采用刚性模块、柔性连接形式,对各模块的相对运动以及模块与模块之间连接器载荷的动力响应特性进行了研究.  相似文献

许多海上工程作业中会出现两个或多个浮体相邻作业的情形,如海洋平台组块双船浮托安装等.在波浪作用下,相邻多浮体会发生水动力干扰现象,在特定条件下引起强烈的间隙共振,产生的巨大波浪力会对浮体造成破坏.相邻多浮体之间往往会存在柔性连接,需要考虑多浮体水动力干扰及机柔性连接构件的约束力对浮体运动响应的耦合作用,以及约束力本身对刚性或柔性连接构件的影响.因此,需要建立多浮体耦合的水动力-结构动力模型研究相互连接的海上浮式结构在复杂环境载荷下的动力响应.本文以双船浮托安装作业为背景,开发耦合的水动力-结构动力模型分析平台组块在双船拖运过程中的复杂动力响应.通过结合动态子结构法和静凝聚法,考虑连接构件的柔度,将连接构件的质量和刚度凝聚到构件与双船的连接点处.结合多浮体频域水动力分析,研究双船在柔性构件约束下和复杂水动力干扰共同作用下的运动响应.  相似文献

海上极端波因其巨大的波高常常导致船体的极限破坏。该文提出了一个二维的修正水弹性方法来研究一个集装箱船船体梁在极端波中的动态前极限强度。传统的极限强度评估基于准静态方法,没有动态效应被考虑。而船体在波浪下的动态结构响应是基于水弹性方法,传统的水弹性方法并不能计算船体梁的动态非线性强度。该二维修正的水弹性方法考虑时域波浪和非线性船体梁之间的耦合,将水弹性方法和Smith方法结合,用Smith方法计算船体梁的刚度,而其刚度与船体梁的强度和变形曲率有关。所以该时域的非线性刚度被用于修改水弹性方法里的常数项的结构梁刚度。几组极端波模型被用以产生船体梁的大变形和非线性动态垂向弯矩。文中分别采用修正水弹性方法和普通水弹性方法,通过改变四个重要的极端波参数如极端波最大波高、规则波的波高、波速和波长等来研究其对船体梁船中处的大变形转角和非线性垂向弯矩的影响,通过采用修正的水弹性方法计算得来的结果与水弹性方法计算得来的结果相比较,得到了一些差异和结论。  相似文献

A mathematical model of a ribbon pontoon bridge subjected to moving loads was formulated using the theory of simply supported beams. Two types of moving load models were used, the first a moving-constant-force model and the second a moving-mass model. Using both types of loads, the dynamic behavior of a ribbon pontoon bridge was simulated while subjected to a single moving load and then multiple moving loads. Modeling was done with the Simulink package in MATLAB software. Results indicated that the model is correct. The two types of moving load models made little difference to the response ranges when loads moved on the bridge, but made some difference to the response phases. When loads left, the amplitude of the dynamic responses induced by the moving-constant-force model load were larger than those induced by the moving-mass model. There was a great deal more difference when there were more loads.  相似文献

精确评估模块连接处荷载特性对超大型浮体的水动力设计及结构安全性研究具有重要的工程意义。文章以5模块半潜式超大型浮体为研究对象,考虑碰撞荷载和风、浪、流环境荷载的联合作用并采用AQWA软件对超大型浮体模块连接点处的受力特性开展了数值计算。船舶碰撞荷载简化为矩形脉冲,采用定常风、定常流以及JONSWAP波谱,探讨了船舶碰撞角度、撞击位置、环境荷载等因素对模块连接点受力特性的影响。该文的研究成果可为事故荷载作用时超大型浮体连接器结构设计和强度计算提供一定依据。  相似文献

以7模块MOB为研究对象,利用RMFC模型,基于势流理论对7个构成模块单元进行3D水动力性能分析,计算过程中考虑了由于遮蔽效应而导致的浮体间相互作用.编制基于频域的多浮体运动和柔性连接器载荷计算程序,计算在规则波和不规则波下的连接器载荷值,并比较不同连接器刚度下各柔性连接器载荷值.计算结果表明,波浪入射角、波频、连接器刚度和海况对连接器载荷响应具有显著影响.本文的计算结果可为MOB柔性连接器设计与模块耐波性设计提供参考.  相似文献

