Design of a Low Power DSP with Distributed and Early Clock Gating

A novel clock structure of a low-power 16-bit very large instruction word （VLIW） digital signal proces- sor （DSP） was proposed. To improve deterministic clock gating and to solve the drawback of conventional clock gating circuit in high speed circuit, a distributed and early clock gating method was developed on its instruction fetch ＆. decoder unit, its pipelined data-path unit and its super-Harvard memory interface unit. The core was im- plemented following the Synopsys back-end flow under TSMC （Taiwan Silicon manufacture corporation） 0.18-μm 1.8-V 1P6M process, with a core size of 2 mm × 2 mm. Result shows that it can run under 200 MHz with a power performance around 0.3 mW/MIPS. Meanwhile, only 39.7 % circuit is active simultaneously in average, compared to its non-gating counterparts.

构建一种基于管制员负荷的空域容量评估模型,以实现对空域容量的有效评估.在以往研究的基础上重新界定了管制员负荷的标准,提出了指挥余度、必要指令点、指令周期等概念.根据容量评估的基本流程,以管制员的工作负荷作为空域容量的限制,构建出新的空域容量评估框架.以西安进近空域为例进行空域容量评估,取得与实际非常接近的结果,证明方法的有效性.

Nonlinear Statistical Process Monitoring Based on Control Charts with Memory Effect and Kernel Independent Component Analysis

A novel nonlinear combination process monitoring method was proposed based on techniques with memory effect (multivariate exponentially weighted moving average (MEWMA)) and kernel independent component analysis (KICA). The method was developed for dealing with nonlinear issues and detecting small or moderate drifts in one or more process variables with autocorrelation. MEWMA charts use additional information from the past history of the process for keeping the memory effect of the process behavior trend. KICA is a recently developed statistical technique for revealing hidden, nonlinear statistically independent factors that underlie sets of measurements and it is a two-phase algorithm: whitened kernel principal component analysis (KPCA) plus independent component analysis (ICA). The application to the fluid catalytic cracking unit (FCCU) simulated process indicates that the proposed combined method based on MEWMA and KICA can effectively capture the nonlinear relationship and detect small drifts in process variables. Its performance significantly outperforms monitoring method based on ICA, MEWMA-ICA and KICA, especially for long-term performance deterioration.     

车辆导航系统语音路径引导模块的实现

研究了路径引导模块在车辆导航系统中与其他模块的关系，以及语音路径引导功能的主要优点，设计了一种应用GIS为基础数据平台，结合路径规划模块以及定位模块的算法步骤，给出了行驶指令的生成、规划路径的跟踪与发声条件判断以及声频引导信息的生成三大关键子模块的实现方法。实际使用结果表明，该模块生成的声频引导信息准确及时，达到了设计目的。     

Online sequential extreme learning machine based multilayer perception with output self feedback for time series prediction

This study presents a time series prediction model with output self feedback which is implemented based on online sequential extreme learning machine. The output variables derived from multilayer perception can feedback to the network input layer to create a temporal relation between the current node inputs and the lagged node outputs while overcoming the limitation of memory which is a vital part for any time-series prediction application. The model can overcome the static prediction problem with most time series prediction models and can effectively cope with the dynamic properties of time series data. A linear and a nonlinear forecasting algorithms based on online extreme learning machine are proposed to implement the output feedback forecasting model. They are both recursive estimator and have two distinct phases: Predict and Update. The proposed model was tested against different kinds of time series data and the results indicate that the model outperforms the original static model without feedback.     

Oxford学习策略理论的实证研究--中国专业技术人员使用英语学习策略的问卷调查

研究采用问卷的形式,对来自大型厂矿企业的287名专业技术人员使用学习策略的情况,以及他们现在的英语水平与他们的个人现状、学习动机与学习策略使用的关系进行了调查。研究结果表明,一些个人因素、目的、观念与策略使用之间存在着显著相关关系;不同的学习者在使用某些学习策略时,呈现出显著差异;专业技术人员现在的英语水平与学习策略无太大关系。研究结果为今后提高在岗专业技术人员的策略意识,增强他们的学习动机,对他们进行英语策略融合式培训以及帮助他们树立生命全程学习观念,提供了一定的参考与借鉴。     

加兰他敏对痴呆大鼠治疗机制的探讨

目的　观察加兰他敏对痴呆模型大鼠学习记忆功能及皮层、海马胆碱能神经元的影响 ,进而探讨胆碱酯酶抑制剂改善阿尔茨海默病 (AD)患者认知功能的作用机制。方法　将 β 淀粉样蛋白 (Aβ)注入Meynert核制作大鼠痴呆模型 ,并用加兰他敏进行干预。行为学方法测定各组大鼠学习记忆功能 ,免疫组织化学方法测定各组大鼠脑组织胆碱乙酰转移酶 (ChAT)的变化。结果　加兰他敏可明显提高痴呆模型大鼠在行为学测试中的成绩 ,使皮层、海马ChAT免疫阳性神经元数目增多。结论　加兰他敏可明显改善痴呆大鼠学习记忆能力 ,提高大鼠脑内胆碱能神经元存活能力可能是其重要的作用机制之一     

A Practical SSL Server Performance Improvement Algorithm Based on Batch RSA Decryption

The secure socket layer/ transport layer security（SSL/TLS） handshake protocol uses public key cryptographic algorithms such as RSA for key establishment. Typically, public key cryptographic algorithm is computational intensive due to the modular multiplications. Therefore, SSL/TLS servers often become swamped while performing public key decryptions when the simultaneous requests increase quickly. A batch RSA decryption algorithm was proposed. The novel algorithm provides the reasonable response time and optimizes server performance significantly. The decryption speedup is proportional to the batch size b, for instance, the speedup factor is 4, while in Shacham＇s scheme the acceleration rate is only 2.5 when b = 4.

Dynamic Analysis of Micro-machined Diamagnetic Stable Permanent Magnet Levitation System

A novel micro-machined diamagnetic stable levitation system (MDSLS) which is composed of a free permanent magnetic rotor, a ring lifting permanent magnet and two diamagnetic stabilizers was presented. The static and dynamic stable characters of MDSLS were analyzed. The coupled non-linear differential equations were used to describe six-degree-of-freedom motion of the levitated rotor, and the equivalent surface current and combined diamagnetic image current method were utilized to model the interaction forces and torques between the lifting permanent magnet and rotor permanent magnet and also between the rotor permanent magnet and diamagnetic substrates. Because of difficulty to get analytical solution, the numerical calculation based on Runge-Kutta method was used to solve the dynamic model. The vibration frequencies were identified by fast Fourier transform (FFT) analysis. According to their resonance characteristics and parameters, the translational and angular dynamic stiffness were also calculated. The results show that the levitation of the rotor in MDSLS is stable, and the MDSLS is potential for the application in levitation inertial sensor.
