Based mainly on English language literature, information relating to the design of automobile suspension systems for ride comfort and control of wheel load variations for frequencies below body structure resonances is reviewed. The information is interpreted in the context of vehicles which travel through a wide speed range on roads of markedly differing quality, which do so carrying different loads and which are required to possess good handling qualities.
Sections are devoted to describing road surfaces, modelling vehicles and setting up performance criteria, and to passive, active, semi-active and slow-active system types. Methods for deriving active system control laws are outlined. Strengths and weaknesses of the various systems are identified and their relative performance capabilities and equipment requirements are discussed. Attention is given to adaptation of the suspension or control system parameters to changing conditions. Remaining research needs are considered. 相似文献

The transmission of road-generated vibrations into a vehicle body is treated as a source-path-receiver problem. The suspension system acts as the path, and improved isolation can be achieved by having a single compliant bushing at the connecting point of the shock absorber to the body with none at the other end. A mathematical model is derived for such a system which would enable detailed parameter investigation to be undertaken using the gradient method of optimization. An expression for the absolute displacement transmissibility of the body is derived and the optimization procedure is applied in order to evaluate the optimum values of the non-dimensional variables involved. This minimizes the maximum motion transmitted to the body from the road surface over a broad frequency range. Design data which are presented non-dimensionally for parameter variations show the influence of three variables: the bushing stiffness, the resonant frequency ratio and the damping coefficient upon the transmissibility. 相似文献

Low order, linearized dynamic models of road vehicle suspension systems are analyzed to provide insight into the benefits of suspensions incorporating generalized velocity feedback compared with conventional passive suspensions. Damping forces from passive dampers are supplemented by forces generated by an active element requiring a power supply. A simple criterion is developed which indicates whether or not the introduction of activedamping forces will result in significant benefit for pneumatic tired vehicles.
An extended active suspension concept involving a high-gain load leveler as well as active damping is analyzed. The realization of active or semi-active damping forces through electrical or hydraulic means is briefly discussed. 相似文献

在可调减振器设计及试验的基础上,建立了半主动悬架系统的数学模型,分析了模糊控制半主动悬架系统的动态性能,开发了以C8051F005单片机为主控件的半主动悬架模糊控制器,搭建了半主动悬架全真试验台,并进行了台架试验.结果表明,设计的半主动悬架及其控制系统性能稳定、可靠,汽车行驶平顺性明显优于传统被动悬架,为半主动悬架的实际应用奠定了基础. 相似文献

Solar road vehicles have very specific design requirements. This makes their aerodynamic characteristics quite different from classic sedan vehicles. In the present study, the computational model of a typical solar road vehicle was developed to investigate its aerodynamic forces and flow characteristics. Computations were performed assuming the steady viscous flow and using the Reynolds-averaged Navier Stokes equations along with the k-ω turbulence model. The obtained results indicate some important findings that are commonly not present for classic sedan vehicles. In particular, a contribution of the viscous drag force to the overall drag force is considerably larger (41 %) than it is the case for the standard passenger road vehicles, where the form drag force dominates over the viscous drag force. Surface pressure distribution patterns indicate a favorable aerodynamic design of this vehicle. In particular, larger pressure coefficients on the top of the vehicle body as compared to the bottom surface contribute to increasing a downforce and thus the vehicle traction. The airfoil-shaped crosssection of the designed cockpit canopy has favorable properties with respect to reduction of the aerodynamic drag force. 相似文献

舒适性的好坏很大程度上取决于车辆的悬架减振系统。汽车振动是影响汽车性能的重要因素,这种振动会严重地影响汽车的平顺性和操纵稳定性。因此车辆的减振十分重要,本文针对车辆悬架减振系统,利用AMESIM建立1/4车体力学模型进行仿真,从平顺性的角度对系统进行分析。在建立1/4车体力学模型的基础上,改变模型参数,即可对该系统性能进行分析。缩短了开发周期,节约了成本。并对结果进行分析,证明了该方法简单且切实可行,以及利用该软件建模的方便性。 相似文献

In this paper we present an original design procedure for semiactive suspension systems. Firstly, we consider a target active control law that takes the form of a feedback control law. Secondly, we approximate the target law by controlling the damper coefficient f of the semiactive suspension. In particular, we examine two different kinds of shock absorbers: the first one uses magneto-rheological fluid instead of oil, while the second one is a solenoid valve damper. In both cases the nonlinear characteristics force-velocity of the damper are used to approximate the target law. To improve the efficiency of the proposed system, we take into account the updating frequency of the coefficient f and compute the expected value of f using a predictive procedure. We also address the problem of designing an asymptotic state observer that can be used not only to estimate the current state but also to predict the value that the state will take at the next sampling time. 相似文献

This paper presents a state observer design for an adaptive vehicle suspension. Based on simulations, two main issues are investigated, (a) the selection of measurement signals in relation to estimation accuracy and sensing needs and (b) the effects of variations in both road inputs and vehicle parameters on estimation accuracy.
