针对包括汽车在内的产品造型设计领域中存在的艺术审美与工程结构脱节的现象,文章运用比较和分析的方法探讨了Class A标准与造型设计之间的内在联系,以及Class A曲面标准与造型设计之间存在的共性,进而寻找规律达到用ClassA曲面的标准指导和约束造型设讯指出在Class A标准的约束下,不仅要保持造型设计基本的视觉审美特征,而且还要充分考虑加工工艺的可行性,使工业设计作为艺术与工程交叉学科的地位更加明确,并在实际工作中使汽车造型方案在富有创意的基础上更加适于工程结构及工艺的可实现性。 相似文献

This paper presents a regenerative anti-lock braking system control method with road detection capability. The aim of the proposed methodology is to improve electric vehicle safety and energy economy during braking maneuvers. Vehicle body longitudinal deceleration is used to estimate a road surface. Based on the estimation results, the controller generates an appropriate braking torque to keep an optimal for various road surfaces wheel slip and to regenerate for a given motor the maximum possible amount of energy during vehicle deceleration. A fuzzy logic controller is applied to fulfill the task. The control method is tested on a four in-wheel-motor drive sport utility electric vehicle model. The model is constructed and parametrized according to the specifications provided by the vehicle manufacturer. The simulation results conducted on different road surfaces, including dry, wet and icy, are introduced. 相似文献

A hierarchical concept for describing the rolling/sliding contact of a wheel on a rail is proposed, which is developed to model the near surface deformation of the contacting partners depending on the vehicle system dynamics. In principal the vehicle dynamics simulation delivers the input for a static finite element model for the elastic-plastic rolling/sliding contact investigation. To include also more realistic rough surfaces in the calculations, which is absolutely necessary to predict the highly deformed surface layer as observed in wheels and rails, a further refinement of the mesh is necessary and performed. The output values of the static finite element model are now boundary conditions for the finite element micro-model. The results of this micro-model correspond well with the micro-structural investigations of wheel and rail surfaces. 相似文献

The paper describes a two-dimensional mathematical model for the motion of a bicycle-rider system with wheel suspensions. It focusses on the prediction of vibrational stress on the rider due to uneven track. The model was evaluated by comparing its predictions with measuring data concerning weighted accelerations on the human body, depending on various bicycle designs and road surfaces. For the intended purpose the predictions for vibrational stress and vibrational behaviour are sufficiently precise, and the model turns out to be adequate for designing and developing bicycle suspensions. 相似文献
