一个指标为3的Mendelsohn三元系,记为MTS（v,3）,是一个对子（X,B,其中X是一个v元集,B是X中循环三元组（区组）的集合,满足X的每一个有序对都恰包含于B中的3个区组．设（X,B是一个没有重复区组的MTS（v,3）,如果（x,y,z）∈B必有（z,y,x）B则称（X,B为单纯的,记为PMTS（v,3）．不相交PMTS（v,3）大集,记为LPMTS（v,3）,是一个集合（X,B）}i,其中每个（X,B）都是一个PMTS（v,3）,并且UiBi构成了X中所有循环三元组的一个划分．本文给出了LPMTS（v,3）的一种构造方法,得到了其存在的一个无穷类：对于v=8,14（mod18）,v≠14,存在LPMTS（v,3）．     

肾衰口服液对实验大鼠腹膜透析效能及腹膜超微结构的影响

通过模拟腹膜透析的动物实验，观察了肾衰口服液（SSOL）对腹膜透析效能及腹膜超微结构的影响。大鼠分正常对照组、单纯透析液组（A）、合SSOL腹透组（B）。结果显示：①B组净超滤量、腹膜清除率与A组比较均显著增加（P＜0．05～0．005）；B组透析液中蛋白质含量高于A组，但差异无显著性意义（P＞005）。②B组腹膜间皮细胞及间皮细胞连接的损伤程度较A组为轻。提示SSOL能有效提高腹膜透析效能，并能拮抗高渗透析液保护腹膜间皮层结构的完整。

关于广义正定矩阵行列式不等式的注记

研究了广义正定矩阵的行列式不等式性质,得到了主要结论:设A、B∈Rn×n,若detA＞0,A-1B∈Ps+,有m(0≤m≤n/2)对非实的共轭特征值,α为实数,则1) 当α≥1/(n-m)时,有[det(A+B)]α≥(detA)α+(detB)α;2) 当0＜α＜1/(n-m)时,有[det(A+B)]α≥2α(n-m)-1[det(A)α+det(B)a].     

Induction of apoptosis and inhibition of proliferation of C6 glioma cells in vitro by tamoxifen

Objective To investigate the anti-tumor effect and mechanism of tamoxifen on rat C6 glioma cells. Methods C6 cells were cultured in Dulbecco＇s modified Eagle＇s medium （DMEM） with 3% fetal calf serum （FCS）, and treated with tamoxifen of different concentrations, i.e. group A （1.25 μmol/L）, group B （2.50 μmol/L）, group C （5. 00 μmol/L）, group D （10. 00 μmol/L）, group E （20. 00 μmol/L） and control group （0. 00 μmol/L）. Morphological changes, MTT assay and 5-bromo-2＇-deoxyuriding labeling ratio were assessed. Apoptosis was observed by flow cytometry. Results C6 cells treated with different doses of tamoxifen for 24, 48, and 72 hours became irregular in shape, while cells treated with vehicle grew normally. MTT assay showed that tamoxifen did not suppress C6 cell growth until 72 hours after treatment. Seventy-two hours after treatment, there were significant differences in cell viable rate between group A versus groups C, D and E; so did group B versus group D as well as group E （P〈 0.05 ）. BrdU incorporation assay indicated significant difference of BrdU labbled index （BrdU LI） among groups A, C, E and control group 48 hoers after treatment （P〈0.05）. And the BrdU LI decreased with the increased concentration of tamoxifen. Flow cytometry （FCM） showed significant difference between treated group and control group at 24, 48, and 72 hours after treatment （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Tamoxifen significantly suppresses the growth of C6 glioma cells in a time- and dose-dependent manner. The mechanism of tamoxifen suppressing C6 glioma cells may be inhibiting proliferation and inducing apoptosis. Therefore, tamoxifen can be a candidate as a chemotherapy agent for glioma.

