文章通过整理2002~2016年14 a间天津港港区基础控制网复测资料(三等水准测量成果),筛选出86个监测点,统计天津港北疆、南疆、东疆三大港区的地面监测结果,对监测结果进行地面沉降分析以及不均匀沉降分析,得到三大港区2002~2016年地面沉降情况及规律:天津港年平均沉降速率为28.4 mm/a,其中北疆港区为27.9 mm/a,南疆港区为23.2 mm/a,东疆港区为52.5 mm/a(2008~2016);因东疆港区为2000年后吹填造陆而成的新港区,东疆港区整体沉降速率明显大于北疆港区和南疆港区,北疆港区北部区域沉降明显大于南部老码头区,南疆港区的沉降速率整体由北向南逐渐增大,南部和东部吹填造陆区沉降明显大于北部老码头区,中部道路堆场沉降均匀;港区66%的点沉降速率分布在20~50 mm/a区间,有12个点沉降速率分布在0~20 mm/a,均位于码头前沿,故深桩码头区是港区最稳定的区域,港区进行施工控制网联测或建构筑物沉降监测的起算点/基准点应优先选用码头前沿控制点。  相似文献

坦桑尼亚某水工改扩建工程的1#~3#泊位原结构为重力式方块码头,新建外扩部分为宽11.54 m的墩式结构。对1#和2#泊位PHC桩打桩过程原重力式方块码头的位移进行监控,并总结出沉桩规律。结果表明,将重力式方块海侧珊瑚礁石垫层疏浚后施打PHC桩,对原重力式码头结构的位移影响较大,码头面及附近建筑物地面均出现了裂缝;打桩过程中,方块不同结构形式交界面的水平位移最大;采用外凸型十字桩尖桩靴,PHC桩穿透性能最强,原码头方块结构水平位移最小,码头更稳定。  相似文献

重力式码头的沉降、位移大且持续时间长,是重力式码头的一种通病,而且其中一些通病严重影响码头的使用。结合泉州港肖厝作业区7万吨级码头工程施工和维护的管理经验,把前轨轨道、锚碇、电缆槽、高压箱这4个与码头使用息息相关的部位作为探讨对象,提出在重力式码头结构和构造上设置一些沉降位移的应对措施,目的是简化工程维护工艺、减少对码头使用影响。这些措施部分在工程施工中得到实践,取得很好的经济效益;部分措施是根据经验提出的设想,供业内同行参考。  相似文献

Recent measurements of wave induced hull strain and flexure in RN warships are presented together with the derivation of the current design criteria for extreme hull girder bending loads. The history of the development of the shipboard instrumentation used is given and recent developments to improve the quality and ease of analysis of the data are described. An unexpectedly high transverse asymmetry in the longitudinal strains measured in destroyers is shown to be the result of a combination of vertical and lateral bending in oblique seas. Finally recent theoretical comparisons between the loading of Deep-Vee hulls and conventional UK rounded bilge hulls are presented which demonstrate the higher loading experienced by this type of hull form.  相似文献

Despite the many socio-economic similarities between Sweden and Norway, differences in jurisdiction, organisation, cooperation, and financing of long-distance passenger train and coach services have led to the development of four distinctively different ways of serving the markets. This paper describes how the train and coach markets have developed in the two countries, with emphasis on regulatory and industrial structure and a couple of performance variables.Looking at passenger rail, both countries separated infrastructure from operation over a decade ago. However, while Norwegian rail is characterised by an almost monopoly supplier, rail services in Sweden are partly decentralised to the responsibility of county authorities and are widely subjected to competitive tendering. The rest of the network is about to be opened up for on-the-track competition. Swedish Rail (SJ) has spent the last decades consolidating its core business (passenger rail) and sold out its other businesses. In contrast, the Norwegian state rail (NSB) has expanded its business to become a major bus operator and property owner, with extensions also into the Swedish market.The coach industry was more recently deregulated in both countries. The Swedish coach market is dominated by privately owned companies operating services to and from Stockholm. In Norway, state-owned NSB is a major coach operator on medium distance routes, and is also the largest partner of Nor-Way Bussekspress which totally dominates long-distance coach services. Further, the Norwegian coach market is characterised by cross-ownership and cooperation which has enabled an extensive route network which covers most of Norway.We find distinct differences in achievements in the two modes and in the two countries. Swedish rail services have succeeded in winning market shares and in renewing and developing both infrastructure and service levels to a greater extent than the Norwegian model. On the other hand, the Norwegian coach market seems to be more developed and efficient compared to its Swedish counterpart.The paper concludes with a discussion on the possible links between the different approaches and the performance observed, with the aim to stimulate further and more detailed research on some important issues.  相似文献
