针对一种典型的混合式直流断路器,本文提出了优先进行"零电流换流过程设计",随后进行"零电压换流过程设计"的设计方法。以8 k V/4k A的混合式直流断路器为例,针对预期短路电流160 k A且短路时间常数为7 ms的工况,基于该方法成功实现了短路分断时间不超过1.8 ms且分断峰值电流不超过40 k A的设计指标。该方法对混合式直流断路器的设计具有一定的指导意义。  相似文献

本文介绍了基于MOSFET开关的直流快速接触器驱动电路,通过Matlab对不同拓扑结构的MOSFET开关导通时序和线圈电流进行仿真,提出了一种具有导通MOSFET开关管和续流MOSFET开关管双管拓扑结构的接触器线圈驱动电路,仿真分析表明该驱动电路可降低接触器线圈续流时间,提高接触器开断速度。  相似文献

直流断路器分断小电流时,在动静触头之间易出现持续燃弧现象。为解决小电流分断难的问题,通常在电流转移回路中串入磁吹装置。本文对某型直流断路器磁吹装置进行了优化设计,同时对两种磁吹装置下触头区域吹弧磁场仿真分析,并对关键路径磁场进行对比。仿真分析及试验结果都表明,使用优化后磁吹装置的断路器具有更好的双向小电流分断能力。  相似文献

接触器是配电系统的一个重要部件。根据实际使用需求,需具备较强的峰值电流耐受能力。本文对某型接触器进行了三维有限元分析,计算了在短路试验电流条件下,接触器触头的承载电流及受到的电动力,并根据所得电动力分析了限制接触器峰值耐受能力的原因,根据仿真结果对该型接触器进行了结构优化,并通过试验验证了仿真计算与优化方案的正确性。  相似文献

为合理设计混合直流真空断路器各支路器件参数,以提升开断故障电流速动性及可靠性.本文首先针对自然换流阶段支路杂散参数及主回路电流上升率对转移速度的影响进行研究,确立了半导体开关型号及连接方式;随后通过LC单频振荡回路使半导体开关电流过零,为确保该强迫换流阶段半导体开关两端反向承压时间大于其固有关断时间使其够可靠关断,对换流电容和换流电感参数进行了优化;最后从吸能角度出发确立了压敏电阻特性参数.基于该设计方法进行了20kA电流等级试验并取得高效分断性能.  相似文献

混合式断路器中的晶闸管器件工作于脉冲大电流工况。短路分断过程中,在反向脉冲注入下,电流下降率极高,导致正向导通过程中储存的载流子得不到复位。另一方面,在系统短路电流作用下,晶闸管会很快承受正向电压,若此时还未恢复正向阻断特性,就会导致短路分断的失败。本文通过搭建数学模型,分析了强迫换流投入时刻、换流电容值以及换流电感值对晶闸管关断可靠性的影响。结果表明通过减小强迫换流支路的投入时间以及增大换流电容值,可以显著提升混合式断路器短路分断的可靠性。  相似文献

Recent measurements of wave induced hull strain and flexure in RN warships are presented together with the derivation of the current design criteria for extreme hull girder bending loads. The history of the development of the shipboard instrumentation used is given and recent developments to improve the quality and ease of analysis of the data are described. An unexpectedly high transverse asymmetry in the longitudinal strains measured in destroyers is shown to be the result of a combination of vertical and lateral bending in oblique seas. Finally recent theoretical comparisons between the loading of Deep-Vee hulls and conventional UK rounded bilge hulls are presented which demonstrate the higher loading experienced by this type of hull form.  相似文献

Despite the many socio-economic similarities between Sweden and Norway, differences in jurisdiction, organisation, cooperation, and financing of long-distance passenger train and coach services have led to the development of four distinctively different ways of serving the markets. This paper describes how the train and coach markets have developed in the two countries, with emphasis on regulatory and industrial structure and a couple of performance variables.Looking at passenger rail, both countries separated infrastructure from operation over a decade ago. However, while Norwegian rail is characterised by an almost monopoly supplier, rail services in Sweden are partly decentralised to the responsibility of county authorities and are widely subjected to competitive tendering. The rest of the network is about to be opened up for on-the-track competition. Swedish Rail (SJ) has spent the last decades consolidating its core business (passenger rail) and sold out its other businesses. In contrast, the Norwegian state rail (NSB) has expanded its business to become a major bus operator and property owner, with extensions also into the Swedish market.The coach industry was more recently deregulated in both countries. The Swedish coach market is dominated by privately owned companies operating services to and from Stockholm. In Norway, state-owned NSB is a major coach operator on medium distance routes, and is also the largest partner of Nor-Way Bussekspress which totally dominates long-distance coach services. Further, the Norwegian coach market is characterised by cross-ownership and cooperation which has enabled an extensive route network which covers most of Norway.We find distinct differences in achievements in the two modes and in the two countries. Swedish rail services have succeeded in winning market shares and in renewing and developing both infrastructure and service levels to a greater extent than the Norwegian model. On the other hand, the Norwegian coach market seems to be more developed and efficient compared to its Swedish counterpart.The paper concludes with a discussion on the possible links between the different approaches and the performance observed, with the aim to stimulate further and more detailed research on some important issues.  相似文献