如果从一个有向平衡不完全区组设计DB（k,λ;v)(X,P)到（X，P^-1)之间存在一个同构映射f，则这个DB（k,λ;v)被称为自反的，记为SCDB（k,λ;v)(X,P,f),其中P^-1={B^-1:B∈P}，当B＝（x1,x2,…,xk-1,xk)时B^-1=(xk,xk-1,…,x2,x1)。本文主要证明了SCDB（4，λ;v)存在的充分必要条件是λ≡1,2(mod3)时，v≡1(mod3)且v≥4,(v,λ）≠(7,1);λ≡0(mod3)时，v为≥4的任意整数。     

高速列车对站房振动噪声影响的试验研究

为研究列车通行对综合交通枢纽振动噪声的影响,以成渝高铁沙坪坝站为工程背景,通过现场试验实测了站房候车厅、站台、轨道板的振动加速度以及候车厅、站台区域、轨行区的辐射声压. 通过对实测信号分别进行了时域分析和1/3倍频程分析,探究了列车作用下站房的振动传递规律及噪声辐射特性. 结果表明:在列车运行荷载作用下,站房与站台的结构振动优势频段为10.0～80.0 Hz,振动随振源距离的增大而减小,站台到候车厅总振级衰减最大值达到13.5 dB;轨道板峰值振动加速度级出现在400.0 Hz处,约为101.0 dB;对候车厅而言,噪声声压级的优势频段为20.0～2 500.0 Hz,列车进站总声压级比列车出站高0.5～1.3 dB（A）;对站台而言,噪声的优势频段为125.0～1 000.0 Hz,列车出站总声压级为86.3 dB（A）,比列车进站时高1.3 dB（A）;对轮轨噪声自身,其优势频段为200.0～2 500.0 Hz,列车进站噪声总声压级为91.1 dB（A）,较列车出站时高3.2 dB（A）.      

基于运输网络的公路交通量分析与预测

目前，在运输网络体系中，各种运输途径竞争日益复杂，但也逐渐向着协同合作方向发展。以国道主干线A市至B市高速公路X段至Y段（简称XY段）为例，并以铁路运输作为参照对象，全面对公路交通量进行分析和预测。

研究一阶椭圆型方程组的某类边值问题，得到了问题的Ｎｏｅｔｈｅｒ性能标，并给出了问题的线性无关解个数ｋ０和可解性条件的个数ｌ０的估计式： （ｋ＋ｋ＇）ｒ≤ｋ０≤（ｋ＋ｋ＇）ｒ，（ｋ＋ｌ＇－１）ｒ≤ｌ０≥（ｋ＋ｌ＇）ｒ。     

New Definition and Properties of Fuzzy Entropy

Let X = （x1 ,x2 ,…… ,xn ） and F（X） be a fuzzy set on a universal set X. A new def＇mition of fuzzy entropy about a fuzzy set A on F（X）, e^＊＇ , is defined based on the order relation ＂≤＂ on [ 0,1/2 ]^n. It is proved that e^＊ is a σ-entropy under an additional requirement. Besides, some entropy formulas are presented and related properties are discussed.     

Value of acoustic perceptual method for analysis of compensatory articulation errors in postoperative patients with cleft palate

Objective To establish an acoustic perceptual method analyzing the compensatory articulation errors in children with operated cleft palate via the formants of Chinese pure vowels. Methods The first three formants which represent vocal transmission character in Chinese pure vowels of 84 subjects with operated cleft palate, were measured by Computerized Speech Signal Processing System （CSSPS）. The Chinese vowel graph of postoperative patients with cleft palate was stated by the first formant frequencies （F1） and the second formant frequencies （F2） of the Chinese pure vowels between the two groups. Results Values of F1 and F2 of vowels except [a] in the poor articulation group （Group A） were significantly different from those in the good articulation group （Group B） （P〈0.05 or P〈 0.01）. As compared with that in Group B, the vowel graph demonstrated the decreased perceptual distances in Group A. These findings indicated that there might still be the backward movements of tongue, perverted mandibular movements and disharmonious lip movements in addition to the velopharyngeal insufficiency （VPI） in Group A. Conclusion The speech articulation of children with repaired cleft palate should be gained by correcting the aberrant compensatory articulation errors in the condition of velopharyngeal competence. Computerized Speech Signal Processing System （CSSPS）, which is regarded us the content of objective quantitative measurement, is a precise, simple, reliable and atroumatic technique for children with cleft palate to analyze pathological compensatory articulation errors.     

