Sloshing of liquid can increase the dynamic pressure on the storage sidewalls and bottom in tanker ships and LNG careers. Different geometric shapes were suggested for storage tank to minimize the sloshing pressure on tank perimeter. In this research, a numerical code was developed to model liquid sloshing in a rectangular partially filled tank. Assuming the fluid to be inviscid, Laplace equation and nonlinear free surface boundary conditions are solved using coupled FEM-BEM. The code performance for sloshing modeling is validated against available data. To minimize the sloshing pressure on tank perimeter, rectangular tanks with specific volumes and different aspect ratios were investigated and the best aspect ratios were suggested. The results showed that the rectangular tank with suggested aspect ratios, not only has a maximum surrounded tank volume to the constant available volume, but also reduces the sloshing pressure efficiently.  相似文献

Improving the efficiency of ship optimization is crucial for modern ship design. Compared with traditional methods, multidisciplinary design optimization (MDO) is a more promising approach. For this reason, Collaborative Optimization (CO) is discussed and analyzed in this paper. As one of the most frequently applied MDO methods, CO promotes autonomy of disciplines while providing a coordinating mechanism guaranteeing progress toward an optimum and maintaining interdisciplinary compatibility. However, there are some difficulties in applying the conventional CO method, such as difficulties in choosing an initial point and tremendous computational requirements. For the purpose of overcoming these problems, optimal Latin hypercube design and Radial basis function network were applied to CO. Optimal Latin hypercube design is a modified Latin Hypercube design. Radial basis function network approximates the optimization model, and is updated during the optimization process to improve accuracy. It is shown by examples that the computing efficiency and robustness of this CO method are higher than with the conventional CO method.  相似文献

[Objective]This paper aims to establish a dynamic model of a floating raft vibration isolation system with a liquid tank in order to study the mass effect of the liquid medium, tank form, structural stiffness and loading rate on acoustic performance. [Methods]A floating raft system with a cuboidal or cylindrical liquid tank is taken as the research object, and a fluid-structure coupling finite element dynamic model is established. The dynamic force transmission rate and power flow are then used to evaluate the acoustic performance of the system. The influence of the mass effect of the liquid medium, tank form, structural stiffness and loading rate of tank volume on the acoustic performance of the floating raft system are analyzed.[Results]The results show similar laws obtained through the calculation and analysis of the floating raft system with two types of tanks. The structural stiffness of the tank affects the mass effect of the liquid medium in the tank to a certain extent. [Conclusions]If full advantage is to be taken of the liquid mass effect in the tank with a large loading rate to improve the acoustic performance of the floating raft system, the design of the liquid tank and raft structure must have sufficient stiffness. In addition, under the condition that the floating raft structure has sufficient stiffness, its acoustic performance will improve significantly as the tank loading rate increases in the relevant low frequency range. © 2022 Journal of Clinical Hepatology. A simple rate equation model for 2μm Tm, Ho:YLF laser is given to study laser dynamics. Under low pump power, the explicit formulae for the threshold pump power and the relation between output power and incident power are obtained. The present model provides a straightforward procedure to design the laser resonator and the optical coupling system for optimization. At the same time, the experimental results are reported. At room temperature the slope efficiency is 22.4% and the typical lasing threshold is about 328mW. The theory is in good agreement with experiment.  相似文献

In this paper, a hybrid automatic optimization strategy is proposed for the design of underwater robot lines. Isight is introduced as an integration platform. The construction of this platform is based on the user programming and several commercial software including UG6.0, GAMBIT2.4.6 and FLUENT12.0. An intelligent parameter optimization method, the particle swarm optimization, is incorporated into the platform. To verify the strategy proposed, a simulation is conducted on the underwater robot model 5470, which originates from the DTRC SUBOFF project. With the automatic optimization platform, the minimal resistance is taken as the optimization goal;the wet surface area as the constraint condition; the length of the fore-body, maximum body radius and after-body's minimum radius as the design variables. With the CFD calculation, the RANS equations and the standard turbulence model are used for direct numerical simulation. By analyses of the simulation results, it is concluded that the platform is of high efficiency and feasibility. Through the platform, a variety of schemes for the design of the lines are generated and the optimal solution is achieved. The combination of the intelligent optimization algorithm and the numerical simulation ensures a global optimal solution and improves the efficiency of the searching solutions.  相似文献

