在单层圆柱壳屏蔽体的基础上利用场论的方法推导出了双层铁磁性圆柱壳屏蔽体沿径向的静磁屏蔽效能计算公式,并通过实验进行了验证.根据推导所得的计算公式,分析了各层的半径、厚度和材料对总的屏蔽效能的影响,并重点对层间距因素对总屏蔽效能的影响进行了分析论证.  相似文献

研究无限大磁电双材料中的螺位错问题。使用镜像位错法,得到了位错产生的弹性场、电场和磁场以及作用在位错上的像力。结果表明,两相之间的相互作用使得位错可以引起电场和磁场,这种现象对于单相磁电弹材料是不存在的。详细分析了压电-压磁双材料中应力场、电位移和磁感应强度的特性以及位错与界面的相互作用。  相似文献

The magnetic field tuning characteristics of an ultrasonic motor (USM) stator are discussed. The stator consists of two piezoelectric ceramic transducer (PZT) plates and one sandwiched-in Terfenol-D plate. The dimensions of the stator are carefully adjusted to specifically discuss the influence of the magnetic field on the frequency difference between the longitudinal and bending modes of the stator. The frequency difference discussed in this paper is usually small and mainly caused by uneven materials, machining errors and changes in external conditions (temperature, pre-stress or load). The longitudinal and bending modes of the stator are simultaneously excited by an external electric field to generate the elliptic motion trajectories of the driving points. A direct current (DC) magnetic field is applied to decrease the difference between the two mode frequencies of the fabricated stator. In experiments, the dependences of the two mode frequencies and their difference on DC magnetic fields are all investigated. The experimental results indicate that the difference between the longitudinal and bending mode frequencies of the PZT/Terfenol-D/PZT composite stator can be tuned by changing the intensity of the external DC magnetic field.  相似文献

Analytical solutions for a Griffith crack inside an infinite piezoelectromagnetic medium under combined mechanical-electrical-magnetic loadings are formulated using integral transform method. The singular stress, electric and magnetic fields in the piezoelectromagnetic material are obtained by the theory of linear piezoelectromagneticity. Fourier transforms are used to reduce the mixed boundary value problems of the crack, which is assumed to be permeable, to dual integral equations. The solution of the dual integral equations is then expressed analytically. Expressions for strains, stresses, electric fields, electric displacements, magnetic fields and magnetic inductions in the vicinity of the crack tip are derived. Field intensity factors and energy release rate for piezoelectromagnetic material are obtained. The stresses, electric displacements and magnetic inductions at the crack tip show the traditional square root singularities; and the electric field intensity factor (EFIF) and the magnetic field intensity factor (MFIF) are always zero.  相似文献

针对电动汽车无线充电应用,提出了一种凹凸型磁耦合机构,在减小磁芯体积的情况下实现了更好的耦合特性,提高了系统功率传输能力. 基于有限元理论,利用COMSOL电磁场仿真软件,建立了凹凸型耦合机构的有限元仿真模型,针对线圈两端凸起磁芯高度、线圈两端凸起磁芯长度配比、磁芯长度、磁芯长度与宽度之间的约束关系以及磁芯厚度等主要结构参数从互感及耦合系数等角度分别进行了分析和优化设计,并讨论了磁芯变薄后的磁饱和特性. 通过仿真和实验测试结果验证了所设计耦合机构的可行性及在磁场分布及耦合特性方面的优势,使得系统的输出功率和效率相对原条状磁芯结构分别提高了37%和10%.   相似文献

为评价风屏障的防风效果,针对铁路桥梁设置不同高度的风屏障,通过风洞试验测试了单车以及双车交会时的气动力系数.在此基础上,提出用单车的气动力系数衡量车辆风荷载突变效应,以不同轨道位置车辆的风荷载突变量作为评价指标,并采用DEA(数据包络分析)方法评价风屏障的防风效果.研究结果表明:用DEA方法评价铁路桥梁风屏障的防风效果是可行的;当风屏障高度为1.72 m时,防风效果较好.  相似文献