关于Halin图的边面全着色数

设Ｘ（Ｇ）表示Ｈａｌｉｎ图Ｇ的边面全色数，文献（１）中提出如下两个猜想：（１）对△（Ｇ）＝３的Ｈａｌｉｎ图Ｇ，有４≤Ｘ（Ｇ）≤５；（２）对△（Ｇ）＝６的Ｈａｌｉｎ图Ｇ，有Ｘ（Ｇ）＝６．其中△（Ｇ）表示图Ｇ的最大度数，本文证明了这两个猜想的正确性。     

细胞间粘附分子-1在肾小球肾炎肾组织中的表达

为了探讨细胞间粘附分子-1（intercellularadhesionmolecule－1，ICAM－1）与肾小球肾炎的关系，根据肾小球内细胞增生及炎细胞浸润的程度将40例不同类型的肾小球肾炎患者分为A组（肾小球炎症不明显或很轻微）；B组（肾小球内有肯定的细胞增生）；C组（以硬化为主的肾小球晚期病变）。用免疫组织化学方法观察小球肾炎肾组织中ICAM－1的表达。结果：①肾小球内ICAM－1的表达B组显著高于A组（P＜0．005）及C组（P＜0．001）。②肾小管ICAM－1的表达与间质炎细胞浸润有关。提示ICAM－1在机体的免疫和炎症过程中起着重要的作用。     

基于RSM的粉煤灰地聚合物注浆材料优化设计

为有效解决粉煤灰基地聚合物注浆材料（FGGM）的配比优化问题,提出了基于响应面法（RSM）对FGGM体系的试验设计。通过创建二次多项式预测模型和方差分析,探究了矿渣含量A、水玻璃浓度B和水胶比C三因素的作用及其之间的交互作用对FGGM流动性和28 d抗压强度的影响规律。研究结果表明：水胶比对FGGM流动性影响极其显著,对流动性影响的强弱顺序依次为水胶比>水玻璃浓度>矿渣含量;28 d抗压强度影响的强弱顺序为矿渣含量>水胶比>水玻璃浓度。利用RSM分析得到FGGM的最优配合比为：A为28.8%,B为1.37 mol/kg,C为0.56,其流动性与28 d抗压强度均满足注浆性能要求,且实际值与预测值的相对误差均在合理范围内,证明了RSM能有效优化配比,并具有较好的预测能力。     

兔蛛网膜下腔出血后脑脊液和血清SIOOB的变化及其意义

目的探讨兔蛛网膜下腔出血（SAH）后血清和脑脊液（CSF）中S100B蛋白的变化及其意义。方珐采用枕大池二次注血法制作SAH模型,动物随机分为正常组、穿刺组、盐水对照组和SAH组,正常组于饲养观察3d后取其血清及CSF,其余各组分别于建模后1h、3d、5d、7d、10d取血清及脑脊液。应用双抗体夹心ELISA法检测各组血清及CSF中S100B蛋白的浓度。数据结果应用统计软件SPSS13．0进行处理。结果SAH组血清及CSF中S100B蛋白浓度在各个时间点均明显高于其余3组（P=0）,并呈现血清S100B蛋白浓度于SAH后1h即开始升高,3～5d达到高峰后逐渐恢复,而CSF中S100B则于SAH后1h升高后稍下降;再于5～7d第二次达到高峰的变化。盐水组则呈现血清和CSF中S100B蛋白于造模后1h高于穿刺组及正常组（P〈0．05）,然后迅速下降至正常。结论SAH后血清与CSF中S100B蛋白浓度呈明显的动态变化。测定血清与CSF中S100B蛋白浓度对判断SAH后血脑屏障（BBB）的病理生理改变具有重要意义。
