城市交通噪声危害已成为一个相当严重的社会公害。降低噪声,保护声环境的任务已迫在眉睫。本文通过比较现有几种交通降噪措施的特点,认为声屏障是应用前景较好的城市交通降噪措施。但针对声屏障自身的缺陷,需在设计时遵循以下原则:(1)声屏障要和周围景观相协调;(2)提倡在声屏障内前后种植各类植物;(3)声屏障形状要具有多变性和适应性;(4)注重声屏障材料的选用等原则。这样才能使声屏障更好地服务于城市交通环保。  相似文献

随着经济的快速发展,机动车保有量迅速增加,交通声环境问题也逐渐突出,为定量研究交通流与交通噪声的相互关系,本文以福州市为三环路例,采用实地调查的方式,获取该路段的大、中、小车型的车流量和车速以及交通噪声数据,基于国内外交通噪声的预测模型,对交通流数据与噪声进行综合分析处理,研究发现在小型车占主导的交通流中,中型车与大型车对交通噪声的影响较小,甚至出现负相关,为解决这一问题,采用等效车流量与等效车速的方法,将大、中车型的车流量与车速转化为小型车的车流量与车速,最终建立适用于快速路的交通噪声预测模型。  相似文献

The tyre/road noise depends on type and speed of vehicles and on the characteristics of road pavement. Vehicle traffic load and weather conditions lead to significant changes in the characteristics of the materials used to build the wearing course. This applies especially to road pavements with the increased void contents. Clogging of the pores, changes in the characteristics of the binder and the damage to the wearing course influence changes in the acoustic properties of the road pavement over time. The article presents the results of the studies on noise level carried out in 2011 and 2014 by the Statistical Pass-By method (SPB) on porous asphalt concrete (PAC), very thin asphalt concrete (VTAC) and stone mastic asphalt (SMA). The wearing courses with the increased void contents immediately after building constitute a very advantageous solution compared with traditional road pavements (dense asphalt concrete, stone mastic asphalt). However, the unfavourable location of the road with porous wearing course, lack of systematic cleaning of porous layers or inappropriate maintenance methods in winter lead to the loss of the acoustic durability of low-noise pavements within a few years of their exploitation.  相似文献

We modeled the propagation of traffic noise over the landscape and analyzed its impact on the structure and configuration of protected areas of the Twin Cities Metro Region, Minnesota. Using four noise thresholds, we found that at low and medium noise levels, 19% and 11% of the protected areas are within the road-effect zone. Using mean patch area and patch shape index, we measured the acoustic fragmentation of habitats. We found that at higher levels of noise patch shape index increased, while mean patch size decreased. The acoustic diversity of a patch is also found to be correlated with land cover type, patch area, and patch shape.  相似文献

Acoustic-based mix design is still far from achieving a clear and accepted rationale. The three main dominions (generation, absorption, propagation) which affect pavement acoustic performance involve a number of acoustic parameters. Their relationship with pavement properties is scarcely or insufficiently known. In more detail, the parameters that define the acoustic coupling between the two phases that comprise a porous material are: porosity, resistivity, tortuosity, and viscous and thermal factors. Consequently, the spectrum of a pavement absorption coefficient depends, in particular, on tortuosity, whose relationship with HMA (hot mix asphalt) bulk properties is still an issue.Given that, the study described in this paper aimed at: (i) assessing the effect of the tortuosity on the absorption coefficient of a pavement layer; (ii) assessing the dependence of tortuosity on mix design parameters and/or mix properties; (iii) deriving a straightforward algorithm to estimate the effect of tortuosity-related properties on the absorption coefficient.Based on the above issues, an experimental plan was designed and carried out in order to study these relationships and set out a tentative theoretical and practical framework. The relationships between acoustic and traditional bulk properties of pavement mixtures were analysed. Acoustic models and hydraulic analogies were considered and, based on them, relationships were formalised and submitted to experimental validations. A simple relationship to derive tortuosity from nominal maximum aggregate size and thickness was derived. This relationship was used to derive the frequency of the first peak of the absorption spectrum, based on HMA properties. Nominal maximum aggregate size and lift thickness emerged as key factors in patterning peak frequency.Future research will address a number of issues among which the following can be listed: synergetic assessment of the influence of HMA properties on the absorption coefficient over the entire spectrum, synergetic consideration of generation and absorption factors. Practical benefits and outcomes are expected for both practitioners and researchers.  相似文献

