为研究活塞侧击引起的缸套振动响应对柴油机缸套水侧空化状况的影响,以某国Ⅵ水冷柴油机为研究对象,结合结构动力学与计算流体力学,对缸套表面振动与其水侧流体动力学行为进行耦合分析.基于柴油机试验台架实测了缸套壁面振动,对应建立了柴油机气缸总成瞬态动力学模型,结合仿真与实测振动响应研究了活塞侧击作用下的缸套振动特性.然后,将瞬态动力学计算结果以动网格的形式输入二维冷却水套模型中进行数值模拟,研究了缸套振动形式、水套厚度和出口压力等因素对空化的影响.结果表明,缸套在活塞侧向力作用下的高频振动与其结构固有模态有关,缸套的高频模态振动和冷却水套厚度对缸套水侧的空化现象影响显著.提高冷却水套出口压力可小幅削减空化强度,而增加水套厚度对缸套水侧空化的抑制作用更为明显. 相似文献

为研究循环荷载作用引起的软土动力特性变化及由此导致的地基承载力不足等问题,以营口软土为研究对象,通过动三轴试验,研究了动应力幅值、固结围压、固结比、振动频率和振动次数对软土动力特性的影响.试验结果表明:营口软土具有明显的结构性,其动应变-振动次数(εd-lg N)曲线和动骨干曲线存在明显的应变转折点,超过此应变转折点后,土体变形迅速增加;动强度随固结围压的增加而增大,固结比和振动频率对软土动强度的影响却并非简单的一致增大或减小;动弹性模量随固结围压、固结比和振动频率的增加而增大,而动阻尼比则随着固结围压和固结比的增加而减小,随振动频率的增加而增大. 相似文献

The variation of the rail support stiffness is an inherent issue of railway tracks. There is still no consensus on the influence of the rail support stiffness variation on the dynamic response of the vehicle–track system. One view indicates that changes of the support stiffness do not have considerable influence on the vehicle dynamic response. The main influence factor is the rail deflection. However, the opposite view presents that the influence of the support stiffness on the system dynamic response is obvious. Reasons that lead to the dispute of previous studies are the neglect of the influence of the excitation frequencies and a lack of understanding of stiffness sensitive zones. In this study a vehicle–track coupling model with equivalent overall support stiffness is employed to investigate the response of the vehicle to changes of the track stiffness and excitation frequencies. Results show that for each of frequencies (1–40?Hz) the dynamic response of the vehicle is only sensitive to a certain range of the support stiffness. A stiffness sensitive zone for each excitation frequency can be observed. In order to further study the influence of the subgrade on the vehicle system dynamic response a vehicle–track-subgrade model is utilised. The subgrade stiffness belonging to the stiffness sensitive zone has a significant influence on vehicle vibrations. For overall support stiffness of the rail higher than 20?kN/mm, the stiffness sensitive zones of low excitation frequencies can be avoided. 相似文献

For railway vehicles having coned wheels mounted on solid axles there is a conflict between dynamic stability and steering ability
It is shown that the stiffness and kinematic properties of all possible interwheelset connections are characterised by two properties describing the distortional characteristics of the vehicle in plan. Within this framework, the various possibilities for steered wheelsets are considered, and several past and current proposals are reviewed. Using the linear approach to dynamic stabibty and curve negotation the performance of existing and newly proposed configurations is discussed
For any symmetric, two-axle vehicle it is shown that for perfect steering on a curve there should be zero bending stiffness between the wheelsets. It is further shown that if the bending stiffness is zero, the vehicle lacks dynamic stability as the critical speed of instability, is zero. In this case, the vehicle undergoes a steering oscillation which occurs at the kinematic frequency of a single wheelset and which is a motion in which pure rolling occurs
Similar results are obtained with vehicles with three or more axles if adjacent axles are connected by shear structures. However, it is shown that it is possible to satisfy both the requirements of perfect steering and a non-zero critical speed if the vehicle has zero bending stiffness and if, in addition to adjacent wheelsets being connected in shear, at least one pair of non-adjacent axles are connected by a shear structure. 相似文献
