针对一种全新的潜艇耐压壳体结构形式——夹层圆柱壳结构形式,借助适用于该种结构形式的解析法计算公式,并选定约束条件进行了优化设计,编写了优化程序;分析了该种结构形式与单层耐压壳体结构形式相比较所存在的利弊;在比较过程中,给出了四个优化算例以及比较结果,通过比较分析得出了这样的结论:对于建造大潜深的潜艇,夹层圆柱壳结构形式是一种可以考虑的结构形式。  相似文献

潜艇的声隐身问题一直是研究的热点,各种新的声学材料和结构不断涌现。首先对复合材料在潜艇声隐身结构中的应用情况进行了分析,对其材料、结构形式、作用效果等方面进行了详细阐述,提出了夹芯吸声复合材料作为水下声隐身结构的发展趋势。然后利用数值计算的方法,对夹芯复合材料的声学性能进行了分析,得到了夹芯复合材料各层材料参数,如厚度、声特性阻抗和损耗等对声学性能的影响规律。最后,评估了典型局部结构壳板应用夹芯复合材料后的力学性能和声隐身性能。结果表明,潜艇非耐压结构的壳板采用夹芯复合材料可以满足结构的力学要求,与钢结构相比声隐身能力得到提高。  相似文献

基于Benchmark标准潜艇模型,建立了不同结构形式的Benchmark标准模型的衍生潜艇模型,包括单层壳潜艇模型和双层壳潜艇模型以及无附体结构和有附体结构的潜艇模型。开展理论解析解计算与数值仿真计算比对,得到数值仿真计算的置信度,并开展Benchmark潜艇缩比模型实验室试验,通过试验验证数值仿真计算的可靠性。基于以上研究,针对潜艇机械噪声开展数值计算,计算得到在海洋流场环境中不同结构形式的Benchmark潜艇模型的固有振动特性以及其受到机械设备激励作用下的机械辐射噪声值,并通过对比分析得到了不同激励形式、不同潜艇艇体结构特性对其机械噪声的影响规律。  相似文献

在现代潜器的耐压船体结构设计中,广泛采用了锥柱结合壳过渡结构形式。厚板削斜锥壳过渡环是一种新型的加强形式,能有效地减小锥柱结合壳处的局部高应力,并具有结构重量轻、制造工艺简便、加强效果好等特点。为满足现代潜器的发展需求,本文采用迁移矩阵法专用程序,对该种加强形式进行了大量的理论计算和分析研究,以获得最佳的结构形式和参数,为现代潜器应用厚板削斜锥壳过渡环设计提供指导原则。  相似文献

双层壳体结构是潜艇等大型水下结构的重要结构形式,潜艇结构的水下碰撞是潜艇的主要事故形式,然而,针对双层壳体的潜艇结构水下碰撞问题的研究工作目前却极为有限.文中首先提出潜艇碰撞问题,并对其碰撞特征进行分析,然后针对潜艇水下碰撞环境下,层间水对碰撞历程的影响和双层结构的碰撞特点进行了理论分析,在数值仿真计算的基础上,着重讨论了双层板结构在碰撞过程中,层间水对撞击速度、碰撞力以及双层板吸能特性的影响,分析结果显示,层间水对双层壳板撞击历程的影响主要体现在两方面:一是接触初始阶段,耐压壳板将由于层间水的存在,与非耐压壳板组成抗冲击弹簧体系参与抗冲击作用,吸收冲击能量,这对于双层壳板的防撞性能是有利的;二是非耐压壳板穿透后,层间水的影响主要体现为水对耐压壳板的粘附作用,耐压壳板的抗撞能力显著下降.  相似文献

本文讨论了潜艇环肋圆柱壳总体稳定性纵向失稳半波数m的问题,m取不同值,将直接影响圆柱壳临界压力值。在潜艇结构几何相关参数设计范围内,计算分析证明,总体失稳纵向半波数存在着。m≠1,此时,如还用m=1计算,潜艇环肋圆柱壳总体临界压力值误差最大达89.3%,是一人应该重视的问题。  相似文献

基于纤维增强复合材料具有高比模量,高比强度的特点,提出内部环肋金属内衬外部缠绕复合材料的潜水器耐压壳结构形式,结合有限元方法和近似模型技术对该种结构形式的耐压壳进行研究。得到复合材料加强纤维的含量与耐压壳结构性能参数的关系以及不同铺层角对耐压壳临界失稳压力的影响,为该种形式复合材料耐压壳的设计提供设计依据。  相似文献

