汽油发动机运转,必须要有汽油和空气,化油器的作用就是将作为燃料的汽油和空气进行混合,变成容易燃烧的状态,然后送入燃烧室内,轻骑GS125所使用的是真空膜片式化油器,靠其真空室内真空度的大小来控制柱塞的上下移动,实现改变可燃混合气浓度的功能,GS125发动机所使用的化油器盘如图1所示。故障一:GS125摩托车热车行驶过程中,停车熄火。造成此种故障现象的原因很多,经检查电路及火花塞等易出现故障的零部件后,最终确定是因为怠速空气调整螺钉调整不当,造成怠速混合气过浓所致。汽油与空气的混合气体若能正常燃烧,需满足过量空气系数的要求(过量空气系数=燃烧1克汽油所实际消耗空气量/  相似文献

This paper presents an eleven degrees of freedom, non-linear, multi-body dynamics model of a motorcycle. Front and rear chassis, steering system, suspensions and tires are the main features of the model. An original tire model was developed, which takes into account the geometric shape of tires and the elastic deformation of tire carcasses. This model also describes the dynamic behavior of tires in a way similar to relaxation models. Equations of motion stem from the natural coordinates approach. First, each rigid body is described with a set of fully cartesian coordinates. Then, links between the bodies are obtained by means of algebraic equations. This makes it possible to obtain simple equations of motion, even though the coordinates are redundant. The model was implemented in a Fortran code, named FastBike . In order to test the code, both simulated and real slalom and lane change maneuvers were carried out. A very good agreement between the numerical simulations and experimental test was found. The comparison of FastBike 's performance with those of some commercial software shows that first is much faster than others. In particular, real time simulations can be carried out using FastBike and it can be employed on a motorcycle simulator.  相似文献

The structural compliances in the front and the rear frames of the motorcycle are taken into account by introducing additional degrees of freedom in the analysis. The kinematics of the tires is represented by linear differential equations which are based on the taut-string model of pneumatic tires. The linear differential equations of motion are solved to yield the eigensolutions of the system. Numerical results, obtained for parameters corresponding to a Honda CB750 motorcycle, are presented and discussed.  相似文献

The present study describes a possible driving mechanism for a self-excited oscillation observed in motorcycle dynamics, often referred to as chatter. This phenomenon, affecting the performance of road racing motorcycles, has been simulated in straight running braking manoeuvres with multibody motorcycle models. It involves rear suspension bounce and driveline oscillation in the frequency range between 17 and 22?Hz. A simplified model of a motorcycle rear suspension with chain transmission is proposed and its stability in equilibrium configurations is studied via eigenvalue analysis. The sensitivity with respect to all its governing parameters is analysed by means of stability maps and the self-excitation mechanism is explained with the aid of energy balance analysis and phase diagrams. It is found that the key role for the instability onset is played by the gradient of the nonlinear characteristic slip function of the tyre.  相似文献

This paper analyses the dynamic response of a motorcycle with an anti-lock brake system (ABS) and camber or steering angle. Most studies have assumed that motorcycles brake in a straight line – that is, without a steering or camber angle. In this work, the performance of an ABS modulator is designed and analysed at first. Then, a controller is designed for motorcycle turning. The controller uses angular acceleration and the pressure value in brake calipers on the front and rear wheels, camber angle and lateral acceleration as commands to control brake pressure on each wheel to prevent wheel locking. The equation of motion for a motorcycle is based on Weir's equations. This motorcycle model combines a mathematical equation of the ABS modulator, tyre model and controller in simulations.  相似文献

通过对五羊款摩托车后轮进行结构分析,找出了WY125一端轴承受力过大是产生轴承外圈松动打滑的主要原因,但仅靠增加受力较大一端轴承的承载能力显然不是最合理的方法。通过减小受力大一端轴承的承载能力,使两轴承载荷均匀分布,产品改进后,样品经10000km路试后效果良好,市场反映普遍良好。  相似文献
