为了提高船舶视频图像的质量,针对图像模糊问题,设计了基于计算机网络的船舶视频图像模糊细节增强算法。首先分析引起船舶视频图像模糊的因素,并提出采用无线传感器网络对船舶视频图像进行采集和传输,然后对船舶视频图像进行增强处理,丰富船舶视频图像细节信息,改善船舶视频图像视觉效果,最后实现了船舶视频图像模糊细节增强实验,结果表明,本文算法对船舶视频图像进行增强处理后,图像更加自然,并采用定量分析指标对船舶视频图像质量进行评价,获得比其他算法更优的船舶视频图像模糊细节增强效果。 相似文献

为了研究船舶辐射的空气噪声的分布特点和控制方法,以某LNG FSRU为研究对象,建立船舶辐射的空气噪声分析流程,并开展针对性的降噪设计研究。首先对比了主流船级社近期推出的船舶辐射的空气噪声标准。然后基于统计能量法对目标船的近场辐射空气噪声进行数值分析,并与实测结果进行对比,验证数值分析结果的可靠性;最后,开展与船舶有一定距离点的辐射空气噪声预报,结合辐射空气噪声的要求识别主导噪声源,开展有针对性的降噪设计,使其满足辐射空气噪声控制要求。论文所建立的船舶辐射的空气噪声的预报及控制流程,可为后续民用船舶的设计提供技术参考。 相似文献

为了改善逆光船舶图像恢复的质量,设计了基于改进全变分算法的逆光船舶图像恢复方法。首先对逆光船舶图像恢复研究现状进行分析,找到引起当前逆光船舶图像恢复效果差的原因,然后建立逆光船舶图像糊模和退化模型,并引入全变分算法对逆光船舶图像进行恢复,对标准全变分算法的局限性进行改进,最后进行逆光船舶图像恢复的验证性测试实验,结果表明,本文方法提高了逆光船舶图像的信噪比,可以大幅度丰富逆光船舶图像的细节信息,使恢复的逆光船舶图像更加清晰。 相似文献

螺旋桨是船舶动力系统的重要组成部分,随着船舶逐渐向着高速化、大载重方向发展,对船舶的动力性能有了更高的要求,也对螺旋桨的推进效率、噪声性能等有了更高的要求。在船舶螺旋桨的设计和优化过程中,计算流体力学CFD发挥了非常重要的作用,包括螺旋桨水动力性能分析、空泡特征预测等。本文主要研究了船舶螺旋桨的运动模型和水动力方程,在此基础上采用了全结构网络技术对螺旋桨模型进行网格划分,并对螺旋桨的水动力性能进行了基于软件Fluent的性能仿真和预报。 相似文献

Recent measurements of wave induced hull strain and flexure in RN warships are presented together with the derivation of the current design criteria for extreme hull girder bending loads. The history of the development of the shipboard instrumentation used is given and recent developments to improve the quality and ease of analysis of the data are described. An unexpectedly high transverse asymmetry in the longitudinal strains measured in destroyers is shown to be the result of a combination of vertical and lateral bending in oblique seas. Finally recent theoretical comparisons between the loading of Deep-Vee hulls and conventional UK rounded bilge hulls are presented which demonstrate the higher loading experienced by this type of hull form. 相似文献

Despite the many socio-economic similarities between Sweden and Norway, differences in jurisdiction, organisation, cooperation, and financing of long-distance passenger train and coach services have led to the development of four distinctively different ways of serving the markets. This paper describes how the train and coach markets have developed in the two countries, with emphasis on regulatory and industrial structure and a couple of performance variables.Looking at passenger rail, both countries separated infrastructure from operation over a decade ago. However, while Norwegian rail is characterised by an almost monopoly supplier, rail services in Sweden are partly decentralised to the responsibility of county authorities and are widely subjected to competitive tendering. The rest of the network is about to be opened up for on-the-track competition. Swedish Rail (SJ) has spent the last decades consolidating its core business (passenger rail) and sold out its other businesses. In contrast, the Norwegian state rail (NSB) has expanded its business to become a major bus operator and property owner, with extensions also into the Swedish market.The coach industry was more recently deregulated in both countries. The Swedish coach market is dominated by privately owned companies operating services to and from Stockholm. In Norway, state-owned NSB is a major coach operator on medium distance routes, and is also the largest partner of Nor-Way Bussekspress which totally dominates long-distance coach services. Further, the Norwegian coach market is characterised by cross-ownership and cooperation which has enabled an extensive route network which covers most of Norway.We find distinct differences in achievements in the two modes and in the two countries. Swedish rail services have succeeded in winning market shares and in renewing and developing both infrastructure and service levels to a greater extent than the Norwegian model. On the other hand, the Norwegian coach market seems to be more developed and efficient compared to its Swedish counterpart.The paper concludes with a discussion on the possible links between the different approaches and the performance observed, with the aim to stimulate further and more detailed research on some important issues. 相似文献
