The objective of this paper is to optimize the parameters of pellet drying and preheating process in grate. A mathematical model of drying and preheating is developed, and is verified by the experiments. Further, the operating parameters of wind temperature, wind speed, grate speed and bed depth etc. are investigated through the orthogonal method using the simulation results. And a relationship of drying, preheating effects and operating parameters is achieved. The results show that the optimization effect can be achieved in the given range when air velocity is about 3.0 m/s and temperature is about 300, 500, 800, and 1 100 °C in the updraft drying zone, downdraft drying zone, preheating I zone, and preheating II zone respectively. The work is help for saving energy and reducing emissions in pellet induration.  相似文献

In order to optimize the pellet induration process parameters of rotary kiln, a mathematical model is developed and solved by using commercial software FLUENT. Orthogonal regression has been performed by using the simulated results of the pellet induration in rotary kiln. The functional relations between pellet induration quality and process parameters are obtained. The main parameters that affect the thermal process are also discussed. The results show that the high temperature zone is longer and the local high-temperature could be avoided while the velocity difference decreases between the secondary air and the carbon particle, which leads to more uniformed temperature distribution and better induration quality. The work gives a right direction on improving of pellet production.  相似文献

以陕蒙高速公路毛乌素沙漠风积沙为研究对象,分析了该风积沙的颗粒组成、物理力学性质和最大干密度的确定方法。通过重型击实试验绘制了风积沙击实特性曲线,揭示了风积沙的压实特性;利用冲击振动复合作用压路机模型进行了室内外压实试验.研究了风积沙在振动、冲击及冲击振动复合作用下的压实机理和压实特性。改善了风积沙现场施工工艺。  相似文献

Multi-stand roll forming is a process that has very complicated deformation behaviour and shows significant nonlinearity.In this paper, the sensitivity analysis of parameters for multi-stand roll forming was performed via a new booting finite element method(FEM) model.Compared with the most of simulation, the new model is more consistent with production process and can account for the effects of roll rotating speed.Based on the model, the process of an open section channel formed with 10 passes was simulated and the sensitivity analysis was conducted with orthogonal experiment design combined FEM model.The multi-stand roll forming process can be efficiently analyzed by the new booting model.And sensitivity analysis shows the hardening exponent plays an important role in controlling the quality of the products.  相似文献

Most of exiting model updating methods based on the substructure matrices did not consider the effect of model reduction process on model updating which led to the updating results could not become more and more accurate with the improvement of the model reduction precision and the convergence rate was greatly reduced. In order to solve this problem, this paper analyses the basic reason about this problem, and proposes an improved model updating method of reduced-models, named as improved reduced cross-model cross-mode (IRCMCM) method. The proposed method eliminates the disadvantageous effect by adding a correction term to the model updating formula and employing an iterative process. The results obtained by the referenced method and IRCMCM method are compared by numerical examples of satellite’s plates, which indicate the model updating results are more accurate by using the proposed method, and the model updating precision becomes better with the precision of the model reduction upgraded and the convergence rate is improved to a large extent at the same time.  相似文献

以无车承运平台为基础,考虑平台在车货匹配的基础上完成整个多式联运网络组建的过程,给出了一种“无车承运+多式联运”的平台运营新模式,探究了新模式下的业务流程与货物运输流程;在此基础上,通过结合物流流线网络理论与双边匹配理论,对“无车承运+多式联运”的流线网络,以及联运过程中各个层级之间的匹配度函数进行了构建;结合车货匹配度函数与联运匹配度函数建立了整个流线网络的匹配度模型;最后结合算例,对模型进行了求解,验证了匹配度模型对无车承运平台多式联运方案组织与选择的有效性,分析了新模式在增加平台业务范围等方面的优势.  相似文献

