A new approach that models lift and drag hydrodynamic force signals operating over cylindrical structures was developed and validated. This approach is based on stochastic auto regressive moving average with exogenous (ARMAX) input and its time-varying form, TARMAX. Model structure selection and parameter estimation were discussed while considering the validation stage. In this paper, the cylindrical structure was considered as a dynamic system with an incoming water wave and resulting forces as the input and outputs, respectively. The experimental data, used in this study, were collected from a full-scale rough vertical cylinder at the Delft Hydraulics Laboratory. The practicality of the proposed method and also its efficiency in structural modeling were demonstrated through applying two hydrodynamic force components. For this purpose, an ARMAX model is first used to capture the dynamics of the process, relating in-line forces provided by water waves;secondly, the TARMAX model was applied to modeling and analysis of the lift forces on the cylinder. The evaluation of the lift force by the TARMAX model shows the model is successful in modeling the force from the surface elevation. 相似文献

Useful structure characteristics of elastic cylindrical shells have led them to being widely applied in virtual projects, so it is important to conduct vibration research on the shells and find it's a simpler corresponding compact calculation method. Utilising the input and transfer point mobility of a thin plate structure, a theoretical expression of the cylindrical shell's bending vibration responsewas deduced and numerical simulations were done to simplify the theoretical expression within an acceptable error margin, greatly reducing the amount of computations. Furthermore, whole vibration response distributions of the cylindrical shell were analyzed. It was found thathe vibration energy propagates in helical form under mono-frequency excitation, while under bandwidth frequency excitation, it attenuates around in term of fluctuation. The axial attenuation rate of the vibration energy is larger than the circumferential attenuation rate. 相似文献

为研究舱壁布置形式对圆柱壳结构声学性能的影规律,文章应用有限元方法对等间距与不等间距分舱圆柱壳模型的振动响应进行了计算,以此为输入可计算获得壳体的均方法向速度级声学传递函数,并在典型频率处应用波数谱分析方法将壳体空间域振动场转换到波数域上,对壳体的振动进行波形分离与量化,分析获得了舱壁等间距布置与不等间距布置圆柱壳在典型激励下的结构声学性能,并解释其机理.研究表明:对垂向激励,圆柱壳不等间距分舱相比等间距分舱具有较好的结构声学性能,但对轴向激励,两者区别不明显.若将不等间距分舱与局部结构补强措施相结合,则可使得圆柱壳在两典型工况下均能获得更优的结构声学性能. 相似文献

[Objective]This paper proposes a method for calculating the acoustic and vibration response of underwater cylindrical shell structures based on land-based vibration test results.[Methods]An axisymmetric boundary element method (BEM) is introduced to describe the radiation acoustic field of the shell. The relationship of acoustic pressure at the nodal point of the generatrix with velocity is obtained by solving the numerical solution of the boundary element integral equation, then the acoustic radiation impedance matrix of the outer surface of the shell and acoustic transfer vector (ATV) are constructed. Based on the assumption that the low-order vibration mode of an underwater cylindrical shell is the same as that of an onshore cylindrical shell, combined with the modes and acoustic radiation impedance matrix of an onshore cylindrical shell, the modal added mass and damping are calculated. [Results]The natural frequency calculation formula of the underwater cylindrical shell is established on the basis of the onshore mode, and the calculation method of underwater vibration response and acoustic radiation characteristics with the vibration response in air as input is obtained based on mode superposition method.[Conclusion ] The numerical results of a typical cylindrical shell with internal structure show that the method meets the engineering accuracy requirements. © 2023 Chinese Journal of Ship Research. 采用有限元/边界元方法(FEM/BEM)对推进轴系纵振引起的双层圆柱壳水下辐射噪声特性进行研究.使用ANSYS有限元软件建立了流固耦合的有限元模型,计算了流-固耦合状态下结构振动位移响应.利用边界元技术对结构水下辐射噪声特性进行研究,并对推力轴承的布置位置和结构进行了改变,从而改变了激振力的大小及传递途径,对轴系纵振引起的结构水下辐射噪声起到了一定的改善. 相似文献

与船型FPSO相比,圆筒型FPSO没有明显的总纵弯曲,上部模块与船体结构之间通常采用刚性支墩来连接,水平运动所产生的弯矩和装/卸载引起的船体垂向变形对模块支撑结构的影响较为显著。因此,以“希望6号”圆筒型FPSO上部模块支撑结构为研究对象,基于DNVGL船级社规范,介绍一种简化疲劳分析方法。以FPSO运动加速度和船体变形载荷作为载荷输入条件,利用SESAM/GeniE软件进行有限元分析,得到结构在所有组合工况下应力的扫描计算结果。根据作业海域各个方向波浪发生的概率,运用简化疲劳分析方法计算得到所关注节点的疲劳损伤和各个工况对结构节点疲劳损伤度的贡献。结果表明,所关注节点的疲劳强度均满足设计疲劳强度要求;同一节点的疲劳损伤对不同浪向的敏感度不一样。该简化疲劳分析方法同样适用于承受周期性载荷的FPSO上部模块主结构和其他型式海洋结构物的疲劳分析。 相似文献

