通过某中型卡车的市场反馈发现:该车型使用过程中,在特定车速下会发生驾驶室异常振动。通过有限元建模分析与道路行驶试验相结合的方法,找出了该车型在特定车速下发生振动的原因。当车速在40 km/h左右时,车轮产生的摇振频率与整车的固有频率相接近,产生了共振。为消除振动现象,可通过调整整车的转动惯量等方法降低整车的振动频率,避免产生共振。 相似文献

针对某型号载货汽车存在平顺性超标问题,对各个环节的振动传递率及其稳定性进行分析发现,该车型前桥悬架的振动传递率偏大且不稳定,驾驶室座椅的振动传递率明显偏大。通过仿真分析,提出提高前桥悬架低相对运动速度段阻尼、使驾驶室座椅固有频率偏离前桥悬架偏频并合理设置座椅阻尼等平顺性提升措施,有效改善了该车型的平顺性。 相似文献

为解决某商用车型的怠速车内噪声问题,通过怠速整车测试车内噪声的频率分析方法,识别了对于该车型怠速车内声品质有显著影响的噪声频率峰值。结合风扇转子动平衡的物理特点,应用三点加重法搭建发动机电子风扇动平衡测试台架,通过频率计算确认了风扇是该车型怠速车内噪声存在轰鸣感的直接激励源,并通过不同动平衡值的风扇与车内噪声测试的结果,确认了动平衡值与整车车内噪声的关联性,形成了完整的电子风扇动平衡值的目标定义方法。最终,通过降低风扇动平衡值进而显著改善车内噪声效果,并为整车车内噪声、振动与声振粗糙度(NVH)性能开发提供了一定的参考。 相似文献

针对某自卸汽车底盘在使用过程中出现的异常振动问题,进行了道路行驶试验研究。测量了典型部位的振动加速度信息,并进行了时域和频域分析,得到了自卸汽车底盘的振动特性,找出了导致该自卸汽车底盘产生异常振动的原因。当车速为60 km/h或65 km/h时,车轮不平衡质量引起的激励或路面不平引起的激励频率接近了该自卸汽车底盘车架的1阶、2阶固有频率,车架产生共振,使自卸汽车底盘发生异常的横向抖动。为消除或减少该自卸汽车底盘异常振动现象,应控制各车轮不平衡质量,或改进车架结构,使车架结构的固有频率远离车轮的激振频率。 相似文献

A lumped tire model was developed with consideration of the enveloping property in order to predict the natural tire frequency.
Tire stiffness was classified into vertical, sidewall, and enveloping stiffnesses, and the tire characteristics were analyzed

extracted directly from design specifications taking into account the sizes and material properties of different rubber blocks.

The equations of motion are derived for a single wheel steerable pneumatic tire system. Included in this system are a built-in wheel wobble and wheel-tire irregularities which produce oscillation of the normal load. Special emphasis is placed on the dynamic characterization of the tire cornering force and aligning torque. The results show that the built-in wheel wobble causes a steady shimmy which is large when the wheel rotation frequency is close to the natural shimmy frequency. The results also show that a normal load oscillation which has a frequency approximately twice the natural shimmy frequency causes a decrease in shimmy stability. 相似文献
