针对自动化集装箱码头AGV(自动导引运输车)动力系统及电池充电方式选型的问题,采集了柴油内燃机、铅酸电池及3种锂电池的应用性能数据,对比分析研究得出锂电池动力方式在新一代自动化码头水平运输系统的应用优势。针对我国已经投产应用的集装箱AGV换电池充电方案、机会充电方案、浅充浅放式循环充电方案,从建设成本、作业效率、安全性能到绿色港口建设方面进行对比研究。提出浅充浅放式循环充电方案的应用优势与经济效益,为其他自动化集装箱码头水平运输系统的设计选型提供参考。  相似文献

基于锂电池自身特点,锂电池动力船舶动力源的安全性设计和常规动力船舶有明显不同。为了确保锂电池使用安全,该文以一内河锂电池客渡船为例,研究了目前可行的锂电池安全设计措施(包括对电池单体、电池组和电池管理系统要求),船舶电池舱布置和通风方案以及消防系统设计,并根据相关规范要求,对固定式七氟丙烷灭火系统进行计算校核;证明该系列安全设计,满足现行规范法规对锂电池动力安全要求;最后,指出了设计方案的局限性及目前使用灭火介质的缺点。  相似文献

自动化集装箱码头AGV电池更换站工艺复杂,充电设备发热量大,须保证充电区域的工作温度始终控制在20~35 ℃内,满足站房降温、除湿和防盐雾的环境要求。以上海国际航运中心洋山深水港区四期工程AGV电池更换站为案例,进行了空调通风设计方案的研究,采用分体局部空调的方式。该方式具有负荷调节灵活和使用安全可靠的特点,保证电池更换站空调通风系统能够长期可靠、稳定运行,而且也能减少空调通风能耗。  相似文献

安全问题日益成为锂电池技术发展的关键难题,对锂电池状态进行有效的监控显得尤为重要。本文设计了一种以ARM为控制核心的锂电池监控系统。详细描述了该系统的主要功能、硬件结构和软件设计。实现了96路单体电池的电压、16路电池温度以及电池放电电流的测量,并通过CAN总线将检测数据传送给上位机。实践表明该系统工作稳定可靠,检测精准,满足锂电池监控系统的设计需求。  相似文献

全电动绿色船舶除了使用电力,还越来越多地采用替代能源,如燃料电池、太阳能电池等。本文建立船舶混合动力推进系统,采用燃料电池和锂电池并联作为混合动力。在功率不足时,锂电池提供额外的功率以满足负载需求。为了模型比较贴合实际,使用真实数据对混合动力系统的子部件进行建模,生成Simulink模型并进行仿真。  相似文献

针对已应用于船舶的磷酸铁锂电池包,根据其充放电性能测试数据,选择一种合适的电池模型对其电池单体进行建模与仿真。对卡尔曼滤波算法进行理论分析,并采用该算法对已建立的电池模型进行单体电池荷电状态(SOC)估算,采用MATLAB/Simulink软件进行算法仿真验证。仿真结果表明,卡尔曼滤波法对SOC的估算精度较高,对初值依赖小,自适应能力强,但对电池模型精度要求较高。  相似文献

Recent measurements of wave induced hull strain and flexure in RN warships are presented together with the derivation of the current design criteria for extreme hull girder bending loads. The history of the development of the shipboard instrumentation used is given and recent developments to improve the quality and ease of analysis of the data are described. An unexpectedly high transverse asymmetry in the longitudinal strains measured in destroyers is shown to be the result of a combination of vertical and lateral bending in oblique seas. Finally recent theoretical comparisons between the loading of Deep-Vee hulls and conventional UK rounded bilge hulls are presented which demonstrate the higher loading experienced by this type of hull form.  相似文献

Despite the many socio-economic similarities between Sweden and Norway, differences in jurisdiction, organisation, cooperation, and financing of long-distance passenger train and coach services have led to the development of four distinctively different ways of serving the markets. This paper describes how the train and coach markets have developed in the two countries, with emphasis on regulatory and industrial structure and a couple of performance variables.Looking at passenger rail, both countries separated infrastructure from operation over a decade ago. However, while Norwegian rail is characterised by an almost monopoly supplier, rail services in Sweden are partly decentralised to the responsibility of county authorities and are widely subjected to competitive tendering. The rest of the network is about to be opened up for on-the-track competition. Swedish Rail (SJ) has spent the last decades consolidating its core business (passenger rail) and sold out its other businesses. In contrast, the Norwegian state rail (NSB) has expanded its business to become a major bus operator and property owner, with extensions also into the Swedish market.The coach industry was more recently deregulated in both countries. The Swedish coach market is dominated by privately owned companies operating services to and from Stockholm. In Norway, state-owned NSB is a major coach operator on medium distance routes, and is also the largest partner of Nor-Way Bussekspress which totally dominates long-distance coach services. Further, the Norwegian coach market is characterised by cross-ownership and cooperation which has enabled an extensive route network which covers most of Norway.We find distinct differences in achievements in the two modes and in the two countries. Swedish rail services have succeeded in winning market shares and in renewing and developing both infrastructure and service levels to a greater extent than the Norwegian model. On the other hand, the Norwegian coach market seems to be more developed and efficient compared to its Swedish counterpart.The paper concludes with a discussion on the possible links between the different approaches and the performance observed, with the aim to stimulate further and more detailed research on some important issues.  相似文献
