The distribution of contact stresses in the wheel–rail system is a decisive factor for the wear of elements and the safety of rail transport. Analytical calculations of stresses based on the Hertz theory can only be applied to elastic deformation of materials. High dynamic loads leading to plastic deformation (not considered in the Hertz theory) are a predominant cause of problems in the contact vicinity. These problems can be successfully resolved by applying the finite-elements method. Two- and three-dimensional test models were generated to estimate an error in numerical calculations in the MSC.MARC program. We compared the results of numerical calculations with analytical calculations. Based on the obtained results we defined the effect of parameters describing the finite-elements mesh on the calculation error for contact stresses, and adjusted mesh parameters appropriately to achieve as low as possible error in numerical calculations. We also defined the effect of material characteristics on the value of contact stresses on the wheel–rail interface. 相似文献

The finite element (FE) method is essential for simulating vehicle dynamics with fine details, especially for train crash simulations. However, factors such as the complexity of meshes and the distortion involved in a large deformation would undermine its calculation efficiency. An alternative method, the multi-body (MB) dynamics simulation provides satisfying time efficiency but limited accuracy when highly nonlinear dynamic process is involved. To maintain the advantages of both methods, this paper proposes a data-driven simulation framework for dynamics simulation of railway vehicles. This framework uses machine learning techniques to extract nonlinear features from training data generated by FE simulations so that specific mesh structures can be formulated by a surrogate element (or surrogate elements) to replace the original mechanical elements, and the dynamics simulation can be implemented by co-simulation with the surrogate element(s) embedded into a MB model. This framework consists of a series of techniques including data collection, feature extraction, training data sampling, surrogate element building, and model evaluation and selection. To verify the feasibility of this framework, we present two case studies, a vertical dynamics simulation and a longitudinal dynamics simulation, based on co-simulation with MATLAB/Simulink and Simpack, and a further comparison with a popular data-driven model (the Kriging model) is provided. The simulation result shows that using the legendre polynomial regression model in building surrogate elements can largely cut down the simulation time without sacrifice in accuracy. 相似文献

本文将演化算法与模拟退火算法集成,提出一种适用的全局演化局部模拟优化技术,该技术使用演化算法在解空间通过较少代数的化为模拟退火算法提供一个良好的算法构形,在此基础上,通过退火方式寻找全局最优解。本文探讨了在该算法在汽车操纵稳定性评价与结构优化中的应用问题。优化以最小化汽车操纵稳定性综合评价指标为目标对评价参数与结构参数进行优化。使用优化参数在双移线条件下对四自由度汽车动力学模型的操纵稳定性进行仿真研究。通过仿真对比分析了演化算法与模拟退火算法,本文使用的算法继承了这两种算法的优点。研究结果表明:使用全局演化局部模拟优化技术所得综合评价指标值最小。耗用CPU时间也最少,而且所得优化参数使得人-车闭环系统跟随预期路径的精度提高约58.31%,而使综合评价指标值下降约37.35%。 相似文献

This paper presents an approach to optimize planar mechanisms for function generation synthesis. It is applied to the design of different steering linkages used in road vehicles where the Ackermann condition is formulated as the objective function. Four different mechanisms are kinematically defined and synthesized in terms of the proposed method. Limitations of the size of the elements are also considered by means of inequality constraints. Solutions are presented as the difference between desired behaviour, established by Ackermann, and actual generated performance. The results show that the accuracy achieved by the proposed procedure is satisfactory for working conditions in this type of linkages. 相似文献

提出了结构损伤识别的双重网格算法,采用损伤网格描述结构损伤,通过损伤网格节点的损伤变量插值得到结构内任一点的损伤值。应用该方法对一钢筋混凝土简支梁的损伤问题进行了研究,识别结果较好地反映了结构的损伤分布。研究结果表明:双重网格算法可以有效地减少识别变量的个数,提高识别效率,并对土木工程结构中常见的连续分布损伤有较好的识别效果。 相似文献

为生成满足桥梁风工程大涡模拟(LES)要求的入口湍流风场,以丹麦大带桥桥址风特性为例,采用离散再合成的随机流动生成(DSRFG)方法合成了满足目标湍流度、积分尺度、脉动风速谱及空间相关性等参数的各向异性湍流;讨论了DSRFG方法在生成湍流风场上关键参数的合理取值;基于Fluent平台,通过自主开发的用户自定义函数(UDF)程序将生成的湍流风场赋给大涡模拟的入口边界,基于LES研究了不同网格尺寸和时间步长取值,入口湍流风场在计算域流向的变化规律。研究结果表明:DSRFG方法能生成满足桥梁LES模拟要求的指定湍流特性风场,产生的风场风谱和速度分量统计值与目标值吻合较好;入口湍流风场特性在计算域流向有较好的维持,脉动风谱在低频段与目标谱吻合较好,高频段出现一定衰减,而衰减起始频率随网格尺寸和时间步长的减小而增大。最后拟合了网格尺寸与脉动风谱衰减起始频率的关系曲线,建议了LES合适的网格尺寸和时间步大小,相关研究结果可为湍流风场模拟和桥梁风工程大涡模拟提供重要参考。 相似文献

针对目前大跨径桥梁墩项块数值模型建立及分析方法上的不足,研究了大跨径桥梁墩顶块数值分析的单元选择、网格划分、网格密度、模型简化、预应力孔道影响及子模型选取范围等关键问题。通过与实测数据对比分析得出,在分析墩顶块这种复杂结构时,高阶四面体单元及自由网格划分模拟精度较高;将预应力孔道简化为方形孔道时,距离2倍孔道半径范围以外,正应力和主压应力基本相同,距离3倍孔道半径范围以外,主拉应力也基本趋于一致;空间模型选取长度在2倍0号块梁高以上时,各关键点的应力基本趋于一致等结论。本文分析方法为目前墩顶块空间应力分布特点的研究提供了一种重要的分析手段。 相似文献

为了揭示颗粒材料在振动压实中空间结构的演化过程,采用不规则颗粒及颗粒接触界面生成的二维算法子程序,在指定的级配类型范围内随机生成不规则颗粒体,分别赋予颗粒体和孔隙相应的材料参数,对振动压实作用下不规则颗粒体的细观响应进行了分析.数值模拟结果表明:在振动压实过程中,颗粒之间存在相对竖向位移和相对侧向位移.颗粒的侧向位移与竖向位移沿着轴对称线大体呈对称分布;颗粒空间结构的变化不仅表现为水平位移调整和竖向位移调整,而且还表现为旋转调整;发生较大转角的颗粒在试样中部的最大半径处,颗粒转角变化沿着主应力路径呈"涡"形分布;随着密实度的提高,颗粒长轴逐渐偏向与振动压实荷载垂直的方向. 相似文献

This paper presents a method to select the actuator combination in integrated chassis control using Taguchi method. Electronic stability control (ESC), active front and rear steering (AFS/ARS) are used as an actuator, which is needed to generate a control tire force. After computing the control yaw moment in the upper-level controller, it is distributed into the control tire forces, generated by ESC, AFS and ARS in the lower-level controller. In this paper, the weighted pseudo-inverse control allocation (WPCA) with variable weights is used to determine the control tire forces of each actuator. Taguchi method is adopted for sensitivity analysis on variable weights of WPCA in terms of the control performances such as the maneuverability and the lateral stability. For sensitivity analysis, simulation is performed on a vehicle simulation package, CarSim. From sensitivity analysis, the most effective actuator combination is selected. 相似文献
