Validation of an Articulated Vehicle Simulation   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
Tests were performed on a typical UK articulated vehicle to measure dynamic tyre forces and sprung mass accelerations. The measured road profile data and vehicle response data are used to determine some of the important characteristics of articulated vehicle vibration behaviour. In particular, roll motions and their effect on dynamic tyre forces are examined. The measured data are used to validate two and three-dimensional computer models of the vehicle. Attention is given to modelling the tandem leaf-spring trailer suspension. The conditions under which a two-dimensional model can accurately simulate vehicle behaviour are examined.  相似文献

建立了一个铰接式自卸车9自由度线性动力学模型,并用Matlab语言编写了基于Simpson算法的仿真程序,来仿真它对路面随机输入的响应,用以计算数种工况下座椅总加权加速度均方根值。仿真结果表明,所建模型能较好地吻合座椅的实际振动,不仅可以正确评估系统的平顺性性能,还可为新型铰接车辆悬架系统、橡胶弹簧的优化设计提供理论和方法支持。  相似文献

针对铰接式城市客车转向器座的受载特点,运用有限元分析方法计算了几种典型工况下某铰接汽车转向器座的疲劳强度,得到了转向器座接近实际工况的应力循环,然后利用其S-N曲线,基于Miner线性累计损伤准则计算其疲劳寿命。通过与成熟的产品疲劳分析结果的比较,获得了新车型的可靠性数据,减少了试验成本。  相似文献

A 1/5 scale roller rig has been constructed for use in analysing the dynamic behaviour of railway vehicles. The roller rig includes a servo hydraulic system to allow a realistic input of track irregularities at the rollers and instrumentation is fitted to allow measurement of the position and acceleration of the bodies. This paper reports on the first stage in validating the behaviour of the roller rig using a relatively simple, linear computer model constructed in MATLAB. Initial results show good correlation between the behaviour seen on the roller rig and that predicted by the model.  相似文献

利用多体动力学方法建立了某轿车的整车非线性多体动力学模型,模型中考虑了前后悬架、转向系统的详细几何结构参数,以及连接处的橡胶衬套、阻尼器的非线性特性,轮胎采用M agic Formu la模型。对所建模型进行了多种试验验证,并分析了该样车的操纵稳定性等相关特性,仿真结果表明所建整车多体模型有较高的精度。  相似文献

随着新能源汽车行业的迅猛发展,行驶过程中发动机噪声的贡献消失,气动噪声成为了最容易引起顾客抱怨的问题。相关研究表明,通过侧窗玻璃表面脉动压力产生的湍流脉动和声场是汽车在高速行驶时的主要噪声源。基于开源软件OpenFOAM,采用SST-DDES湍流模型,分别对两款不同车型的前后侧窗玻璃24个点的表面脉动压力进行了数值模拟计算,并与风洞试验测试相结合进行验证。结果表明,仿真结果与试验结果基本吻合,证明了该方法可以有效捕捉侧窗玻璃的表面脉动压力结果,为后续的车内噪声计算打下基础,同时也有效缩短了开发周期,并降低了后期实车风洞试验的测试成本。  相似文献

The general form of the railway vehicle lateral dynamic predictions seems to have been proven. If wheels are coned, rails are of uniform cross-section, and suspensions are linear, then good predictions can be obtained. If wheels are not coned, and rail sections vary, but the suspension is relatively linear, as in modern vehicles, it is still possible to obtain good predictions of critical speed for flexible suspensions. The situation with “stiff” vehicles remains unproven. In each case dynamic response calculations will be only as good as the knowledge of the track input including the rolling line term. The validity of making calculations to predict critical speeds of very non-linear vehicles has not yet been convincingly demonstrated. Validation experiments for the more difficult case of time history representation suggest the possibility of correct prediction for easily comprehensible vehicles, but even this requires an enormous amount of supportive experimental work.  相似文献

采用自然坐标系下的整车动力学模型,模拟变速或转向过程中可能存在的变化情况,进行了四电动轮独立驱动的电动汽车仿真。仿真试验表明,在变速或转向的过程中,各轮的输出转矩可能会有较大差异。因此在此类电动汽车的设计中应当充分考虑对变速或转向时各轮的转矩加以控制,以提高操控性能。  相似文献

对比分析3种动力系统结构对应的燃料电池轿车整车动力性、经济性的关系,发现具有Plug-in动力系统结构特征的燃料电池轿车效率高、成本低、综合性能好.通过对不同动力系统结构的料电池轿车试验和示范运行试验记录数据统计分析,结果表明:具有相近动力性能、相似运行工况以及相同道路的情况下,Plugin燃料电池轿车的燃料经济性高.试验验证结果与性能分析结论一致.  相似文献

以某中型乘用车有限元模型为基础,分别建立质量减轻25%、刚度增加25%和同时减轻质量和增加刚度的3种变型车模型,连同基础车,共有4辆目标车模型,分别与中型乘用车、SUV和小型乘用车进行正面100%和50%重叠率的碰撞仿真,以研究乘用车质量减轻和刚度增加对其碰撞加速度和驾驶员损伤的影响。结果表明,在车与车100%和50%重叠正面碰撞中,乘用车质量减轻和刚度增加使其自身碰撞加速度明显升高;质量减轻后的目标车驾驶员头部HIC36、胸部最大加速度值和大腿力最大值增大;刚度增加后的目标车在100%重叠正面碰撞中驾驶员损伤加重,而在50%重叠正面碰撞中驾驶员头部和大腿损伤减轻。  相似文献