针对一种全新的潜艇耐压壳体结构形式——夹层圆柱壳结构形式,借助适用于该种结构形式的解析法计算公式,并选定约束条件进行了优化设计,编写了优化程序;分析了该种结构形式与单层耐压壳体结构形式相比较所存在的利弊;在比较过程中,给出了四个优化算例以及比较结果,通过比较分析得出了这样的结论:对于建造大潜深的潜艇,夹层圆柱壳结构形式是一种可以考虑的结构形式。 相似文献

A general method was proposed to study the sound and vibration of a finite cylindrical shell with elastic theory.This method was developed through comprehensive analysis of the uncoupled Helmholtz equation obtained by the decomposition of elastic equations and the structure of the solution of a finite cylindrical shell analyzed by thin shell theory.The proposed method is theoretically suitable for arbitrary thickness of the shell and any frequency.Also,the results obtained through the method can be used to determine the range of application of the thin shell theory.Furthermore,the proposed method can deal with the problems limited by the thin shell theory.Additionally,the method can be suitable for several types of complex cylindrical shell such as the ring-stiffened cylindrical shell,damped cylindrical shell,and double cylindrical shell. 相似文献

鉴于某双层圆柱壳体的机械振动噪声数据结构复杂、维数较高,工程上不宜直接分析,文章提出先对其进行特征提取后再进一步分析的思路,可有效简化数据结构,提高数据分析的准确度。选择工程上常用的主成分分析法(PCA)、核主成分分析法(KPCA)与独立成分分析法(ICA)对文中高维机械振动噪声数据进行特征提取。利用支持向量机(SVM)的分类识别能力,对经特征提取后不同工况下的噪声数据进行分类识别。依据正确识别率大小比较三种方法的特征提取效果,以选择针对某双层圆柱壳体机械振动噪声数据合适的特征提取方法。结论可为深入分析某双层圆柱壳体机械振动噪声数据的规律特点打下良好基础。 相似文献

针对水下非接触爆炸问题过程复杂、计算速度慢的问题,本文以一环肋圆柱壳为例,基于以内嵌的水下爆炸载荷计算方法和声-结构耦合方法为关键技术的水下爆炸分析法(AUA),对其水下爆炸冲击下的响应进行了分析。结果发现,壳板厚度对圆柱壳的水下非接触爆炸响应有较为显著的影响,随着壳板厚度的增加,环肋圆柱壳最大位移减小的幅度逐渐变小。在爆炸初期爆距对环肋圆柱壳冲击响应的影响不大,随时间的推移这种影响逐渐增大,环肋圆柱壳各测点变形随爆距的增大线性减小;当肋骨间距大于0.25倍环肋圆柱壳长时,环肋圆柱壳最大变形量可减小90%;继续减小肋骨间距,环肋圆柱壳最大变形减少量并不明显,说明肋骨对其附近测点和中间的板壳起到了显著的加强作用,肋骨间距为0.25倍环肋圆柱壳长时为最经济的肋骨布置方式。 相似文献

A numerical and experimental study was presented on active control of structurally radiated sound from an elastic cylindrical shell.An analytical model was developed for the active structural acoustic control (ASAC) of the cylindrical shell.Both global and local control strategies were considered.The optimal control forces corresponding to each control strategy were obtained by using the linear quadratic optimal control theory.Numerical simulations were performed to examine and analyze the control performance under different control strategies.The results show that global sound attenuation of the cylindrical shell at resonance frequencies can be achieved by using point force as the control input of the ASAC system.Better control performance can be obtained under the control strategy of minimization of the radiated sound power.However,control spillover may occur at off-resonance frequencies with the control strategy of structural kinetic energy minimization in terms of the radiated sound power.Considerable levels of global sound attenuation can also be achieved in the on-resonance cases with the local control strategy,i.e.,minimization of the mean-square velocity of finite discrete locations.An ASAC experiment using an FXLMS algorithm was implemented,agreement was observed between the numerical and experimental results,and successful attenuation of structural vibration and radiated sound was achieved. 相似文献

研究了内部流体静压力对充液圆柱壳的受迫振动能量流的影响。静压力作为预应力计入壳体振动方程当中,壳体和流体分别采用Fliigge方程和Helmholtz波动方程。分析了耦合系统在周向线分布余弦载荷下的动态响应.用傅立叶变换和反变换实现空间域与波数域之间的相互转换,采用留数定理求取系统的响应并得到耦合系统的输入能量流。结果表明,周向模态数n=0时,静压力对耦合系统的输入能量流影响很小;n较大时,在中低频下静压力使输入能量流曲线沿频率轴右移,由于输入能量流的峰值点处的频率对应于频散曲线中各支传播波的截止频率,对应传播波的截止频率升高,高频时则基本无影响。随着静压力以及周向模态数的增大,输入能量流受到的影响程度也增大。 相似文献
