本文以轮与路面之间的滑移速度为出发点,在稳态指数统一模型的基础上,建立了轮胎非稳态转向特性非线性仿真模型。在实验研究中,发现了动态过程回正力臂和附加的回正力矩的滞后特性。仿真和试验结果对比表明,该模型足以反映轮胎非线性转向特性,可用于前轮及汽车操纵动力学仿真方面的研究。 相似文献

多刚体系统动力学是近20年发展起来的力学新分支。本文以该领域中的R-W方法为理论基础,编制了可自动建模半进行计算机值仿真计算的汽车转向,悬架运动分析通用程度,运用该程度对大量的实车进行了计算分析,经整车和转向悬架系统的试验结果表明,用该程序进行汽车转向,悬架运动分析,所得结果准确,计算迅速,可方便地进行转向,悬架设计方案的比较和参数的选择。 相似文献

The design of mechatronic systems of rail vehicles requires performing verification and validation in the real-time mode. One useful validation instrument is the application of software-in-the-loop, hardware-in-the-loop or processor-in-the-loop simulation approaches. All of these approaches require development of a real-time model of the physical system. In this paper, the investigation of the usage of the model of the locomotive's bogie test rig created in Gensys multibody software has been performed and the calculation time for each time step has been analysed. The verification of the possibility of the usage of such an approach for real-time simulation has been made by means of a simple data transferring process between Gensys and Simulink through the TCP/IP interface. The limitations and further development issues for the proposed approach have been discussed in this paper. 相似文献

Understanding the dynamic interaction between the catenary and pantograph of a high-speed train is the one of the most important technical issues in the railway industry. This is because the catenary–pantograph system plays a crucial role in providing electric power to the railway vehicle for stable operation. The aim of the present paper is to estimate the current-collection performance of this system by using numerical analysis, in particular, the flexible multibody dynamic analysis technique. To implement large deformable catenary wires, an absolute nodal coordinate formulation is used for the cable element. Additionally, an efficient contact element and an interactive model for the catenary–pantograph system are introduced. Each developed model is then used for analytical and experimental verification. Actual on-line test results of existing high-speed railway vehicles are presented and used to verify the analysis model. Finally, the performance characteristics of a new 400 km/h-class high-speed line are estimated and evaluated on the basis of international standards. 相似文献

This paper devotes both analytical and experimental efforts in developing a comprehensive dynamic model for an articulated steering wheel loader. The general motion of a wheel loader without suspension is described by seven degrees of freedom (DOF) (three for translation and four for rotation) in this model, which can be used to study the problem of wheel loader dynamics on slopes and over obstacles. A scale wheel loader was designed and manufactured to validate the dynamic model in three conditions (turning on level ground, turning on slopes, and passing over obstacles). The test results reasonably agree with the simulation results. The developed dynamic model was found to be useful and could serve as an important tool for analysing the stability of wheel loaders. 相似文献
