为研究混凝土配合比设计因素对混凝土强度影响的敏感性,实现混凝土配比优化设计以及对施工的指导作用。以成资渝高速公路TJ2标项目为例,基于不同配合制备5组混凝土,以水胶比、砂率、坍落度作为影响因素,引入灰关联分析法,分析各因素与7d和28d抗压强度之间的关联度。结果表明:各因素对混凝土强度影响的灰关联度排序为坍落度>砂率>水胶比,即坍落度对混凝土强度的影响最为敏感。随着坍落度的增加,混凝土强度呈现出先增加后减小的变化规律,并且当坍落度为195mm时混凝土强度达到最大值。砂率对混凝土强度具有两方面影响,过大或过小均不利于混凝土强度的形成,以35Mpa为分界点,砂率对7d和28d的混凝土强度变化的影响速率有所不同。随着水胶比的增大,混凝土强度呈现递减的规律。 相似文献

花岗岩破碎制成细骨料时与石灰岩机制砂类似,具有大量的石粉,存在颗粒棱角性大、级配分布不良等问题,导致花岗岩机制砂混凝土拌和物工作性变差。基于此,文章采用正交试验方法,设计不同因素水平,通过方差分析探究各因素对花岗岩机制砂路面混凝土力学性能的影响程度,进而得到花岗岩机制砂路面混凝土的最优配合比。结果表明:水胶比对花岗岩机制砂路面混凝土的坍落度、抗弯拉强度、抗压及抗劈拉强度影响较大;砂率在一定范围内可以改善混凝土的坍落度;花岗岩机制砂路面混凝土最优配合比为水胶比0.34、水泥342 kg/m3、粉煤灰38 kg/m3、水116 kg/m3、砂子657 kg/m3、碎石922 kg/m3、减水剂6.44 kg/m3。 相似文献

文章通过抗渗、冻融、化学侵蚀试验及现场摩擦系数测试,研究了涂刷两种新型混凝土保护剂进行表面防水处理对机场混凝土道面耐久性的影响。结果表明:两种混凝土保护剂均能大幅改善混凝土的抗渗性能,降低混凝土冻融后的动弹性模量损失以及道面除冰液侵蚀下的强度损失,且不影响道面的抗滑性能。通过涂刷新型混凝土保护剂进行表面防水处理是提高混凝土道面耐久性的有效方法。 相似文献

The tyre/road noise depends on type and speed of vehicles and on the characteristics of road pavement. Vehicle traffic load and weather conditions lead to significant changes in the characteristics of the materials used to build the wearing course. This applies especially to road pavements with the increased void contents. Clogging of the pores, changes in the characteristics of the binder and the damage to the wearing course influence changes in the acoustic properties of the road pavement over time. The article presents the results of the studies on noise level carried out in 2011 and 2014 by the Statistical Pass-By method (SPB) on porous asphalt concrete (PAC), very thin asphalt concrete (VTAC) and stone mastic asphalt (SMA). The wearing courses with the increased void contents immediately after building constitute a very advantageous solution compared with traditional road pavements (dense asphalt concrete, stone mastic asphalt). However, the unfavourable location of the road with porous wearing course, lack of systematic cleaning of porous layers or inappropriate maintenance methods in winter lead to the loss of the acoustic durability of low-noise pavements within a few years of their exploitation. 相似文献

Aiming at the serious effect of soil and water loss on tunnel operation and safety, full-scale quasi-static loading tests were conducted regarding the ultimate bearing capacity of staggered erected tunnel linings in unload- ing situation. The design of tested lining and loading schemes were introduced. The test results, including the evolu- tion of deformation, segment crack, joint opening and bolt stress, were presented. The bearing capacity and failure mechanism of tested linings were discussed and analyzed. It shows load-displacement curve is of elastic-plastic form and the tendency of load-displacement curve is linearly rising; strength failure of circumferential joint occurs and the interaction between segments decreases, leading to decrease of integral rigidity; shearing failure of concaveconvex connector of circumferential segment joint, compression induced concrete failure of longitudinal joint and bending failure of the segment finally cause stability loss of the tunnel structure. © 2018, Editorial Office of "Modern Tunnelling Technology". Most airlines across Asia are struggling to cope with an unprecedented economic crisis which they have very little control over, and the survival of some remains in doubt. The continuing uncertainty generated by the crisis has accelerated the process of change in the aviation industry and has highlighted the need for adaptability, and its effects have been deeper and longer lasting than previously anticipated. After a year-long slump in the Asian travel market, airlines are now considering a range of options and rehabilitation programmes including a series of cost-cutting measures. There appears to be a trend towards the extension and consolidation of strategic alliances, structural and operational reorganization, and the application of new technologies. The success of these measures will become apparent over time, but action is necessary to minimize the adverse consequences of the crisis which has dominated the region since 1997. 相似文献