The ship design process model is the basis for developing the ship collaborative design system under network environment. According to the characteristics of the ship design, a method for dividing the ship design process into three layers is pat forward, that is project layer, design task layer and design activity layer, then the formalized definitions of the ship design process model, the decomposing principles of the ship design process and the architecture of the ship collaborative design (SDPM) system are presented. This method simplifies the activity network, makes the optimization and adjustment of the design plan convenient and also makes the design process easier to control and change, at last the architecture of the ship collaborative design system is discussed.  相似文献

[Objective]Aiming at the problem of too many influencing factors and too little reference data for determining the dimensions of medium-sized cruise ships in the concept phase, a simplified multi-objective optimization method based on the fitting of dimensions and performance is proposed. [Method]First, the dimension relations of medium-sized cruise ships are analyzed and the influence of the latest SOLAS requirements used to determine the optimization range. Second, the influence of cruise ship dimensions on space, resistance, stability and seakeeping are analyzed. Next, based on the principles of genetic algorithms, a multiobjective optimization algorithm with high robustness and high engineering adaptability is determined to establish a multi-objective optimization model for the concept design of medium-sized cruise ships. Finally, the Pareto solution obtained by multi-objective optimization is analyzed to provide initial references for determining the dimensions of the target cruise ship. [Results]Implemented via a genetic algorithm, the optimization program proposed herein is applied in the concept design of a medium-sized cruise ship in order to optimize the initial dimensions, thereby achieving the expected outcome of providing reasonable initial dimensions for cruise ship design. [Conclusion ] The proposed simplified multi-objective optimization model can provide feasible initial dimensions for medium-sized cruise ships in the concept phase. As the Pareto solution obtained by multi-objective optimization has different focuses such as resistance and stability, the most suitable solution needs to be selected according to the design object. © 2023 Chinese Journal of Ship Research. In this research,liquid sloshing behavior in a 2-D rectangular tank was simulated using ANSYS-FLUENT software subject to single or multiple-coupled external excitations(such as sway coupled with roll,and sway and roll coupled with heave).The volume of fluid(VOF) method was used to track the free surface of sloshing.External excitation was imposed through the motion of the tank by using the dynamic mesh technique.The study shows that if the tank is subjected to multiple coupled excitations and resonant excitation frequencies,liquid sloshing will become violent and sloshing loads,including impact on the top wall,will be intensified.  相似文献

A finite-rate method is used to simulate the three-dimensional combustion process in a plasma generator with CH4 as the fuel. The simulation was run with RNG k-ε model to simulate turbulence, with eddy-dissipation-concept (EDC) model to simulate the combustion and with discrete ordinates model to simulate radiation. The numerical results show that the flow field characteristics and the parameter distributions are under the condition of rich fuels, and these results provide valuable information when optimizing the plasma generator design and organizing its flow fields.  相似文献

利用Fluent 6.0软件计算和分析了船舶螺旋桨前置导管的平面流流态.比较了安装前置导管前后船体艉部流态,发现安装后流态发生了改变,旋涡大幅减少,流速显著增加,伴流不均匀性减小.用数值方法再显了现有模型试验分析的结果.  相似文献

原有普通接收机如何接入CORS是当前GPS应用急需解决的技术问题.采用GR64模块为核心部件设计了硬件平台,基于NTRIP协议利用嵌入式方法编写接入CORS中心的系统软件,利用GPRS无线数据通讯技术,设计并实现了一种面向NRTK的专用数据通讯终端,使原有普通移动站能够稳定接人CORS并可靠的实现RTK.测试表明该终端初始化时间小于30秒,数据延时小于3秒,现已批量生产用于普通GPS接收机的改造.  相似文献