Useful structure characteristics of elastic cylindrical shells have led them to being widely applied in virtual projects, so it is important to conduct vibration research on the shells and find it's a simpler corresponding compact calculation method. Utilising the input and transfer point mobility of a thin plate structure, a theoretical expression of the cylindrical shell's bending vibration responsewas deduced and numerical simulations were done to simplify the theoretical expression within an acceptable error margin, greatly reducing the amount of computations. Furthermore, whole vibration response distributions of the cylindrical shell were analyzed. It was found thathe vibration energy propagates in helical form under mono-frequency excitation, while under bandwidth frequency excitation, it attenuates around in term of fluctuation. The axial attenuation rate of the vibration energy is larger than the circumferential attenuation rate.  相似文献

The cylindrical shell is one of the main structural parts in ocean engineering structures.These cylinders are mostly of medium length,which means that the radius of the cross section is significantly smaller than the length of the cylindrical shell.From the viewpoint of the shell theory,they belong to the mid-long cylindrical shell category.To solve mechanical problems on this kind of structure,especially a cracked cylindrical shell,analysis based on shell theory is necessary.At present the generally used solving system for the mid-long cylindrical shell is too complicated,difficult to solve,and inapplicable to engineering.This paper introduced the Sanders’ mid-long cylindrical shell theory which reduces the difficulty of the solution process,and will be suitable for solving problems with complicated boundary conditions.On this basis,the engineering applications of this theory were discussed in conjunction with the problem of a mid-long cylindrical shell having a circumferential crack.The solution process is simple,and the closed form solution can usually be found.In practical engineering applications,it gives satisfactory precision.  相似文献

In this paper, the cylindrical structure was considered as a dynamic system with an incoming water wave and resulting forces as the input and outputs, respectively. The experimental data, used in this study, were collected from a full-scale rough vertical cylinder at the Delft Hydraulics Laboratory. The practicality of the proposed method and also its efficiency in structural modeling were demonstrated through applying two hydrodynamic force components. For this purpose, an ARMAX model is first used to capture the dynamics of the process, relating in-line forces provided by water waves;secondly, the TARMAX model was applied to modeling and analysis of the lift forces on the cylinder. The evaluation of the lift force by the TARMAX model shows the model is successful in modeling the force from the surface elevation.  相似文献

文章基于矩形截面压杆的双模量理论和高强度钢的材料弹塑性本构关系,建立了环肋圆柱壳结构总体稳定性塑性修正曲线及修正方法,结果表明,模型的计算结果与静水外压试验测得的塑性失稳压力值及有限元结果符合情况较好,压杆双模量理论模型虽然和环肋圆柱壳实际结构存在差异,但由此得到的塑性修正方法仍具有较好的工程精度,在应用于高强度钢环肋圆柱壳总体稳定性计算时适应性好,且形式简单,便于运用。  相似文献

To address the weight and corrosion challenge in deep-water, replacing the steel tensile armour in flexible pipes with composite materials is an alternative conceptual approach. An axisymmetric structural responses model is built for this novel composite armoured flexible pipe, with interlayer gaps that may occur in the unbonded structure considered through an iterative algorithm. The tensile strength of steel and composite armoured pipes are predicted based on different constitutive relations of steel and composite. Essential quantities are obtained, such as tensile stiffness, deformations of each layer and interlayer gaps or contact pressures. Considering the helix form of carcass and pressure armour, a finite element model is established for the verification of the theoretical model. Case study shows that the tensile stiffness of flexible pipe is overestimated with the interlayer gap ignored. Compared with steel armoured flexible pipe, the composite armoured pipe, whose tensile stiffness decreases less as external pressure increases, meanwhile has higher values of tensile ultimate strength and torsion stiffness. Some suggestions about fiber types and volume fraction for composite tensile strips are given to ensure good performance of axial tensile strength and stiffness.  相似文献

箱筒型结构是近年来开发成功的一种新型防波堤基础结构。为了探讨这种新型结构在拖航过种中的稳定性问题,进行了典型试验工程,并建立了气浮稳性分析计算方法。结果表明:基础箱筒气浮拖运与拼接上部结构后整体箱筒气浮拖运在技术、工艺、安全上都是可行的,所建立的气浮稳性分析和计算方法是合理的。  相似文献

The vibration isolation performances of typical hull structure with viscoelastic interlayer are analyzed according to wave theory,and the influences of interlayer Young’s modulus and length on the vibration reduction are discussed.The theoretical analysis shows that combination of polyurethane interlayer with blocking mass can enhance the vibration isolation performance and expand isolation frequency band.In order to verify the effectiveness of polyurethane interlayer,the model test of power cabin’s vibration is carried out.The test data shows that the reduction of 20–1 000 Hz variation acoustic level at hull shell is more than 5 dB.  相似文献