建立了处于空间中的孤立永磁体产生的永磁场中的二维方腔热磁自然对流模型,并通过数值计算的方法研究了方腔内空气在重力和磁化力驱动下的自然对流现象.在瑞利数105和磁场强度0.5~3.5T范围内,研究了梯度磁场对自然对流的抑制作用,给出了方腔内磁浮升力场,温度场、流场的变化以及方腔内壁面的换热特性.结果表明:高剩磁钕铁硼永磁体磁场可以明显的抑制方腔内自然对流,与重力场自然对流相比,方腔内流场和温度场发生了明显的变化,剩磁3.5T时Nu减小达47%.  相似文献

采用电子束反应蒸发法(REBE)生长钴掺杂的氧化锌(Zn1-xCoO x=0.1)薄膜,研究薄膜的铁磁特性.对Zn1-xCoxO薄膜的磁特性测量结果表明:薄膜具有室温(300K)铁磁性;Zn1-xCoxO薄膜,无论外部磁场平行或垂直于薄膜平面,其室温矫顽力均仅为6~7G,呈现典型的稀磁及磁各向同性特征;而对于多晶Zn1-CoxO薄膜,其室温矫顽力在200~370G之间展示出显著的磁化各向异性特征;同时讨论了薄膜的铁磁性起源及其各向异性机理.  相似文献

基于Heisenberg模型,利用Monte Carlo方法研究准一维有机铁磁体在不同温度,不同外磁场下的磁学性质。结果显示:自由基与主链间的反铁磁相互作用越强,相变温度越高;二聚化则削弱系统的磁性;而自由基之间的耦合增强系统的铁磁性,并提高居里温度;磁化强度曲线在低温下表现出1/3磁化强度平台,并以三个临界磁场为特征。  相似文献

针对高速磁浮列车在狭窄空间内高经济性、高可靠性车载供电需求,在耦合磁路、电气性能仿真、设计优化基础上,提出一种发射端多匝线圈且无磁芯、拾取端类似双U型耦合磁路结构的非接触供电系统(inductive power supply,IPS),该系统采用了理论设计、仿真分析以及试验验证相结合的研究方法. 首先,根据高速磁浮列车供电需求,通过理论计算确定各设备主要参数,完成IPS系统设计方案;然后,进行耦合磁路设计及仿真分析:利用Maxwell软件对多种耦合磁路进行3D仿真分析,确定耦合磁路最优设计方案,开展三维电磁仿真得到拾取装置与地面发射线圈间互感;紧接着,进行电气性能仿真分析:利用Matlab软件建立IPS系统电气仿真模型,仿真IPS系统传输功率及效率,根据供电需求确定补偿装置、地面逆变电源及DC/DC参数;最后,研制完成供电功率150 kW磁场耦合非接触供电系统,并部署于磁浮样车试验线,完成了现场EMC (electromagnetic magnetic compatibility)性能、电气性能测试验证. 验证结果表明:传输功率超过150 kW,效率92%,达到项目预期目标.   相似文献

Accurate calculations of losses associated with the operation of magnetic bearings are particularly important for high speed applications where the rotor losses are expected to be large and for some particular applications where even low power losses will be critical. Power losses in the magnetic thrust bearing is often neglected, but if there is misaligned in the rotor and bearing, the magnetic field in the thrust bearing is no longer axisymmetric one, or the dynamic control current in the winding is time dependent one, eddy currents are caused to flow inside the conducting material, then the power losses are very important for magnetic bearing design. This paper presents an analytical model of a thrust magnetic bearing, and the magnetic fields, forces and losses of thrust magnetic bearing are calculated. In the calculations the frequency of dynamic control current is up to 1 000 Hz, rotating speed is from 60 rpm to 1 200 rpm, and the non-linearity of material is also taken into consideration. The results shows that if the magnetic field is not saturation, the eddy losses is proportional to dynamic control current frequency and a square function of dynamic control current, and also 5/2 power function of shafts speed.  相似文献
