SUMMARY

Dynamic response calculations for vehicles traversing irregular surfaces are usually accomplished using frequency domain methods involving spectral densities and transfer functions. Here an alternative procedure is developed which allows direct computation of mean square values and correlations of system variables for both transient and steady-state conditions. The method is based upon the differential equation for the covariance matrix which is directly related to the state equations for the vehicle. Multiple white noise inputs can be incorporated as well as inputs at two wheels which follow the same track at a distance from one another..The method is suitable for computer implementation without the complex algebra associated with finding all necessary transfer functions and the necessity of evaluating integrals in order to find mean square values using the conventional approach. As an illustration, a simple vehicle model is worked out completely and the variation of pitch and heave motion as a function of vehicle speed is plotted.  相似文献

按汽车行驶平顺性评价方法,应用MATLAB工具箱编制了针对五自由度汽车模型的随机输入动态仿真程序,通过仿真可直接获得给定测点的加权加速度均方根值分量的最大值和总加权加速度均方根值,仿真结果与随机输入行驶试验结果基本吻合,证明仿真方法是正确的,该程序可用于汽车悬架系统参数的设计和平顺性的评估。  相似文献

基于拉格朗日方程建立多轴商用车的五自由度振动微分方程,已知激励功率密度前提下,构造了具有复谐和函数特点的多轴商用车的路面虚拟激励,应用复模态分析给出虚拟响应的求解公式。通过虚拟激励法求取了车身垂直加速度的功率谱密度及均方根值,评价了多轴商用车的行驶平顺性。结果表明,复模态和虚拟激励方法结合,进行多轴商用车的行驶平顺性仿真分析,方法简单、易行。  相似文献

SUMMARY

The development and application of sensitivity methods for determining the effects of parameter changes on the response of vehicle dynamic systems is presented. The procedures shown can be used to enhance the analysis and synthesis processes of virtually any road or rail vehicle system regardless of its complexity. The parametric sensitivity of vehicle models in time domain, steady state models and vehicle models in frequency domain can be investigated using different types of sensitivity functions, both dimensional and dimensionless including first order standard, percentage, logarithmic, second order standard, and logarithmic and percentage sensitivity measures. These sensitivity functions and measures are determined as functions of partial derivatives of system variables taken with respect to system parameters. In the case of sensitivity functions in the frequency domain the variable values are computed as either the magnitude or phase angle of a complex element of the transfer function matrix. The methods presented enable to determine the influence of all system primary (constant) and secondary (non-constant) parameters on system primary and secondary variables. The primary variables are state variables or elements of the transfer function matrix and the secondary variables may be any functions of primary variables and system parameters. Typical secondary system parameters which can be examined include initial conditions, time variant coefficients, natural frequencies, loads, and typical secondary variables are forces, weight transfers, stability factors and energy components. The analysis of sensitivity results obtained for three vehicle handling models in both linear and nonlinear regimes of vehicle performance and utilizing various types of sensitivity functions is also presented.  相似文献

遗传算法(Genetic Algorithm,GA)是一种基于自然群体遗传演化机制的高效优化算法,它能模拟自然界生物进化过程,依据适者生存,优胜劣汰的进化规则,采用人工进化的方式对目标群体进行遗传操作,不断得到更优群体。文章根据遗传算法基本思路,在MATLAB/Simulink中搭建了基于遗传算法的车辆半主动悬架参数优化模型,利用该算法对半主动悬架控制系统参数进行了优化,并对优化结果进行了仿真分析,结果表明,优化后车辆簧载质量加速度均方根值降低31.1%、悬架动挠度均方根值降低11.2%、轮胎动载荷均方根值降低7.1%,车辆平顺性得到提升。  相似文献

Predicting the probability of traffic breakdown can be used as an important input for creating advanced traffic management strategies that are specifically implemented to reduce this probability. However, most, if not all, past research on the probability of breakdown has focused on freeways. This study focuses on the prediction of arterial breakdown probability based on archived traffic data for use in real-time transportation system operations. The breakdown of an arterial segment is defined in this study as a segment's operating condition under the level of service F according to the highway capacity manual threshold, although any other level of service could be used. Data from point detection and automatic vehicle identification matching technologies are aggregated in space and time to allow their use as inputs to the prediction model. A decision tree approach, combined with binary logistic regression, is used in this study to predict the breakdown probability based on these inputs. The model is validated using data not used in the development of the model. The research shows that the root mean square error and the mean absolute error of the prediction was 13.6 and 11%, respectively. The analysis also shows that the best set of parameters used in the prediction can be different for different links, due to the various causes of breakdown and characteristics of different links. Predicting the probability of breakdown in ahead of time will allow the agencies to change the signal-timing plan that can delay or eliminate the breakdown.  相似文献

