In this paper, parallel library, portable extensible toolkit for scientific computation (PETSc), is used to solve linear systems in soil-water coupled finite element method (FEM) for geotechnical problems. The parallel environment is integrated into GLEAVES, which is a geotechnical software package used for the finite element simulation. The linear system ·· = · which is a fundamental and the most time-consuming part of the FEM is solved with iterative solvers in PETSc. In order to find a robust and effective combination of iterative solvers and corresponding preconditioners for the soil-water coupled problems, performance evaluations on Krylov subspace methods and four preconditioners are carried out. The results indicate that general minimal residual (GMRES) method coupled with preconditioners can provide an effective solution. The application to a construction project is presented to illustrate the potential of the proposed solution.  相似文献

Equal channel angular pressing (ECAP) is an attractive process method to produce bulk ultra-fine grained materials. There are many experiment evidences showing that the nature of the microstructural evolution in multi-pass ECAP depends on process routes. Isothermal three dimensional FEM simulations for multi-pass ECAP were performed using DEFORM3D finite element code. The material model of 6061Al-T6 was employed. Flow nets, effective strain distribution in the workpiece and loads during multi-pass ECAP using different routes were analysed respectively. The simulations show process routes influence material flow and effective strain distribution in the workpiece obviously but have few influence on loads.  相似文献

结合工程实例,采用有限元强度折减法对地震区三维边坡进行静力和拟静力分析,探讨了该方法的基本原理、屈服准则和失稳判据等。在采用有限元软件ANSYS求得三维边坡安全系数的基础上,对边坡的稳定性进行了评价;同时与传统极限平衡方法、二维有限元法所得的安全系数进行对比。结果表明:有限元强度折减法应用于地震区三维边坡稳定性分析是可行的。  相似文献

Accurately and efficiently predicting the load sharing of multi~bolt thick laminate joints is necessary to quicken the optimization of the large-scale structures over various design variables, and a two-dimensional (2D) finite element method (FEM) is introduced to meet such a demand. The deformation contributions of the joint zone are analyzed and calculated separately, including the shearing deformation of the fasteners shank, the bending deformation of the fasteners shank, and the bearing deformation of the fasteners and joint plates. These deformations are all transferred and incorporated into the components of the fastener's flexibility. In the 2D finite element model, the flexibilities of the beam elements and bush elements are used to simulate different components of the fastener's flexibility. The parameters of the beam elements which include the bending moment of inertia and intersection area, and the parameters of the bush elements which include the stiffness in different directions, are all obtained through equalizing the fasteners flexibilities. In addition, the secondary bending effect introduced by the single-lap joints is also taken into account to verify the flexibilities of the fasteners in practical application. The proposed FEM is testified to be more accurate than the traditional 2D FEMs and more efficient than the three-dimensional (3D) FEM in solving load sharing problem of multi-bolt single-lap thick laminate joints. With the increase of joint plates' thickness, the advantages of the proposed method tend to be more obvious. The proposed 2D FEM is an effective tool for designing bolted joints in large-scale composite structures.  相似文献

利用Java语言对已有的有限元软件进行对象包装,并利用公共对象总线技术(CORBA)将它们包装成为可以远程调用的分布式计算组件,通过Java和CORBA的有机结合实现了异构网络平台上的有限元程序的互操作.在此基础上,给出了分布式有限元并行计算环境DPFEM(Distributed Parallel Finite Element Mehtod)的框架模型,实现了有限元元计算的原型.  相似文献

利用ANSYS电磁场有限元法,建立了320 kA预焙铝电解槽三维电磁场有限元模型,计算了铝电解槽内的电场分布及磁场分布,计算结果与实测结果相吻合,验证了该模型的正确性.在此基础上提出了一种新型电解槽结构,并应用参数化设计语言(APDL)建立该结构的电磁场计算模型,以磁场为目标对该结构进行了整体优化.最终优化后电磁场分布表明:该结构铝电解槽能减小铝液层水平电流,磁场分布对称性好,有利于改善槽内铝液的流动状态,具备较大的节能潜力.  相似文献

对目前应用最为广泛的结构数值分析方法——有限元法进行了探讨,并使用空间有限元分析软件“Midas Civil”对某座预应力混凝土斜拉桥在合龙后做完二期铺装和成桥后经历十年收缩徐变的应力进行有限元数值分析.结果表明,有限元法能够对不同阶段斜拉桥的应力进行准确和有效的分析,从而为同类桥梁提供借鉴.  相似文献

