开挖检查是挖开管道直接观察和测试管道腐蚀及防护状况的过程,是管道外检测的重要工作之一。目前对管体存在的缺陷点破损程度的判断,主要由现场工作人员根据经验,由管道防腐层的缺陷点尺寸来判断破损程度。但是影响缺陷点破损程度的还有管体的阴极保护、杂散电流、管体表面腐蚀等情况。为了综合评价各种因素对缺陷点破损程度的影响,通过分析2007年、2008年西气东输东段3个标段的开挖数据,考虑管体的腐蚀情况、土壤腐蚀性、是否漏出管体、杂散电流干扰情况、缺陷点在管体上所处位置、管段类型(直管、弯头等)等6个方面对缺陷点破损程度的影响,提出一种新的判断管体缺陷破损程度准则。 相似文献

In this research, we consider a flight scheduling problem for oligopolistic competition with direct flights and a point to point network. In this type of market situation, passengers are sensitive to the departure time of a flight rather than the transfer time. The airline needs to carefully consider the departure times of their competitors when determining their own. Therefore, unlike past approaches which have only considered one departure time for a competitor's flight, a flight scheduling framework is developed which takes into consideration possible competitor departure times. The framework includes two dependent stages which are repeatedly solved during the solution process. In addition, an upper bound model is also designed to evaluate the solution quality. Numerical tests are performed using data for Taiwan's outlying island route which is characterized by the above market situation. 三维激光扫描技术已在隧道工程中得到广泛应用,但其内外业脱节、人工操作过多、实时性不足等问题日益凸显。文章结合工程实践,提出三维激光隧道扫描测算一体化技术方案,通过隧道设计模型录入、坐标里程解算、点云自动过滤、点云降采样与地物分离等,对点云进行特征值提取,得到兼顾规模、精度、效率的点云数据模型;通过点云与设计、点云与点云的对比解算,得到隧道工程质量安全相关成果。该技术方案在某铁路隧道工程中进行实践,可将内外业工作总时间缩短至20 min以内,自动化程度高,成果精度好,具有很好的推广价值。 相似文献

Reactions to aircraft noise resulting from an airport development vary considerably among individuals. This paper examines whether the noise level tolerated by individuals is affected when they compare their own situation to the situations of other people who are more severely affected by the noise. We modeled the individual noise tolerability by adopting the reference point concept and the value function of prospect theory. A questionnaire assessed different levels of noise-affected zones at a hypothetical airport. Individual noise tolerable level was measured by a prerecorded aircraft noise presented via headphones. Decision-making associated with the reported satisfaction level regarding the changes in operational flight frequency settings at the airport. An interview survey was conducted with residents near Manila airport in the Philippines. We applied genetic algorithm to jointly estimate the parameters for noise tolerability model and the value function. Results showed that individuals tolerated more overhead flights when they considered the situations of other people worse affected by the noise than they were. The tendency of noise tolerability increased with the severity of noise exposure situations of other people, but lower reactions to noise escalation. We also observed diminishing sensitivity to changes in noise relative to the noise tolerable level. The aircraft noise tolerability and the consideration of noise exposure situations of other people appeared to be a vital aspect to be considered in airport noise management and policy. 相似文献

The asymmetric effects of service quality on international travelers' airline choice behavior were investigated in this paper. The linear structural equation modeling system was first applied to quantify passengers' perceptions of service quality provided by airlines, which were then used as the input variables of the asymmetric response model developed to capture international travelers' airline decision. Their asymmetric responses to various service quality of airlines were assumed to be either gains or losses with respect to their reference points. The results showed that the asymmetric response model performs better than the traditional logit models that capture only symmetrical effects. 相似文献
