基于试验数据的高速电磁阀建模及动态响应特性分析 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
高速电磁阀的响应特性对高压共轨喷油器的喷油特性具有决定性影响。为了更合理和准确地预测高速电磁阀的电磁特性,基于高速电磁阀理论分析,进行了大量不同驱动电流强度和气隙情况下的电磁力试验,采用多项式拟合的方法,对试验数据进行拟合,结合高速电磁阀的工作原理,应用Amesim软件建立高速电磁阀一维仿真模型,并研究分析了驱动电流、阀芯弹簧预紧力和刚度对高速电磁阀动态响应特性的影响。研究结果表明:所采用的基于试验数据的高速电磁阀建模方式为其动态响应特性的研究提供了一个新思路,它能快速、准确得到高速电磁阀各参数对其响应特性的影响。 相似文献

介绍了高速开关阀的特点及在沥青混凝土摊铺机自动找平控制系统中的应用,设计了一套高速开关阀控制方案,并在实验室建立了实验台,通过实验对传统普通电磁阀控制方案和高速开关阀控制方案进行了比较,得到了比较详细的实验数据。实验结果表明,高速开关阀可以较好地应用到自动找平控制系统中,对提高系统响应时间、减小开关控制死区的影响有较好的作用,但过高的调制频率对系统的影响并没有太大好处。 相似文献

基于高阶滑模混沌控制的快速稳定和高效鲁棒特点,建立了柴油机EGR系统动态数学模型;设计了柴油机EGR系统的误差评估滑模面、滑模控制率与混沌控制器;针对EGR阀动态控制规律与响应迟滞机理,制订了柴油机EGR阀的控制、修正与优化策略。利用Control Core软件,对EGR阀的响应特性、占空比和EGR率进行了仿真,实现了高阶滑模混沌控制器对EGR系统精确修正、优化与控制。依据柴油机瞬态测试循环法规,进行了增压柴油机EGR系统的动态响应特性和排放测试等试验。试验结果表明,该高阶滑模混沌控制器性能可靠、处理能力强、控制精度高,满足柴油机EGR系统的控制要求。 相似文献

As the internal combustion engine moves into the 21st century, fully flexible valve actuation systems are being proposed as
an enabling technology for advanced internal combustion engine concepts. Electro-hydraulic valve actuator systems are being
considered as a potential variable valve technology. Compared to the servo control system, the system using a proportional
valve has the advantages of low price, high anti-pollution ability and high reliability. Our research focuses on exploring
the dynamic characteristic of the electro-hydraulic variable valve system, which is based on three-way proportional reducing
valve. In this paper, the structure and working principles of the system are described. The dynamic mathematical model of
the system is derived. From the analysis of a linearized model and dynamic simulation, it is demonstrated that the system
will be stable only if the proportional reducing valve has a positive opening. Some structural factors that affect the system’s
dynamic characteristics, such as input signal, the stiffness of the return spring and the pre-tightening force of the return
spring, are studied using AMESim. The experimental results coincide with the theoretical and simulated analyses. Further study
shows that the dynamic response can be improved effectively by adopting closed-loop control of valve lift. 相似文献

In modern four-stroke automotive engine technology, variable valve timing and lift control offer potential benefits for making
a high-performance engine. In this paper, a novel design named dual-mode electrohydraulic fully variable valve train (EHFVVT)
for both engine intake and exhaust valves is introduced. The system is mainly controlled by either proportional flow control
valves or proportional pressure relief valves, and hence two different families of valve displacement patterns can be achieved.
The construction of the mathematical model of the valve train system and its dynamic analysis are also presented in this paper.
Experimental and simulation results show that the dual-mode electrohydraulic variable valve train can achieve fully variable
valve timing and lift control, and has the potential to eliminate the traditional throttle valve in the gasoline engines.
With the proposed system, the engine performance at various speeds and loads will be significantly improved. 相似文献
