2056例成人血清TSH,TT4,TT3及甲状腺自身抗体检查结果分析

目的　分析血清促甲状腺激素 (thyroidstimulatinghormone,TSH) ,甲状腺自身抗体 (thyroidautoantibody ,TAA )与年龄、性别的关系 ,探讨检测指标间相互关系 ,并且评估该人群甲状腺功能状态。方法　对西安地区某单位全体职工 2 0 5 6人进行血清TSH、甲状腺激素、甲状腺球蛋白抗体和甲状腺微粒体抗体 5项指标检测 ,并由调查员逐一调查以排除总体中已确诊的甲状腺疾病、怀孕、服用性激素及锂剂者。结果　研究总体中甲减患病率为 9.97% ,甲亢患病率为 6 .6 1%。在未知组 (即研究总体中去除已确诊甲状腺疾病、怀孕、服用性激素及锂剂者 )中 ,TSH随年龄增加而增高 ,6 0～ 6 9岁组TSH值达高峰 ,女性和男性的TSH中位数分别为 2 .4 7和 3.31IU·mL-1。当TAA阴性时 ,这种增高趋势仍存在 ,但是TSH始终无性别间差异。TAA阳性率女性 9.76 % ,男性 1.6 9% ,有明显的性别间差异 ,但各年龄组间分布较一致。TAA阳性率与TSH有相关性 ,随TSH变化呈倍数增长。结论　应重视甲状腺功能的筛查 ,尤其是老年人群 ,对男女人群均应进行定期甲功筛查 ,以期早期发现甲状腺疾病 ,最大限度的减少甲状腺疾病危害     

Union examination of AFP, AFU, AFPL3 and γ-GT in early diagnosis of primary liver cancer

Objective To explore the significance of union examination of blood serum liver cancer tracers in the early diagnosis of liver cancer. Methods We observed and compared the level of blood serum liver cancer tracers armor embryo protein (AFP), crag algae glycosidase (AFU), armor embryo protein heteroplasmon (AFPL3) andγ-Gu Anxian transferase (γ-GT) in early time for primary liver cancer patients and hepatitis liver cirrhosis patients and those chronic hepatitis B patients who had liver cancer family history. Results Finally among the 30 patients in the early liver cancer group, 23 were positive with AFP, 20 with AFU, 15 with AFPL3 and 21 with γ-GT. Five were found positive with blood serum AFP, AFPL3, AFU and γ-GT at the same time; 5 with AFP, AFPL3 and γ-GT; 5 with AFP, AFU and AFPL3; 7 with AFP, AFU andγ-GT. By contrast, in the control group, among the 30 hepatitis liver cirrhosis patients and those chronic hepatitis B patients with liver cancer family history, 11 were found positive with AFP, 3 with AFPL3, 12 with AFU and 14 with γ-GT. None of the patients were found positive with union examination of AFP, AFPL3, AFU and γ-GT in the blood serum at the same time. Conclusion The union examination of AFP, AFU, AFPL3 and γ-GT is significant to the early diagnosis of primary liver cancer.

增强物在Al-TiO2,Al-B2O3和Al-TiO2-B2O3系统的原位反应合成

利用粉末冶金法,使用TiO2和1B2O3粉末,研究了在Al-TiO2,Al-B2O3和Al-TiO2-B2O3系统中分别形成钛铝金属间化合物、硼铝金属间化合物以及TiB2的原位反应过程.研究结果表明,TiAl3、AlB2和TiB2分别在加热到650℃,750℃和750℃开始形成.X射线衍射分析发现,除了这三个应该出现的平衡相之外,没有探测到其它亚稳相.对不同加热温度下的显微组织观察分析发现,这些增强物在高温反应过程中量的增加都强烈依赖于相的长大,而非相的形核.在Al-TiO2系统中,TiAl3的形成在铝的熔点下开始,显微组织中存在二种形态的TiAl3相;一种是在加热过程中形成的,其边缘在TiO2的进一步还原过程中被部分地消耗;另一种是在冷却过程中由于α-Al析出过量Ti而形成的.在Al-B2O3系统中,AlB2在750℃到850℃之间形成,其形态与AlB2相同,但宽度较小.在Al-TiO2-B2O3系统中,TiB2在750℃开始形成,细小的TiB2颗粒分布在原始铝颗粒的界面处与α-Al2O3混合在一起,而粗大的TiB2颗粒则分布在α-Al的晶界上.

微波辐射下合成2-氨基-5-芳氧亚甲基-1, 3, 4-噻二唑

在三氯氧磷作用下,由芳氧基乙酸和氨基硫脲经脱水环合,微波辐射快速合成了一系列2-氨基-5-芳氧亚甲基-1, 3, 4-噻二唑类化合物.目标产物的结构经红外光谱及熔点测定得到确证.该方法具有反应时间短、操作简便、副产物少、产率高、易纯化及环境友好等优点.     

Theoretical Modelling of Cascaded Er~(3+)-Doped,Tm~(3+)-Doped and Nd~(3+)-Doped Fibers for 0.4 to 2.0 μm Emission Spectra

We present a cascaded system designed with Er~(3+)-doped, Tm~(3+)-doped and Nd~(3+)-doped fibers to realize amplified spontaneous emission(ASE) spectra covering 0.4—2.0 μm. The system is excited with a pump laser emitting 808 nm photons with 500 m W pump power. The emission spectra of the cascaded system covering0.4—2.0 μm are realized with the Er~(3+), Tm~(3+)and Nd~(3+)ion doping densities optimized to 8 × 1019, 2 × 1020 and8 × 1020 ion/m3, respectively, and the fiber length optimized to 1 m. Numerical methods reveal that the peak ASE power for the cascaded system can reach 20.9 m W. A minimum ASE power of 4.39 m W is attainable. Using numerical calculations and analytical techniques, we provide a detailed insight into optimized Er~(3+)-doped, Tm~(3+)-doped and Nd~(3+)-doped fiber lengths and their doping concentrations for ASE power spectra covering 0.4—2.0 μm.We believe that the cascaded system can potentially provide significant applications in various optical fields which include but not limited to wavelength-division multiplexing, various optical communications and other salient medical imaging processes.
