1发现问题2008年,我厂承接了一条由散货船改装为汽车滚装船“穿梭”轮的改装工程。并对主机部分运动件和固定件进行了抽检,试车过程中,连杆大端的轴承熔化。这条船的主机是MAN—Mitsubishi柴油机公司生产的8L58/64型直列柴油主机。船东提供的修理项目中要求将1#、3#、5#、7#汽缸进行吊缸检修,其余各缸的曲轴轴承及全部主轴承就地更换,船供备件。同时应船东要求,对1#、3#、5#、7#连杆在厂房内进行了平台检测。连杆大端座孔与小端的平行度偏差为0.015~0.020mm,符合说明书使用要求。活塞、活塞环等部件为常规测量,更换备件。  相似文献

为了优化双组通风井送排式纵向通风方式的运营通风控制,降低隧道运营能耗。本文针对长度6.3km公路隧道,利用fluent仿真软件建立了考虑车辆污染物(CO)排放的双组通风井送排式通风的1:1三维数值仿真模型,并采用k-ε湍流模型进行了数值计算。根据数值计算结果,分析了通风风量对隧道内污染物浓度的分布的影响规律。研究结果表明:1#、2#通风井将隧道分为3个通风段,1#通风井近隧道入口,2#通风井近出口,随着2#通风井排风量增加,位于2#通风井上游通风段的CO浓度减小,位于2#通风井下游通风段的CO浓度增加;1#通风井送风量大小改变对稀释CO浓度的影响程度大于2#通风井排风量大小改变对稀释CO浓度的影响程度。  相似文献

1 问题的提出 新沙公司目前共有泊位7个,其中3#泊位是通用泊位,码头前沿配有门机5台;4#泊位是散化肥专业泊位,码头前沿配有螺旋卸船机1台;5#、7#泊位是杂货泊位,码头前沿各配有门机3台.3个通用或杂货泊位一共只有11台门机,平均每个泊位不足4台.这3个以门机为主力卸船机的泊位,又被3个专业泊位分割开,相互之间无法沟通,门机无法调配.特别是3#泊位和5#泊位,泊位占用率分别达到34.4%和27.5%,但只能各顾各,极大地影响了卸船效率.要改变这个局面,提高3#和5#泊位的卸船效率,最简单的办法就是对4#泊位的螺旋卸船机进行改造,使之能移开,让3#和5#泊位之间的门机能自由调配.  相似文献

Recent measurements of wave induced hull strain and flexure in RN warships are presented together with the derivation of the current design criteria for extreme hull girder bending loads. The history of the development of the shipboard instrumentation used is given and recent developments to improve the quality and ease of analysis of the data are described. An unexpectedly high transverse asymmetry in the longitudinal strains measured in destroyers is shown to be the result of a combination of vertical and lateral bending in oblique seas. Finally recent theoretical comparisons between the loading of Deep-Vee hulls and conventional UK rounded bilge hulls are presented which demonstrate the higher loading experienced by this type of hull form.  相似文献

Despite the many socio-economic similarities between Sweden and Norway, differences in jurisdiction, organisation, cooperation, and financing of long-distance passenger train and coach services have led to the development of four distinctively different ways of serving the markets. This paper describes how the train and coach markets have developed in the two countries, with emphasis on regulatory and industrial structure and a couple of performance variables.Looking at passenger rail, both countries separated infrastructure from operation over a decade ago. However, while Norwegian rail is characterised by an almost monopoly supplier, rail services in Sweden are partly decentralised to the responsibility of county authorities and are widely subjected to competitive tendering. The rest of the network is about to be opened up for on-the-track competition. Swedish Rail (SJ) has spent the last decades consolidating its core business (passenger rail) and sold out its other businesses. In contrast, the Norwegian state rail (NSB) has expanded its business to become a major bus operator and property owner, with extensions also into the Swedish market.The coach industry was more recently deregulated in both countries. The Swedish coach market is dominated by privately owned companies operating services to and from Stockholm. In Norway, state-owned NSB is a major coach operator on medium distance routes, and is also the largest partner of Nor-Way Bussekspress which totally dominates long-distance coach services. Further, the Norwegian coach market is characterised by cross-ownership and cooperation which has enabled an extensive route network which covers most of Norway.We find distinct differences in achievements in the two modes and in the two countries. Swedish rail services have succeeded in winning market shares and in renewing and developing both infrastructure and service levels to a greater extent than the Norwegian model. On the other hand, the Norwegian coach market seems to be more developed and efficient compared to its Swedish counterpart.The paper concludes with a discussion on the possible links between the different approaches and the performance observed, with the aim to stimulate further and more detailed research on some important issues.  相似文献