Reliability-based design analysis of the fatigue life of the connectors of the five sections of the 2-km long US Mobile Offshore Base (MOB) is demonstrated. A performance function is defined in terms of the nominal stress range, inherent defect or starter crack, and appropriate material properties, which are considered random variables. The reliability analysis is performed for a sea state 1–8 (SS1–8) random loading having a Gumbel distribution. Where possible, uncertainty data for random variables are obtained from published data relating to the fatigue of metal and metal alloys. Otherwise, judgmental coefficients of variation are prescribed for purposes of demonstration. The fatigue life is assumed to follow the Weibull distribution. The reliability function is defined in terms of the mean life and the total uncertainty in the fatigue life. Preliminary reliability calculations suggest that current design stress levels be reduced to meet the current fatigue life target reliability level for the MOB connectors. An illustrative design is demonstrated and the metal selected for a fatigue design of the connectors for 10 million cycles with a reliability of 0.99 at a nominal stress of 203 MPa is HY-130 steel.  相似文献

In order to ensure the safe operation of a VLFS, a combination of mooring, breakwater and other motion reducing systems is employed. In the present work, the transient hydroelastic response of a floating, thin elastic plate, elastically connected to the seabed, is examined. The plate is modelled as an Euler-Bernoulli strip, while the linearized shallow water equations are used for the hydrodynamic modelling. Elastic connectors are approximated by a series of simple spring-dashpot systems positioned along the strip. A higher order finite element scheme is employed for the calculation of the hydroelastic response of the strip-connector configuration over the shallow bathymetry. After the definition of the initial-boundary value problem, its variational form is derived and discussed. Next, on the basis of the aforementioned formulation, an energy balance expression is obtained. The effect of variable bathymetry on the response of a two connector-strip system is examined by means of three seabed profiles featuring a flat bottom, an upslope and a downslope environment. For the flat bottom case, the strip response mitigating effect exerted by the employment of two and three elastic connectors is considered. Finally, by means of the derived energy balance equation, the energy exchange is monitored, providing a valuable insight into the transient phenomena that take place in the studied configurations.  相似文献

船体主尺度增大会导致严重的鞭振和弹振现象,这会增大船体结构的极限载荷和疲劳损伤.为了深入探究船体的振动响应,文中在拖曳水池对某万箱集装箱船分别进行了分段模型的自航和拖航试验.分析了不同海况下自航和拖航这两种试验方式对鞭振和弹振响应的影响.为计及不同振动频率成分对载荷响应的影响,提出一种考虑波浪记忆效应的非线性水弹性方法.文中提出了一种求解延时函数的方法,能够解决高频区域的阻尼系数的计算限制.最后,船舯弯矩试验结果分别和线性与非线性理论结果进行了比较,发现文中提出的非线性方法能够更好地预报弹性船体的振动响应.  相似文献

超大型集装箱船在波浪激励下产生的弹振响应使得其疲劳强度问题十分突出。基于三维水弹性理论,结合有限元分析方法计算分析目标船典型节点的应力响应特性。采用双峰谱密度函数的疲劳损伤谱分析理论评估目标船的疲劳强度,通过与刚体理论下的计算结果相对比来分析弹振对目标船的影响。研究结果表明,相比于刚体理论计算结果,考虑弹振效应时目标船的疲劳寿命会极大地降低,甚至可达50%以上。  相似文献

采用能计及裂纹闭合以及裂纹前缘的三维约束效应的裂纹扩展预报模型对我国研制中的4500米载人深潜器钛合金耐压球壳的疲劳寿命研究。参考国外同级别深潜器下潜统计数据建立了疲劳载荷概率模型,基于响应面法开展了疲劳可靠性分析,得到了失效概率及各随机变量参数敏感性结果,对载人球壳抗疲劳设计及结构安全性评估具有一定的参考意义。  相似文献

为避免波浪载荷对柴油机运行造成安全性的影响,本文利用 AQWA软件计算波浪的动压力,采用APDL语言编写加载程序实行波浪载荷对船体的自动施加,研究在不同波浪高的情况下,柴油机受波浪载荷的谐响应作用。研究结果表明,如果激励频率过小,柴油机的振幅和应力都较大,发生共振作用,柴油机动力特性就会减弱,导致柴油机运行不稳定;如果激励频率过大,柴油机的振幅和应力会在极小值附近来回摆动,这样容易对柴油机整体造成简谐力的作用,柴油机会发生疲劳破坏。  相似文献

Results from four different methods for stochastic dynamic response analysis of a proposed jack-up platform are compared. This structure exhibits both significant dynamic amplification and non-linear transfer of sea elevation into load effects. Both estimation of extreme response and fatigue damage are considered. The most complex procedure based on time-domain simulation and step-by-step integration is employed as a benchmark for assessment of three simplified methods. The simplifications consist of various types of linearization in conjunction with transfer function approximations. Applicability of the methods to structures with increasingly non-linear behaviour and dynamic amplification is briefly discussed.  相似文献