为了解决传统固定转向传动比以及鲁棒H控制方法无法很好地改善车辆稳定性的问题,提出全轮线控转向车辆的变传动比和可拓H控制策略。首先,建立八自由度车辆动力学模型和轮胎模型。其次,以车辆方向盘转角和车速为输入信息,基于模糊控制方法设计全轮线控转向车辆的转向传动比,并计算出全轮线控转向车辆的前轮转角。然后,以横摆角速度偏差和偏差微分为特征值,基于可拓控制理论将车辆状态划分为3个区域:经典域、可拓域和非域;在经典域中,采用基于横摆角速度反馈的鲁棒H控制方法,实时获取全轮线控转向车辆的后轮转角;在可拓域和非域中,结合可拓控制和H控制策略,动态调整H控制器的输出信号,在保证控制系统鲁棒性的前提下改善车辆的操纵稳定性。最后,基于MATLAB/Simulink仿真平台和自主研制的全轮线控转向特种消防救援车辆,通过正弦转向、单移线、阶跃转向、双移线等典型工况对所提控制方法进行验证,并以平均绝对误差和均方根误差为评价指标,与无控制和H控制方法进行对比分析。仿真和试验测试结果表明:①变传动比控制方法不仅可以提高车辆低速时的转向灵敏度,也能改善车辆高速时的稳定性;②相比传统鲁棒H控制,可拓H控制策略提高了全轮线控转向车辆的操纵稳定性,改善了车辆全轮线控转向控制系统的鲁棒性。  相似文献

This article describes a method of vehicle dynamics estimation for impending rollover detection. This method is evaluated via a professional vehicle dynamics software and then through experimental results using a real test vehicle equipped with an inertial measurement unit. The vehicle dynamic states are estimated in the presence of the road bank angle (as a disturbance in the vehicle model) using a robust observer. The estimated roll angle and roll rate are used to compute the rollover index which is based on the prediction of the lateral load transfer. In order to anticipate the rollover detection, a new method is proposed in order to compute the time-to-rollover using the load transfer ratio. The used nonlinear model is deduced from the vehicle lateral dynamics and is represented by a Takagi–Sugeno (TS) fuzzy model. This representation is used in order to take into account the nonlinearities of lateral cornering forces. The proposed TS observer is designed with unmeasurable premise variables in order to consider the non-availability of the slip angles measurement. Simulation results show that the proposed observer and rollover detection method exhibit good efficiency.  相似文献

Using MATLAB/Simulink, we constructed a comprehensive simulation model for the fuel cell hybrid vehicle (FCHV) power train in parallel with a power control strategy that uses a logic threshold approach implemented with a hybrid control unit (HCU). The simulation implements power flow and power distribution under different vehicle operating modes using the accelerator and decelerator pedal positions deduced from the driving schedule as primary inputs. The HCU control strategy also incorporates regenerative braking and recharging for recovery of battery capacity. Using the D-optimality method for selection of the optimal experiment values, three control threshold variables for the HCU are selected to maximize the hydrogen fuel economy under certain driving cycles. The proposed method provides the optimal configuration of the FCHV model, which has the capability of achieving the requested drive power while also meeting the vehicle driving schedule and recovery needs of the state of charge (SOC) battery, with lower fuel consumption levels.  相似文献

This paper presents a method based on continuous wavelet transform to detect the faults of vehicle suspension systems. The Morlet wavelet functions are employed to approach the natural frequencies of the system and the frequency components of the signal with relative maximum energy. To evaluate our method, we use a full vehicle dynamic model which has been simulated in ADAMS/CAR and validated by laboratory test results. The suspension faults have been considered due to the damage of shock absorbers (dampers) and upper damper bushings (UDBs) and assumed as the decrease in damping force and loose joints, respectively. In this paper, the incapability of the spectral analysis by using fast Fourier transform in analysis of the signals is revealed through applying the inputs that include transient characteristics and then wavelet transform employed to achieve more proper results. A swept frequency is applied as an input to the wheels that simulates the road irregularities. After detection of faulty sections of the system using signal energy distribution, the defects of damper and UDBs are distinguished from each other through observing the changes of natural frequencies and corresponding energy amplitudes.  相似文献