文章建立了水—沉积物—海底半空间的分层海底模型,通过仿真计算,比较了声波在海水和沉积物中接收时的传播损失差异。结果表明,在高声速海底的条件下,声波在沉积物中传播且频率较低时,传播损失较低,即低频声波更易于在沉积物中传播。  相似文献

针对城市地铁隧道施工难度大、安全风险高、工期紧的工程现状,通过技术创新,采用大包施工工法,安全快速地完成了横通道转正洞施工;采用纵横导洞施工工法,实现了突变断面从大到小安全快速施工的目的;采用双洞法施工连拱隧道和整体式二衬方案,安全快速地完成了连拱隧道施工,确保了连拱隧道防水效果;采用河底铺设防水毯、地层超前降水、小导管加密注浆等技术,提出了区间隧道过河过桥安全控制模式。工程实践表明,所采用的技术方案是安全可靠的,加快了施工进度,降低了施工成本,取得了良好的技术经济效益。  相似文献

从考察目标设定式电磁扫雷具模拟受保护舰船磁场效果出发,利用遗传算法良好的全局搜索能力,得出现有目标设定式电磁扫雷具在模拟上有保护舰船磁场上的不足及原因,提出一种在不改变目标设定式电磁扫雷具单个磁体结构的基础上,通过改变磁体水中状态提高模拟效果的办法,通过仿真试验,结果表明该方法效果良好。  相似文献

本文在数值计算和试验的基础上研究了阻尼夹层板的动态特性和振动响应计算方法.在小变形线弹性理论的基础上,构造了阻尼夹层板单元.将三层板都看成Mindlin板单元,以各层的中面为坐标平面建立局部坐标系来建立有限元模型,考虑了偏心阵的作用,大大简化了计算程序.粘弹性采用常复数模型,用求解复特征值的方法求得了其固有频率和损耗因子.在此基础上编制了相应的有限元计算程序,进行了较详细的数值计算与分析,并讨论了粘弹性阻尼层的厚度、模量、损耗因子对结构动力特性的影响,得到了有工程应用价值的一些结论.同时分别对单层铝板、自由阻尼层板和约束阻尼层板进行了模态试验和响应试验,识别了结构的阻尼,验证了理论计算的正确性.本文还给出了阻尼夹层板结构动力响应的一种近似计算方法:将粘弹性材料看成完全弹性的材料,将粘弹性材料的阻尼以比例阻尼的形式给出,利用试验得出或估算公式给出结构模态阻尼,采用直接积分法求解.计算了简谐激励下的响应,并与实测的结果进行了比较分析.结果表明了该计算方法的合理性,为工程近似计算提供了一种简便的计算方法.  相似文献

舰船的六自由度运动状态形成复杂的非线性过程,运动姿态会受到耦合作用、不定周期、噪声信号以及混沌特性等因素的干扰,因此很难得到精确的预测结果.为了提升舰船运动姿态的预测精度,利用舰船时间序列的特点,建立了基于长短期记忆单元(LSTM)模型,对其进行了舰船姿态预测仿真,将结果与时间序列分析法的结果进行对比.实例分析表明:基于LSTM模型的预测方法具有精确度高、易实现的特点.这为舰船运动短期预测提供了一个新的思路和方法.  相似文献

大面积堆载预压工程分级加载时采用三点法推算沉降需要修正时间起点,工程实践中经常遇到前期沉降缺失的情况。三点法推算沉降受到其是否适用分级加载、时间起点修正、前期沉降缺失等因素的限制。理论分析表明分级加载时、前期沉降缺失时,三点法仍然适用,提出了等沉降法确定修正时间起点。工程算例和工程实例均证实了该研究成果的正确性,目前时间起点修正方法导致瞬时沉降计算不正确。  相似文献

提出竖井未打穿软土地基下卧层固结度简化计算方法。将竖井地基划分为竖井打设区和下卧层两个部分,竖井打设区采用轴对称固结理论,而下卧层采用太沙基一维固结理论,两部分在渗透面上满足孔压连续条件。对一算例分别采用简化方法、精确解法及已有近似解法进行了固结分析,表明简化方法与精确解法结果较为接近,满足工程精度。由于该解答为显式解,工程应用较为方便。  相似文献
