在详细分析影响埋地钢质管道腐蚀影响因素的基础上,建立了基于模糊评判理论的埋地钢质管道腐蚀防护状况综合评价模型。通过合理选取影响管道腐蚀的典型因素,依据一定的分级评价标准,建立评价集。利用层次分析法和灰色关联分析理论确定影响因素的权重大小,通过隶属函数法建立单因素评价矩阵,实现对各影响因素的模糊化处理。在综合考虑各影响因素权重的基础上,选取适当的模糊算子,通过定量分析的方法对管道的腐蚀防护状况进行评价。实践表明:评判结果与直接开挖检测结果一致,建立的模糊综合评价系统具有一定的工程应用价值和可靠性。 相似文献

As the lack of guidancs for maintenance and repair of rail transit shield tunnels, this paper proposes a macroscopic method for grid assessment of shield tunnels. First, the tunnel serviceability index (TSI) is adopted as the tunnel condition assessment method and the results are compared with Chinese codes and the traditional fuzzy hierarchical comprehensive evaluation method. Second, based on the assumption that the factors affecting the conditions of the tunnels, such as the surrounding stratum environment, the structural overlying load and so on, are correlated spatially, the spatial variability theory is used for the grid assessment of shield tunnels. The use of alternative energy sources instead of HFO has been recognized as a promising way for reducing emissions from shipping and promoting the development of green shipping. However, it is usually difficult for the decision-making to select the best choice among multiple alternative marine fuels. In order to address this, a complete criteria system for sustainability assessment of alternative marine fuels was firstly established, and a fuzzy group multi-criteria decision making method has been developed to rank the alternative marine fuels by combining fuzzy logarithmic least squares and fuzzy TOPSIS (Technique for Order Performance by Similarity to Ideal Solution). Fuzzy logarithmic least squares method has been employed to determine the weights of the criteria for sustainability assessment, and fuzzy TOPSIS was employed to determine the sustainability order of the alternatives. An illustrative case with three alternative marine fuels including methanol, LNG and hydrogen has been studied by the proposed method, and hydrogen has been recognized as the most sustainable scenario, follows by LNG, and methanol in the descending order. The results show that the proposed method is feasible for prioritizing the alternative marine fuels; it also has the ability to help the decision-makers to select the most sustainable option among multiple marine fuels. 相似文献

The selection and evaluation of road schemes through the Leitch framework is based on a combination of cost-benefit analysis and environmental impact assessment. Both techniques involve the definition and valuation of a number of costs and benefits. These costs and benefits are defined and valued in isolation to each other so that we know virtually nothing about the relative valuation that people assign to different types of costs and benefits which might affect them directly or indirectly. This paper outlines the development of a method which allows people to conceptualise the costs and benefits of a road scheme in their own terms and then to rank schemes in relation to those costs and benefits. This method is based upon an interview process involving the use of repertory grid technique. The information from the repertory grid technique is used as a sound basis for determining trade-offs between attributes and for attempting to obtain monetary valuations of different project attributes. A number of exploratory interviews are reported which outline some of the difficulties with a number of the survey features including the choice of case-study, interviewer and information biases and sample and non-response biases. Various ways of dealing with these difficulties are discussed. 相似文献