Researchers have proposed various active suspension concepts to optimize the tradeoff between ride and handling in passenger vehicles. A few investigators suggested inclusion of the passenger jerk, the derivative of the passenger acceleration, as a measure of ride quality in the performance index. Minimization of a performance index then optimizes both the acceleration and jerk as well as other outputs representing handling quality and design constraints. This approach is called jerk optimal control.

This paper compares two different vehicle models of increasing complexity (the one and two DOF quarter car) using jerk optimal control. Different aspects of suspension performance are investigated, including the structure of the system transfer functions, the structure of the force control laws, and the tradeoffs between the various root mean square (rms) outputs defining system ride and handling performance. Tables compare the numerical results of the two models, allowing predictions of actual vehicle performance.

The results of the two models show the same basic trend for the tradeoff between ride and handling quality: at a constant level of rms passenger acceleration the rms passenger jerk can be reduced significantly, but only at a cost of increased rms tire deflections. In physical terms, a softer ride results in degraded handling performance. For a chosen level of ride improvement, the more realistic two DOF quarter car model predicts more severe degradation of handling. The latter nevertheless predicts a substantial increase in vehicle ride quality is possible through a 55% reduction in jerk. It is expected that actual suspensions could also produce significant increases in ride quality through jerk reduction. Jerk optimal suspensions could find use both in higher end passenger vehicles and in transports for vibration sensitive cargo.  相似文献

在1/4汽车动力学模型的基础上,设计了汽车主动悬架的自适应神经元控制器。以车辆的行驶平顺性为主要控制目标,车身垂直加速度、悬架动挠度、车轮动位移为具体评价参数,研究了系统在随机路面激励条件下的时域响应,计算了振动响应的均方根值,考察了在变参数条件下控制器的鲁棒性。仿真结果表明,该控制器能有效改善车辆的综合性能,尤其是平顺性和舒适性,并且具有较好的鲁棒性,对模型参数的变化有一定的适应性。  相似文献

This work describes an analytical study of the dynamic behaviour of a tractor-semitrailer vehicle. A digital computer simulation was used to describe the longitudinal, vertical, and pitching motions of the vehicle travelling over a stationary random road surface. A man-seat model was also incorporated into the simulation. Vehicle response to road irregularities has been studied by assuming two different roads for loaded and unloaded cases.

Numerical results are presented for vehicle, showing system eigenvalues, power spectral densities and root mean square values of the linear and angular accelerations and displacements. Vehicle acceleration response is compared with the ISO riding comfort standard. All results for the loaded and unloaded cases and for smooth and rough roads indicated that an uncomfortable ride would result from vehicle response.  相似文献

为了进一步提升既有的桥梁动态称重技术,提出一种交通视频辅助的新型桥梁动态称重方法。首先介绍基于深度神经网络的计算机视觉目标检测技术和一种计算机视觉坐标转换方法,实现从交通监控视频中实时地探测与定位桥上行驶的车辆和车轴。然后引入桥梁应变分解方法和应变影响面识别方法,建立车重、车辆位置与桥梁应变之间的映射关系,从而建立一种综合利用时间和空间冗余信息对车辆进行称重的方法。该方法构建超定的影响面加载方程组,使用最小二乘法求解该方程组以得到桥上行驶车辆的轴重和总重。最后总结出一套交通视频辅助的桥梁动态称重方法框架。为验证以上方法,在某连续大箱梁桥的缩尺模型以及实桥上进行试验。试验包含单车、双车、跟车、并行、直行、变道、匀速、变速等复杂交通工况。模型试验结果表明:该方法的车辆总重识别误差均值为-2.02%,标准差为4.77%;车辆轴重的识别误差均值为4.77%,标准差为17.50%。实桥试验结果表明:该方法的车辆总重识别误差均值为0.21%,标准差为1.53%;车辆轴重的识别误差均值为-3.59%,标准差为42.67%。除此以外,所提出的方法还可用于识别桥上车辆的数量、类型、轴数、实时位置、运动轨迹、行驶速度等多粒度交通信息。  相似文献
