本研究的目的是为了建立染毒试片中残留正丙硫醚的反相高效液相色谱(RP-HPLC)分析方法.本研究方法以ODS-C18柱(250 mm ×4.6 mm)作为色谱分离柱,80%甲醇:20%水(V/V)为流动相,流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为205 nm的紫外检测器.结果表明,正丙硫醚在0.3~60 mg/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,检出限为0.18mg/L(S/N=3),添加回收率在92%以上,RSD均在2.0%以下.这表明,RP-HPLC法可应用于染毒试片中残留正丙硫醚的测定.  相似文献

为探索固支方板在破片与冲击波耦合作用下的典型破坏模式及临界转换条件,采用耦合的SPH-FEM方法数值模拟靶板在破片与冲击波耦合作用下的破坏过程。结果表明:(1)耦合载荷作用下靶板的损伤模式主要分成两种,模式I:花瓣弯曲破坏;模式Ⅱ:拉伸断裂破坏。模式Ⅱ还可细分为两种,模式Ⅱa:板边界产生塑性变形,中心产生拉伸断裂破坏;模式Ⅱb:板边界和中心均产生拉伸断裂破坏。(2)模式I和模式Ⅱa之间的临界i*(无量纲冲量)值约为0.88;模式Ⅱa与模式Ⅱb之间的临界i*值约为0.64。(3)靶板的破口面积并不是随着i*的增大而增大,当i*=0.71时,破口面积达到最大值,约为抗爆有效面积的68%。  相似文献

建立了固相萃取(SPE)-气相色谱/电子捕获检测器(GC/ECD)同时测定水中20种有机氯农药的方法,并对固相萃取条件进行了优化.实验表明,该方法具有较好的线性关系(相关系数为0.997 0~0.999 8),对于1 L添加0.5 μg有机氯农药混合标准溶液水样,其目标化合物的回收率为64.1%~123.2%,检出限为0.001~0.01μg/L,多次重复实验测定的相对标准偏差小于15%(n=6).  相似文献

研究了电导检测器-离子色谱同时测定潜艇舱室气体中的F-,Cl-,NO2-,NO3-,SO42-等五种无机阴离子分析方法.使用Shim-pack IC-A2(5.0mmφ×5cm)离子色谱柱,以0.75mmol/L邻苯二甲酸氢钾(PH 4.2)为淋洗液,流速为1.0mL/min,可以较好地将五种阴离子进行分离,其中F-的测定相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.4%~5.9%.  相似文献

为了替代污染严重和价格昂贵的CuCo2Be,文中介绍了合金元素总量小于3.5%的钛青铜,确定了其最佳热处理和冷变形工艺,在900℃×1h(水淬) 20%(冷变形) 510℃×1.5h(时效)的典型工艺条件下,其综合性能达到了标准规定的CuCo2Be合金水平。并对钛青铜不同工艺条件下的金相组织及室温和高温断口进行了观察、分析,利用TEM研究了合金的微观结构,结果表明该合金属于N i3Ti和Cr的复合沉淀强化,主要析出相N i3Ti弥散分布于基体,颗粒尺寸在20 nm左右。与CuCo2Be相比,钛青铜的晶粒度对温度变化较为敏感,故应避免在过时效状态下使用。  相似文献

Recent measurements of wave induced hull strain and flexure in RN warships are presented together with the derivation of the current design criteria for extreme hull girder bending loads. The history of the development of the shipboard instrumentation used is given and recent developments to improve the quality and ease of analysis of the data are described. An unexpectedly high transverse asymmetry in the longitudinal strains measured in destroyers is shown to be the result of a combination of vertical and lateral bending in oblique seas. Finally recent theoretical comparisons between the loading of Deep-Vee hulls and conventional UK rounded bilge hulls are presented which demonstrate the higher loading experienced by this type of hull form.  相似文献

Despite the many socio-economic similarities between Sweden and Norway, differences in jurisdiction, organisation, cooperation, and financing of long-distance passenger train and coach services have led to the development of four distinctively different ways of serving the markets. This paper describes how the train and coach markets have developed in the two countries, with emphasis on regulatory and industrial structure and a couple of performance variables.Looking at passenger rail, both countries separated infrastructure from operation over a decade ago. However, while Norwegian rail is characterised by an almost monopoly supplier, rail services in Sweden are partly decentralised to the responsibility of county authorities and are widely subjected to competitive tendering. The rest of the network is about to be opened up for on-the-track competition. Swedish Rail (SJ) has spent the last decades consolidating its core business (passenger rail) and sold out its other businesses. In contrast, the Norwegian state rail (NSB) has expanded its business to become a major bus operator and property owner, with extensions also into the Swedish market.The coach industry was more recently deregulated in both countries. The Swedish coach market is dominated by privately owned companies operating services to and from Stockholm. In Norway, state-owned NSB is a major coach operator on medium distance routes, and is also the largest partner of Nor-Way Bussekspress which totally dominates long-distance coach services. Further, the Norwegian coach market is characterised by cross-ownership and cooperation which has enabled an extensive route network which covers most of Norway.We find distinct differences in achievements in the two modes and in the two countries. Swedish rail services have succeeded in winning market shares and in renewing and developing both infrastructure and service levels to a greater extent than the Norwegian model. On the other hand, the Norwegian coach market seems to be more developed and efficient compared to its Swedish counterpart.The paper concludes with a discussion on the possible links between the different approaches and the performance observed, with the aim to stimulate further and more detailed research on some important issues.  相似文献

目前国内已经出现了少量的数据挖掘相关产品。国内数据挖掘软件无论从数量还是质量上比较,都与国外软件存在着较大的差距。随着数据仓库技术的普及,数据挖掘应用的需求越来越强烈,如何缩短这种差距,研发数据挖掘软件产品成为国内业界的一个重要问题。通过引用目前国际通用数据挖掘标准技术来构建开放式的数据挖掘系统模型,该系统模型从可扩展性、可重用性、易用性等方面得到了加强。  相似文献
