The system state trajectory, Poincard maps, largest Lyapunov exponents, frequency spectra and bifurcation diagrams were used to investigate the non-linear dynamic behaviors of a rotor-bearing-seal coupled system and to analyze the influence of the seal and bearing on the nonlinear characteristics of the rotor sys- tem. Various nonlinear phenomena in the rotor-bearing-seal system, such as periodic motion, double-periodic motion, multi-periodic motion and quasi-periodic motion were investigated. The results may contribute to a further understanding of the non-linear dynamics of the rotor-bearing-seal coupled system.  相似文献

Objective The experimental study on the lift-up speed of a new kind of compliant aerodynamic foil thrust hearings was performed on the multifunetional test rig established for testing the performances of foil gas bearings. Methods The lift-up speed of foil gas thrust hearing under given axial load was analyzed through the spectrum of axial displacement response in frequency domain. Results The test results indicated that the difference in the spectrum of axial displacement responses before and after lifting up of the rotor was obvious. After lifting up of the rotor, there were only larger components of rotation frequency and lower harmanie frequencies. If the rotor wasn't lift-up, there were also larger components of other frequencies in the spectrum. Conclusion So by analyzing the spectrum of axial displacement response, the results showed that the lift-up speed was about 1 860 rpm when the axial load was 31N.  相似文献

论述了球型支座实测转动摩擦系数与平面摩擦系数出现较大偏移的现象,总结了以往对该现象的常见解释。基于现行球型支座转动性能测试试验方法,通过深入分析转动球型支座时支座内部各个零件的运动状态与相对运动关系,结合机械结构原理提出了球型支座转动摩擦系数的新理论,给出了不同于现行通用球型支座转动摩擦系数测算的新理论公式,并进行了仿真计算与实体试验的双重验证。该新理论对深入理解球型支座转动结构原理,球型支座准确的检验及良好的应用都具有非常重要的意义。  相似文献

THE EDDY LOSSES OF A MAGNETIC THRUST BEARING   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
Accurate calculations of losses associated with the operation of magnetic bearings are particularly important for high speed applications where the rotor losses are expected to be large and for some particular applications where even low power losses will be critical. Power losses in the magnetic thrust bearing is often neglected, but if there is misaligned in the rotor and bearing, the magnetic field in the thrust bearing is no longer axisymmetric one, or the dynamic control current in the winding is time dependent one, eddy currents are caused to flow inside the conducting material, then the power losses are very important for magnetic bearing design. This paper presents an analytical model of a thrust magnetic bearing, and the magnetic fields, forces and losses of thrust magnetic bearing are calculated. In the calculations the frequency of dynamic control current is up to 1 000 Hz, rotating speed is from 60 rpm to 1 200 rpm, and the non-linearity of material is also taken into consideration. The results shows that if the magnetic field is not saturation, the eddy losses is proportional to dynamic control current frequency and a square function of dynamic control current, and also 5/2 power function of shafts speed.  相似文献

A new surface strengthening technology, luster polish strengthening treatment, was proposed to treat the raceway surface of aeroengine bearings (9Cr18Mo) with the centrifugal strengthening machine exclusively designed for luster polish strengthening treatment. The experimental results showed that luster polish strengthening treatment produced a compressive residual stress layer with a depth of over 80 μm below the surface of the bearing raceway, and thus effectively removed the metamorphic layer in the raceway surface. After luster polish strengthening treatment, the average surface hardness of the aeroengine bearing raceway was increased from 61.02 HRC to 63.01 HRC, the surface roughness was reduced from 0.06 μm to 0.03 μm, and the contact fatigue life of the aeroengine bearings was improved by about 90%, with the dispersion of fatigue life being reduced remarkably. Theoretical calculation result agrees with that obtained by experiment.  相似文献

本文通过分析目前国内中小型绕线式异步电机的调速现况,提出将转子电压提高,以达到取消逆变变压器及启动电阻,将转差功率直接回馈电网进行可控硅串级调速的可能性;提出了选择最佳转子开路电势的原则,并在一台改制的7.5kW 样机上进行了试验.试验结果证实,所提出的研制方案是经济实用和可靠的,电机的调速范围可达4.1∶1以上.  相似文献

针对滚动轴承振动信号复杂和非平稳的特点,及故障信号常常淹没于各种噪声的情况,先利用消除趋势项和小波降噪对包含故障信息的信号进行预处理,再应用Hilbert变换对信号进行包络解调和频谱分析,提取滚动轴承故障特征频率,并判断其故障模式.对滚动轴承内圈、外圈和滚动体故障的诊断试验,证明了信号预处理和希尔伯特(Hilbert)变换相结合的方法对滚动轴承内圈和外圈局部损伤故障的诊断是有效的和可行的,但不能很好地检验出轴承滚动体的故障特征  相似文献

Due to actuator time delay existing in an adaptive control of the active balancing system for a fastspeed-varying Jeffcott rotor, if an unsynchronized control force (correction imbalance) is applied to the system,it may lead to degradation in control efficiency and instability of the control system. In order to avoid theseshortcomings, a simple adaptive controller was designed for a strictly positive real rotor system with actuatortime delay, then a Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional was constructed after an appropriate transform of this sys-tem model, the stability conditions of this adaptive control system with actuator time delay were derived. Afteradding a filter function, the active balancing system for the fast speed-varying Jeffcott rotor with actuator timedelay can easily be converted to a strictly positive real system, and thus it can use the above adaptive controllersatisfying the stability conditions. Finally, numerical simulations show that the adaptive controller proposedworks very well to perform the active balancing for the fast speed-varying Jeffcott rotor with actuator timedelay.  相似文献

为适应我国高速铁路桥梁建设对支座提出的新要求,在国内铁路行业相关标准及欧洲标准基础上,对球型支座进行了结构设计及检算。基于对球型支座结构及工作原理的分析,介绍了平面滑板和球面滑板关键尺寸的选取方法。球型支座转动时产生荷载偏心,会引起滑板的附加应力,在计算支座转动偏心量的基础上,提出了球面滑板应力的校核标准。上支座板挡块主要承受支座水平力并为支座滑动提供导向,文中对挡块及侧向滑动材料进行了详细的检算和分析,为支座能承受足够的横向力提供了保障。最后提出了球型支座的设计控制因素,以及目前国内球型支座的发展现状,对深入研究球型支座的关键技术具有参考意义。  相似文献

根据接触力学理论,用有限元法对预负荷实心和预负荷空心圆柱滚子轴承的径向刚度、滚子最大接触应力和轴承最大径向载荷进行了研究,分析了径向载荷对轴承的径向刚度、滚子最大接触应力的影响,结果表明,径向载荷不仅对最大接触应力有影响,而且对轴承径向刚度的也有显著影响;预负荷滚子轴承设计时一定要考虑载荷对轴承的径向刚度、滚子最大接触应力的影响为预负荷圆柱滚子轴承的设计与应用提供参考.  相似文献
