台风年年有,广东特别多。
广东是我国被热带气旋登陆最多的省份。据气象资料统计,1949-2012年共有170个热带气旋(热带低压除外)登陆广东,年平均2.7个。
这主要是因为广东海岸线比较长,濒临南海,无论是南海上生成的热带气旋还是从西北太平洋西行而来的热带气旋,在有利的环流背景下,容易登陆广东。 相似文献

为掌握近年来西北太平洋热带气旋的活动规律,利用2006—2015年热带气旋资料,对西北太平洋热带气旋活动特征进行统计分析,结果表明:西北太平洋热带气旋主要发生在5°N~20°N的纬度带内,南海中部海面、菲律宾以东海面和关岛附近海面是主要发生源地;平均每年发生热带风暴(Tropical Strom,TS)等级以上的热带气旋23.5个,较常年平均偏少;热带气旋移动路径以西行、西北行和转向路径为主,占所有路径出现频数的80%以上,其中转向路径频数最多;热带气旋的移速与纬度关系密切,在东风带中移速较慢,进入西风带中移速加快;平均每年约有8个热带气旋在我国登陆,少于常年平均;热带气旋10级和7级以上大风圈半径平均值分别约为100 n mile和200 n mile;热带气旋最大波高与其强度关系密切,中心气压低于950 hPa的强热带气旋,平均最大波高在8 m以上,出现狂浪和狂涛的概率在95%以上。 相似文献

为使远洋船舶驾驶员掌握热带气旋(TC)有关情况,保障船舶航行安全,利用最新西北太平洋热带气旋资料,对其源地、路径的变化规律进行分析。结果表明:近60年热带气旋高生成区分布在南海中北部偏东洋面、菲律宾以东至加罗林群岛之间洋面、加罗林群岛一带海域。热带气旋生成的平均纬度有逐渐向北、向西偏移的趋势。 相似文献

对1950年~1992年COADS资料和7月~8月西北太平洋热带气旋的路径资料进行了初步的统计分析.结果表明从年际变化的时间尺度上来看,在厄尔尼诺(拉尼娜)现象出现后,赤道中、西太平洋纬向风正(负)异常,近赤道地区(10°N~20°N)中、西太平洋出现纬向风负(正)异常,Hadley环流加强(减弱),副热带高压增强(减弱),因此,7月~8月西北太平洋北上热带气旋出现的次数少(多).该规律已被1997年~2000年北上热带气旋的数目所证实.热带气旋是影响船舶航行安全最重要的灾害性天气系统之一.远洋运输船舶可以根据上述规律对相应季节的航线设计、船舶载重线、船舶操纵、运输途中的货物保管及港口装卸等都要做相应的调整和采取适当的措施,避免或减少不必要的损失. 相似文献

This study estimates and analyzes the transaction costs (TC) associated with the implementation of a multilevel and multistakeholder program such as a community-based coastal resource management program. Results show that TC accounted for 37% of the total project cost (TPC). The instability of financial support resulted in high TC, which was estimated to be 86% of the TPC during the implementation phase of the coastal resource management projects. The share of the total TC was highest among the people's organizations (POs) that were the beneficiaries of the program. The number of people involved in the transactions, the number of activities undertaken, and the success index of the POs were among the factors significantly affecting the TC. Analysis also shows that while higher TC led to higher success index of the POs at the initial stage of the project implementation, an increasing level of TC eventually slowed down their performance. 相似文献

The transient elastic deformation of a pontoon-type very large floating structure (VLFS) caused by the landing and take-off of an airplane is computed by the time-domain mode-expansion method. The memory effects in hydrodynamic forces are taken into account, and great care is paid to numerical accuracy in evaluating all the coefficients appearing in the simultaneous differential equations for the elastic motion of a VLFS. The time-histories of the imparted force and the position and velocity of an airplane during landing and take-off are modeled with data from a Boeing 747-400 jumbo jet. Simulation results are shown of 3-D structural waves on a VLFS and the associated unsteady drag force on an airplane, which is of engineering importance, particularly during take-off. The results for landing show that the airplane moves faster than the structural waves generated in the early stage, and the waves overtake the airplane as its speed decreases to zero. The results for take-off are essentially the same as those for landing, except that the structural waves develop slowly in the early stage, and no obstacle exists on the runway after the take-off of airplane. The additional drag force on an airplane due to the elastic responses of the runway considered in this work was found to be small in magnitude. 相似文献

The South China Sea (SCS) is among areas in the Northwest Pacific most frequented by tropical cyclones (TCs) with intensity reaching a tropical storm or stronger. It is also an area of significant TC genesis. In this study, TC genesis in SCS and its monsoonal variability for 1948–2003 are analyzed. Altogether, in May–September (southwest monsoon period) 157 TC geneses have occurred north of 12°N in SCS, while in October–December (northeast monsoon period) 64 out of 65 TC geneses have happened south of 18°N. It is found that the monsoonal characteristics of the SCS basically determine the region of TC genesis in each monsoon season. Winter TC genesis in the SCS happens over the region where the marine environment satisfies the four criterions on, respectively, the sea surface temperature (SST), mid-troposphere relative humidity, vertical shear of the horizontal winds and low-level atmospheric vorticity. During the summer, as the two criterions on SST and the mid-troposphere relative humidity are satisfied for the whole SCS, TC genesis occurs in the region where both the low-level vorticity and the vertical shear satisfy the criterion. In addition, there is likely more TC genesis in the winter during the onset of La Nina, and more TC genesis in the summer following the onset of El Nino. 相似文献