基于格子气模型思想,引入高程因素,建立了模拟地铁站人员疏散的扩展非均匀格子气模型.该模型考虑紧急情况下人员的移动特征,引入多格子方法,根据人员实时步长确定人员移动速度.文中考虑了人员初始分布对疏散过程的影响,同时分析了紧急疏散出口对疏散的作用.利用该模型模拟了人有出口偏好的人员疏散过程和火灾情况下人员疏散过程,算例结果表明,适度地使用紧急疏散出口能提高疏散效率,高程因素的引入也促进了疏散进程.  相似文献

运用GAUSSIAN半经验分子轨道理论计算一氧化氮(NO)吸附在二氧化钛(TiO2)的(110)面上的Ti5O10原子簇模型,以Ti-NO结合方式的Ti5O10原子簇模型的计算结果表明NO在Ti5O10表面容易发生化学吸附,其吸附的方式为桥式化学吸附,吸附反应放出大量的能量,其能量值为-279.406 kJ/mol,但在热脱附进行过程中,这个稳定的吸附状态,经过一个过渡态,向另一个稳定态发生变化.在整个反应过程中吸附状态的能量最低,说明了吸附的稳定性.  相似文献

鉴于多属性决策中存在的属性偏好和处理两类异质性现象,以铁路出发旅客衔接方式选择问题为对象,对两类异质性的效用表达进行了讨论,构建了能同时描述旅客属性偏好和处理异质性的复合异质性(Hybrid)非集计模型.采用成都东客站SP调查数据进行模型标定,结果表明,Hybrid模型的拟合度优于单一异质性模型.旅客属性处理规则自述结果与Hybrid模型分类结果的对比分析表明,模型对旅客属性处理特征的表达准确.进一步对不同类型旅客属性标定结果的分析显示,Hybrid模型可实现对衔接方式选择行为的精细化描述.  相似文献

基于经济学非瓦尔拉斯均衡理论, 采用经济学中市场摸索过程模拟出行者路径选择行为; 假设城市出行者在路径决策过程中, 考虑路径出行时间和关键路径拥挤程度的共同影响, 以价格拥挤混合均衡交通流模式为基础, 建立了一种价格-拥挤混合调节的非均衡网络交通流动态演化模型, 并验证了模型稳定状态与均衡的等价性; 基于简单的测试网络和中型路网, 对演化模型进行了模拟, 描述了非均衡网络交通流的演化过程与非均衡状态下交通网络的整体表现。研究结果表明: 时间价格调节模型的演化结果符合经典的Wardrop第一原理, 拥挤数量调节的结果使得OD间各路径上关键路段的拥挤程度一致, 价格-拥挤混合调节的结果会使路径流在走行费用较小和拥挤程度较低的路径上相互进行调整, 其动态演化过程波动性要大于单一调节的情况; 在测试路网中, 考虑采用拥挤程度对路径进行选择的行为, 使得整个路网拥挤均匀程度整体提高62%, 但路段饱和度均值却从0.60增大到了0.64, 表明路网整体上变得拥挤; 若考虑两者的共同调节, 最拥堵路段饱和度从0.936下降到0.787, 均匀程度整体提高46%, 且路段饱和度均值降低, 路径行程时间变小, 拥堵得到改善; 中型路网的测试结果也表明这种混合均衡模式能灵活、客观地描述路网交通流动态演化过程, 获得较为合理的路网系统的稳态流量。   相似文献

It is necessary to determine the degradation path model of products at first when using the method based on degradation path model to evaluate the degradation reliability of products.At present,the degradation path model is mainly determined by scatter plots of degradation data.However,this method has strong subjectivity and is liable to cause the evaluation results to be inconsistent with the actual situation.In this paper,a degradation reliability analysis method based on TOPSIS(technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution)model selection is proposed,and its implementation process is given.The optimal degradation path model is selected according to the calculated proximity.With the help of TOPSIS method,various degradation path models can be selected and quantified,and the original degradation path method can be improved to avoid the risk of errors in product reliability evaluation caused by inaccurate subjective hypothesis,so as to ensure the objectivity and accuracy in the process of model determination.The validity and practicability of the proposed method are verified by the degradation analysis of the injector of a certain type of diesel engine.  相似文献