介绍了土工格栅加筋土挡墙的结构特征,及土工格栅加筋土的有限元分析原理,并用Mohr-Coulomb模型作为加筋土中的土体的计算模型,用线弹性模型模拟土工格栅,用Goodman单元模拟土体和土工格栅之间的接触关系,对一典型工程实例的施工状态进行了有限元分析,得到了土工格栅加筋土挡墙不同施工阶段的受力和变形特征。计算结果表明,加筋土挡墙的破裂面是一条圆弧面,挡墙在填土过程中安全系数逐渐减小,基底应力分布和筋材拉力与实测值吻合较好,证明了该有限元分析方法的可靠性。  相似文献

为确定寒冷地区隧道防冻隔温层的最佳设防厚度,利用等效厚度换算法、气象解析法和有限元模拟计算法,分别对其设防厚度进行计算。由前两种方法计算结果可看出,防冻隔温层设置在初期支护与二次衬砌之间时厚度小于1 cm,设置于衬砌表面时所需厚度小于2 cm,与实际情况比较吻合;由有限元模拟计算法计算的相应结果分别为3.2 cm和4.4 cm,比实际情况偏大;有限元模拟计算法计算结果偏保守,气象解析法计算过程复杂,等效厚度换算法计算过程简单;在工程实际中,防冻隔温层厚度计算可采用等效厚度换算法,为了经济,防冻隔温层适合设置在衬砌中间。  相似文献

Based on finite element method and finite strip method, a simplified approach was presented to analyze high-rise frame tube structures. The generalized strip element is introduced and then the generalized stiffness matrices for beam and column-line are derived by using the displacement functions that describe the nodal displace-ments and displacement transforms. Furthermore, the formulas for the generalized stiffness matrix of generalized strip element and load arrays corresponding to the displacement parameters were developed. It is shown through a series of numerical computation that the nodal angular displacements at the same floor in a generalized strip element are approximately identical. A comparison of the finite element method and the finite strip method shows that the simolified approach not only is accurate, but also reduces the number of basic unknown quantities.  相似文献

为了合理处理列车车体结构分析中典型的板梁偏心连接问题,分别基于罚单元法和La-grange乘子法构造了板梁组合结构模型,将组合结构中相关节点对之间通过偏心关系建立的约束方程引入到平衡方程中,解决了梁单元因偏心连接而对组合结构总体刚度矩阵的贡献问题,并编制了求解板梁组合结构静强度计算问题的有限元程序。实例计算表明不但两种计算方法的计算结果吻合,而且其计算结果均与有限元分析软件ANSYS 9.0计算结果接近,位移误差在1%以内,应力误差在2%以内,分析表明二者均是处理板梁偏心连接组合结构的有效方法。  相似文献

阐述了用有限元求解流场不可压Navier-Stokes方程时,基于单元接单元(Element-By-Element,EBE)技术的并行双共轭梯度法(Bi-CG)。在国家高性能计算中心(成都)的曙光2000并行系统上,采用MPI消息传递实现了此种算法,计算定常三维空穴水域流场,取了较好的加速比。由于不需存储系数矩阵,在很大程度上节省了内存,大大提高了求解流场问题的规模。  相似文献

采用常数-线性组合边界元计算轴对称热传导问题,既可减小奇异点计算的困难性,又提高了计算精度。本文运用FORTRAN77算法语言编制了包含有三种类型边界条件在内的轴对称组合边界元分析程序,具体分析了6135ZG柴油机活塞的温度分布。结果表明,应用边界元法分析轴对称活塞温度场,计算工作量比有限元的计算量显著减少,而计算结果同有限元结果吻合得较好,与实际测量结果相比,最大相对误差仅为1%。  相似文献

采用平面应变有限元方法,对该坝在施工、蓄水过程中的应力变形进行了模拟分析.模拟计算中,砼材料用线弹性模型模拟,坝体土石料用邓肯-张E-v非线性弹性模型模拟,砼与黏土间的不协调位移用Goodm an接触面单元模拟.坝体的施工过程和蓄水过程均用分级加荷的方法模拟.计算结果表明,坝体应力变形无异常分布,目前的设计是合理可行的.  相似文献

The tube hydroforming technology is used today in the mass production of lightweight components for the automotive industries due to its advantages over conventional stamping methods. A typical tube hydroforming process is usually a multiple forming operation process. The tube preforming and hydroforming process of an automobile subframe were analyzed by finite element method (FEM), and a parametric study was also carried out to obtain the effect of the forming parameters such as the die closing, the internal pressure and the axial feeding. The simulation results were also compared with industrial products in respect to the thickness distribution of some typical and key cross-sections. The study indicates that the internal pressure and the axial feeding should be set correctly and the multiple forming operations of tube hydroforming process can be simulated well by using the explicit code Ls-Dyna.  相似文献