The key factors that determine the prices of real estate are location, technical standard of property as well as the local environment. In urban agglomerations, road traffic noise has a considerable impact on the purchasing decisions made by apartment buyers. This is a widespread problem in Central-Eastern Europe. The main objective of this study was to verify the working hypothesis that apartment prices are correlated with traffic noise levels in Olsztyn, the capital city of the Region of Warmia and Mazury in north-eastern Poland.The study was carried out in four principal stages. Firstly, traffic noise intensity was determined for apartments (objects of real estate transactions concluded in 2013), based on an acoustic map for the city of Olsztyn. The map was developed in line with the provisions of Directive 2002/49/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 June 2002 relating to the assessment and management of environmental noise. Secondly, the values of the Noise Depreciation Sensitivity Index (NDSI) were calculated. NDSI determines the percentage change in property prices per dB increase in noise levels. The distribution of unit prices of apartments was mapped relative to noise levels, and the relationships between the analyzed variables were assessed. Thirdly, linear correlations between the unit prices of apartments and noise levels were analyzed. The strength and direction of relationships between the analyzed parameters were determined based on Pearson’s correlation coefficient. In the last stage, the distribution of the unit prices of apartments was mapped by ordinary kriging, a geostatistical estimation method. The research hypothesis was confirmed by comparing the spatial distribution of traffic noise levels measured in stage 1 with the spatial distribution of apartment prices.  相似文献

The usage of low-noise road surface can be an important and effective noise mitigation action and, in many cases, it might represent the only viable solution. After the laying of a low-noise road surface, it is necessary to verify if the planned objectives have been actually obtained: the Close Proximity Method (CPX) could be a possible method to achieve this result.The current release of the ISO 11819 draft regarding CPX redirects to a future third part for all details about the reference tyre to be used, while the previous one gave indications on dimensions, kind of tread pattern and maintenance conditions. As well known, tyre dimensions and tread pattern are the main sources of variability of rolling noise. Even though many tyres available on the market comply with all ISO requirements, the choice of a brand or a model rather than another one could nevertheless influence results of measurements.In this work, results obtained in several measurement sessions, repeated using different tyres, are compared, aiming to analyse the influence of the tyre choice in assessing the acoustic performance of a low-noise road surface. Limitations and advantages of the CPX method in regards to the evaluation of the effectiveness of a noise mitigation action are reported, and new perspectives are suggested, in order to improve the relationship with the noise level reduction at the receiver.  相似文献

Several industry leaders and governmental agencies are currently investigating the use of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs), or ‘drones’ as commonly known, for an ever-growing number of applications from blue light services to parcel delivery. For the specific case of the delivery sector, drones can alleviate road space usage and also lead to reductions in CO2 and air pollution emissions, compared to traditional diesel-powered vehicles. However, due to their unconventional acoustic characteristics and operational manoeuvres, it is uncertain how communities will respond to drone operations. Noise has been suggested as a major barrier to public acceptance of drone operations in urban areas. In this paper, a series of audio-visual scenarios were created to investigate the effects of drone noise on the reported loudness, annoyance and pleasantness of seven different types of urban soundscapes. In soundscapes highly impacted by road traffic noise, the presence of drone noise lead to small changes in the perceived loudness, annoyance and pleasantness. In soundscapes with reduced road traffic noise, the participants reported a significantly higher perceived loudness and annoyance and a lower pleasantness with the presence of the same drone noise. For instance, the reported annoyance increased from 2.3 ± 0.8 (without drone noise) to 6.8 ± 0.3 (with drone noise), in an 11-point scale (0-not at all, 10-extremely). Based on these results, the concentration of drone operations along flight paths through busy roads might aid in the mitigation of the overall community noise impact caused by drones.  相似文献
